The hotel was very large. There were lots of casino games from downstairs to upstairs. They also have a beautiful pool at the very top of the deck. They also have several restaurants throughout the casino. The hotel rooms were OK. I was a bit disappointed that my hotel room with my grandmother, which was handicap accessible unfortunately head cold water for showers. That was very disappointing for both of us. I like the fact that they do have access to spas as well as a fitness center. I was disappointed that the fitness center hours were very short to be a hotel. read more

This time I got to stay here at the IP casino. They enticed me with $415 free play and $120 dollar dining credit. The only issue is you have to use it all in one sitting. I did not get a chance to dine anywhere else. They do on Sunday have the Pho special, but you need to wait till 3pm to eat it. The rooms are renovated now and do not look anything on the website. The decor is nice and comfortable. The elevators are fast going up and down. Just make sure you take the correct one as they have ones for 16-32 and 1-15. The pool is located on top of the parking lot roof and I got to see it and looks nice. Since I am Oynx I get the perks of getting a cabana. Make sure you click on the gift icon as I almost miss it and got a $150 dollar spa credit, but could not use it. Playing wise, I did much better here than I did at Harrah's as Harrah's I got destroyed really quickly. Here, was an up and down and was not too bad despite what game I played. I have not gotton a jackpot here yet, but I hope too soon. I do like the games here and gotton some good wins. They also have a nice gift shop so I used my points from there. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze, and Livvie at the front Desk was very accommodating friendly! We really enjoyed our craps table! The dealers were very friendly and helpful. They didn't mind answering questions, and I didn't feel like I was bothering them when I asked. We will definitely come back to the IP. read more

Rooms were recently renovated but are not the cleanest. The desk nor the side table had been wiped cleaned- there were still grease marks visible on both. I had wipes so I wiped all surfaces. We did not stay overnight at casino but in our RV on the lot across the street. There was a weird vibe here hardly and music playing in casino and very quiet noise level, which was odd for a casino. I got a player card since I've never been here and they offered ZERO free play. Only if you return you may get some based on What you spent! When I would get free spins there wasn't any real win maybe 30-40 dollars. I was betting $5 and at times $10 and very low return and not enough in between to play. I'm a repeat guest of this property, and I've always enjoyed staying here, especially for the spa. Our most recent two-night visit was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel room has clearly been remodeled and looks very nice. We were on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the bay, and the room was clean and well-appointed. That said, the bathroom towels had holes, and a spotlight above the window shone through the top of the curtain all night, making it difficult to sleep. The spa experience, usually the highlight of our visits, was uncomfortable. Behavior in the women's spa area went unchecked, and staff did not address concerns raised during our visit. When we mentioned it to management upon leaving, we received no acknowledgment or follow-up. On a positive note, we dined at Tien, and the food and service were very good. It was a definite bright spot of our stay. Overall, while the property has many strengths, the room and spa issues, combined with a lack of response to feedback, make it hard to rate this stay highly. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests and returning guests, like myself, can enjoy the full experience. read more

So good we didn't leave!! We planned to attend a baseball game, drive around a bit maybe find a place to eat while we were out... none of the happened. The car hasn't moved since Thursday and we've been able to drink and enjoy our time without haven't to worry about Ubers or the heat with the exception of going to the pool which we even found shade out there and enjoyed our books and ordered some drinks and snacks. Gotta love a resort! Everything you could want to eat and drink and play all under one roof. Even got my baseball fix at the sports bar and caught some UFC fights while she gambled. Save your money!! The first and last kind staff member was the lady that checked us in. After that, everyone else we interacted with was either dismissive, annoyed, or just rude. The rooms appeared nice when first walking in, but looks are deceiving. The beds are hard as rocks and there was no hot water! The next morning at 830am when checking out, because of the lack of hot water. The lady shrugged and said they know it's an issue but refused to refund the 3 additional nights we had booked. We talked with the travel agency we booked through and the hotel denied refunding the upcoming nights again with 0 explanation. Only stay here if you want to sit in a smoky casino and be treated like crap by staff followed by a restless night on a cheap hard bed and wake up to a cold shower. My husband and I decided to have a staycation at the IP. It was one of the only hotels that had a suite available with a jacuzzi. In general, I love the IP. I come here to gamble and have been to the spa as well. I'm almost hesitant to write this review to let the secret out! We have stayed at several other local hotels. This was by far one of, if not THEE best stay! The employees at check in were welcoming and courteous. The line went quickly and it was a smooth process. Now let me get to the reason for this review, the room. I seen pictures of the room online but let me tell you, the pictures don't do this room any justice! Upon entering, there's a short hallway that opens to the living room. There's a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave as well. The couch is oversized and comfy! The bedroom is completely separate. This would be very ideal for families and groups traveling together. The entire suite is decorated so modern and it's just really gorgeous! Everything was pristine! The jacuzzi is located in a perfect spot in the bedroom/bathroom area. The lighting over the jacuzzi as well as the rest of the bathroom lighting can be adjusted. There's a generous sized closet at the end of the bathroom area that also has a safe. The seamless shower door was sleek and clean! The jacuzzi was excellent! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air in the bedroom can be adjusted separately from the living room. Thank you IP for such a marvelous stay! All good except for room service. My omelet was burnt on the bottom to the point of being crunchy. Biscuits were hard as rocks and could not be cut with the plastic knife. The cream for the coffee was POWDERED. Entire meal was almost completely inedible. Everything else has been great. We received a complimentary room upgrade even though we didn't ask for one. We played slots and the poker machine. We didn't come out ahead, but they both hit often enough to make it fun. We had a meal in the café downstairs that was delicious, affordable and surprisingly well presented. All in all, I would not stay here again bc room service is an important component of a getaway for us. But if that doesn't matter to you, then I definitely recommend. read more

I actually like ip casino over Harrahs. I stayed at Harrahs all over and Biloxi numerous times but this time i wanted something different. I stayed at delta down And Sam's town and loved the room so I couldn't wait to try Ip. For starters. I had got two rooms. One was comp the other I paid best casino rate. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Of course I wish the bathrooms were more updated but I can't knock any place for that. The check in staff and casino has been fun. And that pool! After arriving at "resort" two were checking in while two unloaded car once we got a bell hop. He gave us a ticket, tipped him $5, even though all he did was load cart, I unloaded car and handed all to him. We got to room, called down asked for our luggage. 30-45 mi uses later, no luggage. Tried to call back, no one answered. Finally went down myself, found a bell hop, showed him ticket he asked what room, gave him number. He told me to wait, he'd go find it, but it was probably being delivered (it wasn't). He came back, had not found luggage. Went to look again, returned said he found it, I asked if I could just take cart with luggage up myself, nope, can't allow that. So when will we get luggage? Not sure, we're busy. Said he can bring cart out, and I can get everything OFF and take myself (4 adults in our party, more than what 1 person can take up 19 floors). I went back to room, he kept my ticket. My group decided we weren't waiting any longer, so we went back down and retrieved all our luggage ourselves. Phone in one room didn't work, toilet got clogged. Room smelled of smoke. Walking into ground floor is like walking into a bar filled with smoke. Yes, there is a no smoking area, but you can't get in or out of "resort" without going through smoke. Need to install better ventilation system, yes they exist! Food in restaurants were pretty high, toast in one place is $3.99. read more

The rooms in this place were beyond filthy! I reserved a bay view smoking room. I've stayed in plenty of casino/hotel smoking rooms and never had an issue. This room was beyond dirty, you couldn't even see outbthe window. The carpets were badly stained and the smell was horrendous. The bathroom was so dirty that when you ran your finger across the counter, it was black. They offered NO housekeeping, even after they switched us to an upgraded room. If I wanted to pick up towels, empty garbage cans and change my own bedding, I could have done that at home. The casino itself was also dirty and good luck getting drink service and I had to find and empty an ashtray. It really was so bad they we left! read more

My wife and I stayed at the IP Resort and Spa from Feb 4, 2025 to Feb 10, 2025. We really enjoyed ourselves there, the hotel has very good vibes so we had good time everyday. But on our last night we stopped to grab a bite to eat at the Bayview Cafe. When the lady came to take our orders I ordered the Seafood platter without the Oysters (Due to allergies) I asked for extra shrimp. I was told that they were out of oysters and would get extra shrimp. When our meal came out mines had oysters on the plate, I asked the waitress about my order and she apologized and went to the kitchen and was told the kitchen was closed. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that waitress was new , she doesn't know what's going on, she also apologized and said there was nothing she could do and that she would talk to the waitress. Since the Oysters were laying through out the plate I couldn't eat the food so I literally paid for a meal that I had to put in the trash. Very disappointing. I would have given a 5 star if this incident had been handled better read more

Let me make this real clear: this hotel is absolute GARBAGE. I NEVER leave reviews, but this experience was so bad, so embarrassing, and so disrespectful that I wouldn't feel right staying silent. My family of 13 people aging from 43 to 1, mostly kids, got kicked out over something unbelievably petty. It's like they go out of their way to ruin your stay. The manager especially was totally out of line -- disrespectful and just straight-up hostile. He made some insane remarks about our family to our face. The moment we confronted him about it, he started trembling like he knew he messed up. He made our entire family feel extremely uncomfortable for no reason at all. It was like we were being targeted. And the hotel itself? Don't let the photos fool you. It's dirty, it's loud, it smells awful, and the whole place has a shady, run-down feel to it. You'd have better luck staying at a gas station parking lot. If you're even thinking of booking this place -- don't. Save your money, your sanity, and your self-respect. On my way to the Hotel I was given the option to check in early. I set up alerts to let me know when my room was ready and they sent me a text about 30 minutes before I arrived. At the front of the check-in desk they have two kiosks you can use to check in. You scan your license, swipe your credit card, and they give you two keys and away you go. A text lets you know your room number and you're all set. The elevators are a bit slow and cramped, but the room was very nice. A nice, clean bathroom with available shampoo, conditioner and lotion from Echos of nature, and a nice view outside. I picked a double queen smoking room (I dont smoke but the price was good) and was blessed with the top floor. I bought along fabric sanitizing spray and a few sprays later there wasnt a smoking smell to be found. My only con: The plugs. PLEASE update the plugs. Every charger and hair dryer or curling iron just came popping out of these plugs and wont stay in. If you jiggle it a bit then you're met with sparks. There also arent enough available plugs unless you unplug all the lamps and practice your Bird Box routine. read more

Very clean, well-staffed spa. The co-ed lounge was fuller than I expected on a weekday, but it wasn't long until my husband and I were able to sit next to each other. We liked being able to sit in the coed steam room together. I was surprised when he told me there isn't a cold room on the men's side. There was one on the women's side, but it didn't create any snow. It was basically just a very air conditioned small dark room. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the spa and the couples massage we had. I stay here using the hotel. I don't gamble. As a hotel it's OK considering price. Is clean and AC worked well. However, the regular WiFi sucks. If you do more than text you need the $10 a day upgrade. Water is warm enough for shower but it's not hot enough for a hot shower. Window are being cleaned but looking out mine was nothing but haze. Was difficult to find a place to get away from cigarette smoke. There is no lobby or lounge but there is a smoke free gambling area. A few food establishments but nothing memorable. Where do I start... first off, the casino was good, great bar food at the fan duel bar. That was about the only good thing about staying here. This hotel masked the smell of cigarettes horribly, we requested a high floor weeks prior to the trip and got placed in the 4th floor and practically inhaled fumes all night and day. Also with that being said, contrary to as it was being portrayed as this beautiful hotel with an amazing view, we had NO window. The window was completely covered and when we called to speak to the manager they said " you don't get a view on the 4th floor". There are a lot of things to like about IP. I especially love the concerts they bring in. Their music venue is excellent. The cocktail scene on the first floor is dismal. If all you want is Jack and Coke or gin and tonic then you will be fine. Do not expect excellence. Their excellent 32 restaurant and bar is another story entirely. I always start with a Sidecar and have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. The bar staff is Outstanding. The entertainment consists of a solo guitarist/singer that plays plays with backing tracks. Very classy and always tastefully done. Just right for the environment. Food at 32 is top notch. Soup sampler is a great start. Fish special is always first class. Even the bread basket is notable. I highly recommend "doing it right" and going straight to the top to 32. read more

Based on the recommendation of the poker room we decided to stay at the IP Casino. Unfortunately, our stay was so short we didn't get a chance to play. Next time for sure. The casino and our hotel room we're clean. When traveling during Covid that is always a big plus. Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the back bay! Everything in the room such as the AC, tub drain, shower, etc. was in good working order. We didn't interact with much of the hotel/casino staff, however, the few we did interact with we're pleasant. The reason for the four-star rating and not five, is based off of one employee in the customer service area. My wife had to get a players card to take advantage of a coupon. Unfortunately, the directions provided to use the coupon were incorrect on two separate occasions. The employee was friendly and polite but was in need of a little training. I think that's to be expected a little bit as the economy springs back from Covid and welcomes people back to the workforce. From our quick walk through the casino floor, it looks to have all the games you would expect.
