What a great casino. The complex is amazing. A lot going on and a lot to do. We were there for the ZZ Top show and it was great. The rooms are very nice. Our view was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I decided to have a staycation at the IP. It was one of the only hotels that had a suite available with a jacuzzi. In general, I love the IP. I come here to gamble and have been to the spa as well. I'm almost hesitant to write this review to let the secret out! We have stayed at several other local hotels. This was by far one of, if not THEE best stay! The employees at check in were welcoming and courteous. The line went quickly and it was a smooth process. Now let me get to the reason for this review, the room. I seen pictures of the room online but let me tell you, the pictures don't do this room any justice! Upon entering, there's a short hallway that opens to the living room. There's a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave as well. The couch is oversized and comfy! The bedroom is completely separate. This would be very ideal for families and groups traveling together. The entire suite is decorated so modern and it's just really gorgeous! Everything was pristine! The jacuzzi is located in a perfect spot in the bedroom/bathroom area. The lighting over the jacuzzi as well as the rest of the bathroom lighting can be adjusted. There's a generous sized closet at the end of the bathroom area that also has a safe. The seamless shower door was sleek and clean! The jacuzzi was excellent! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air in the bedroom can be adjusted separately from the living room. Thank you IP for such a marvelous stay! I look forward to staying again in the near future!

A girlfriend of mine and I recently dined at Bayview Café both before the Tim McGraw concert and the next morning. We were thoroughly impressed by both the tantalizing menu and the impeccable service of Yelkin. His friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service ensured that our meals were memorable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can't recommend Bayview Café and Yelkin enough for a fantastic dining experience. Next time you dine there ask for a young man named Yelkin. You will not be disappointed. L. Wilson - Daphne, AL

My wife and I stayed at the IP Resort and Spa from Feb 4, 2025 to Feb 10, 2025. We really enjoyed ourselves there, the hotel has very good vibes so we had good time everyday. But on our last night we stopped to grab a bite to eat at the Bayview Cafe. When the lady came to take our orders I ordered the Seafood platter without the Oysters (Due to allergies) I asked for extra shrimp. I was told that they were out of oysters and would get extra shrimp. When our meal came out mines had oysters on the plate, I asked the waitress about my order and she apologized and went to the kitchen and was told the kitchen was closed. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that waitress was new , she doesn't know what's going on, she also apologized and said there was nothing she could do and that she would talk to the waitress. Since the Oysters were laying through out the plate I couldn't eat the food so I literally paid for a meal that I had to put in the trash. Very disappointing. I would have given a 5 star if this incident had been handled better

Right on the Gulf, standing tall like it owns the coastline (because honestly, it kind of does), this is the spot you go when you want to look good, feel sharp, and remind yourself what a real resort feels like. Clean, polished, upscale marble, light, and just enough swagger to let you know you're not in an average casino. It's not the place chasing you down with drinks every five minutes. Nah this is slower, intentional. The kind of place where the glass is heavy, the pour is right, and the whole room feels like it's got a reputation to uphold. You come here to impress or to be impressed. Now let me give you a glimpse of why this place stuck with me I'm deep into the night. Drinks in, friends around, cards and machines calling my name. Next thing I know, I've burned through my cash. Gone. Down to nothing. I'm standing there with that look like, well... that was fun while it lasted. Borrow a couple bucks I'll get you back," you know the line. Last dollar goes in. Machine starts spinning... slow... dragging it out like it knows something I don't. Then cha-ching. Lights. Noise. That beautiful, ridiculous ringing that doesn't stop. Just keeps going. People turning their heads. I'm standing there like I don't even belong in my own moment. $5,800. Just like that. I've never been the guy who wins but that night? I was that guy. Stayed up till the sun came creeping in, riding that wave, laughing like a fool, paying people back and then some. The kind of night you don't forget and the kind of place that makes it possible. That's Beau Rivage. It's not loud about it. It doesn't have to be. It's the full package restaurants, atmosphere, service, the whole experience wrapped up in one clean, high-end operation. If you want cheap thrills, look elsewhere. We originally discovered it as a convenient midpoint during our travels, but we continue to return because it is family friendly, the rooms are spacious, the stay is affordable, and is pet friendly. On our most recent trip, we almost stayed at another nearby casino "The Hard Rock casino" but their pet non refundable fee was over $140, which felt excessive. That experience reminded us why we prefer the Scarlet Pearl. Their staff has always been understanding and reasonable when it comes to traveling with pets, without charging the equivalent of an entire room just for bringing them along. The resort consistently offers outstanding customer service and has great amenities, including a fun mini golf volcano put-put area, multiple restaurants, pool, a café, and a gift shop. The property itself is beautiful, with incredible views that make the stay feel special even for just one night. We highly recommend the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort to families and travelers passing through the area. It has become a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming stop for us, and we will absolutely continue to return.

    Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

    (358 reviews)

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

I loved my stay here. So much fun! The room was clean and comfortable. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles, but the bed was comfy, the water pressure was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The casino was great! I loved it. I had a great time playing blackjack at a ten-dollar minimum table, and on my first time trying out roulette, I won $72 dollars. Woo hoo! I paid the $20 fee as a hotel guest to use the spa amenties. They had a fantastic sauna and steam room that I enjoyed greatly, and a comfy little resting room with tea and snacks. I was given a locker, robe, and slippers, and I spent about an hour enjoying. Their pool was a bit chilly for me in April, so I didn't swim, but I'm sure that in warmer weather, it would be great. The gym was superb. I had a 30-minute workout before my spa visit, and I appreciated all the weights, abs balls, cardio equipment, and cold bottled water. I also appreciated that it was easy to change the TV channels (why work out to the news when you can work out to sports or a movie?). We splurged and had a steak dinner at Mignon's, the Palace steakhouse. I must still be alive, because I'm writing this review, but I thought I had died and gone to heaven after eating fried green tomatoes with Gulf shrimp, five-cheese onion soup, and a fillet with creamed spinach. Hospitality was excellent, from check in, to spa, to dealers at the casino, to bell service, to Mignon's, to the staff in the gift shop, to the server at the coffee shop. She made me a darned good caramel latte, too. I loved walking out to the view of the harbor at sunset. It was a windy evening, and the air was cool and smelled like salt. Beautiful. The Palace Casino and Resort gave me a great taste of casino report fun in Biloxi, Mississipi, a town I found to be homey and friendly, a place I'd definitely visit again.

We went back the next morning to enjoy a more enjoyable pool weather. Kudos to the pool attendants. They were super attentive and interacted with the kids to encourage fun like slide races. That didn't go unnoticed! Rooms were very nice. We had one with a king and double size bunk beds (best idea ever for a family resort! What siblings want to share a bed?) Arcade was a blast. We grabbed coffee in the cafe (attendant was super patient with us as we tried to spend the rest of our credits the last day) We grabbed a pizza at the restaurant near the arcade which was passable (the crust in the cheese pizza was way better than the specialty) but the beer and cocktails were great. I knew very little about Biloxi, but once I realized it was an area of casinos, I was a little nervous. Smoke is my least favorite thing and my long-ago trip to Vegas (we are talking 30 years ago) was hard because of the noise, and crowds and clouds of smoke. That being said, this was not that! First of all, Margaritaville has no casino and would probably be considered a non-smoking property. There is an arcade and the "paradise pier" with a ferris wheel and some carnival attractions, but that's pretty separate from the rooms. The only "negative" of the stay is that we arrived about 30 minutes before check in, and when we asked to check in, were told that it would be $25 to do so early. Not a problem. We walked over to the Golden Nugget to pick up our race packets, and when we returned it was 4PM and we could check in at no additional cost. Self-parking is free in the huge garage attached to the hotel. The hotel is also on the water, which meant we had beautiful views. The property was clean and comfortable. Our room was huge. There are several dining options, including a Margaritaville restaurant, a steakhouse, Italian/pizza joint, coffee shop and a few bars. If you want casino action, the Golden Nugget is about 100 steps away. The cold and windy weather meant that the pool was closed (I don't think anyone wants to be in the water in 30 degrees anyway), and some of the pier attractions were down, but that's ok. It just gives us a chance to visit again.
