The hotel was very large. There were lots of casino games from downstairs to upstairs. They also have a beautiful pool at the very top of the deck. They also have several restaurants throughout the casino. The hotel rooms were OK. I was a bit disappointed that my hotel room with my grandmother, which was handicap accessible unfortunately head cold water for showers. That was very disappointing for both of us. I like the fact that they do have access to spas as well as a fitness center. I was disappointed that the fitness center hours were very short to be a hotel.

This time I got to stay here at the IP casino. They enticed me with $415 free play and $120 dollar dining credit. The only issue is you have to use it all in one sitting. I did not get a chance to dine anywhere else. They do on Sunday have the Pho special, but you need to wait till 3pm to eat it. The rooms are renovated now and do not look anything on the website. The decor is nice and comfortable. The elevators are fast going up and down. Just make sure you take the correct one as they have ones for 16-32 and 1-15. The pool is located on top of the parking lot roof and I got to see it and looks nice. Since I am Oynx I get the perks of getting a cabana. Make sure you click on the gift icon as I almost miss it and got a $150 dollar spa credit, but could not use it. Playing wise, I did much better here than I did at Harrah's as Harrah's I got destroyed really quickly. Here, was an up and down and was not too bad despite what game I played. I have not gotton a jackpot here yet, but I hope too soon. I do like the games here and gotton some good wins. They also have a nice gift shop so I used my points from there. They have preferred parking as well, but it is hidden, near the front of the entrance. I happened to accidentally find it when I was walking and playing Pokemon.

What a great casino. The complex is amazing. A lot going on and a lot to do. We were there for the ZZ Top show and it was great. The rooms are very nice. Our view was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I decided to have a staycation at the IP. It was one of the only hotels that had a suite available with a jacuzzi. In general, I love the IP. I come here to gamble and have been to the spa as well. I'm almost hesitant to write this review to let the secret out! We have stayed at several other local hotels. This was by far one of, if not THEE best stay! The employees at check in were welcoming and courteous. The line went quickly and it was a smooth process. Now let me get to the reason for this review, the room. I seen pictures of the room online but let me tell you, the pictures don't do this room any justice! Upon entering, there's a short hallway that opens to the living room. There's a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave as well. The couch is oversized and comfy! The bedroom is completely separate. This would be very ideal for families and groups traveling together. The entire suite is decorated so modern and it's just really gorgeous! Everything was pristine! The jacuzzi is located in a perfect spot in the bedroom/bathroom area. The lighting over the jacuzzi as well as the rest of the bathroom lighting can be adjusted. There's a generous sized closet at the end of the bathroom area that also has a safe. The seamless shower door was sleek and clean! The jacuzzi was excellent! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air in the bedroom can be adjusted separately from the living room. Thank you IP for such a marvelous stay! I look forward to staying again in the near future!

The staff that check you in are always different so the service can be different Delton who you get. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the horrible smell on the first floor. It smells like mildew, mold and pool chemicals ALL the time. If you stay here, DO NOT having them put you on the first floor. We've always stayed on the upper floors and this was the first time they put us on the 1st floor. As soon as we walked into the room it was a stronger chemical smell that seeped from the hallway, it was absolutely horrible. We immediately walked back out and requested a new room on the top floor. The carpet on that floor also needs to be fixed because it's pooling up in the middle and that's a tripping hazard. Besides that the location is great, right across the white sandy beaches. About 4 minutes from other restaurants, Casinos and Ocean Springs is right across the bridge.

1-star experience, but credit where credit is due…read more Unfortunately, our stay started off very poorly. We experienced consistent rude and dismissive service, including an issue with opened silverware, inconsistent drink pricing, and a restaurant manager who was completely dismissive when we attempted to provide feedback. Honestly, it made sense why his behavior and lack of care had echoed onto his staff. The front desk service also lacked basic greetings and acknowledgment. It was like they didn't know how to speak to customers. At one point, I called and asked for the manager by his first name, and the woman said, "We don't have anyone here by that name." I explained what he was wearing, and she said, "Oh, we only call him by his last name." I was just shocked. How would I know that? And how do you not know your own manager? On top of that, there was an AC leak in our room, and my mother almost slipped and fell. There was also a strong smell that seemed like mold. After we raised our concerns, hotel management did make an effort to correct the situation. They moved us to a different room and provided complimentary dinner and breakfast at Cora's restaurant as an apology for the rude service and behavior. They were unable to provide a refund because we booked through a third party. I do want to give credit where it is absolutely deserved: the food at Cora's was wonderful, and the service was excellent. Ryan, Lynn, and David genuinely saved the experience for us. They were kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel welcomed. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, especially moving our room and providing the meals. However, the initial treatment and condition of the property significantly impacted our stay. Traveling with my mother, who is older, I expected basic courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism from the beginning. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. For location and comfy beds, sure. For warm, A+ service, go elsewhere. You can absolutely enjoy the drinks and food at the restaurant without subjecting yourself or your family to the lack of care or appreciation we experienced as guests here. Cora's: wonderful food and wonderful service. Ryan, Lynn, and David were the bright spot of our stay.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hard Rock Elevator Sign

    Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

    (362 reviews)

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The pool area is a nice setup, but it could use some cleaning attention. They should also invest in some flowers and greenery out there, as it feels a bit sparse and not very inviting. That said, I always enjoy my stays here. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The lobby is stunning -- beautiful floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and well-maintained greenery that adds a lush, welcoming touch. The theme speaks for itself -- "Legends." Beautiful black-and-white framed photos of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other icons set the perfect tone. The chandeliers in the rooms are a lovely touch as well.

Checking in was easy peasy, employees were very friendly and helpful. You also get a faux casino chip coin for a free beverage of your choice at the lobby restaurant (when open) as well as at the barista counter where you can get a specialty coffee, house wine and select beer and other continental breakfast and snack items. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable; however, beds were a little too small as I feel they should go up to king sized. Also, no microwaves are provided in the rooms. Decor is from the Hollywood celebrities glamour of the 40's which is a little cool but also a little too overdone. Loved that this is a smoke free hotel as most lodging at the nearby casinos is not smoke free. Would have loved to stay at least one more night! Short from a five star review is due to the lobby restaurant only open on Weds-Sun evenings and no laundry facilities on site. Parking is plentiful and free of charge.
