Three different room keys
Cristal B.

Very unhappy about this place. Thought my family and I would get a good nights rest after a long drive into town. We booked thru Hotels.com we checked into our room and as soon as we opened the door had a very very strong smell of urine thru out the entire room, decided I would ask for a room change, got it checked into that one and the room had not been serviced trash on the ground, mini fridge had days old food maybe weeks with a foul smell, dead roaches in the bathroom and closet area, by this point I had enough and wanted a refund, when I asked for a refund I was denied said I had to speak to someone else about it, asked for the information on getting a refund and was ignored, instead the guy offered me third room... I once again gave him the benefit of the doubt and took the room for it to turn out the same as the others urine smell trash on the floors and obviously not cleaning or teach by housekeeping. Went back again and demand a refund this time it was someone else, figured they would understand... I was wrong this man literally said he can't give me a refund because the company would not be paid... I again asked for info on getting my refund and again was ignored and given a run around, 3 hours later from the first check in I'm ready to walk away. I kindly asked him to check us out he said he would and never did. Come to know they shelter the homeless, the way I found that out is he blamed the uncleanliness on the homeless they shelter.... No one should have to experience that. How is this place still open??

Bed bug bite
Gabriela H.

STAY AWAY BED BUGS FOUND AT THE HOTEL. DESPITE HAVING PROOF OF BED BUGS IN ROOM THE HOTEL CLAIMED THEY COULDN'T FIND ANY EVIDENCE. IT'S CLEAR TO SEE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS AND ABOUT THE STATE OF THE HOTEL. THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY WILL ONLY HARM THEIR PROSPECTIVE GUESTS. We spent one night here and it was a horrible experience. After the first and only night spent here, I woke up with bug bites. We checked the mattress for bed bugs and there they were. At this point the bites were so inflamed and so itchy, I DID NOT want to risk spending another night in this hotel because I was already so uncomfortable and suffering from the bed bug bites and it was just the start of my vacation. We went out to the front desk and I told them about the situation and checked out and told them I wanted a refund for the stay. The receptionist said they'd get back to me early next morning. It's 10:45 am next morning and no call so I call them and the receptionist sounds like she has no idea what happened so I give my contact info again and they say they're gonna call back within an hour. Finally at 1:46 pm they call back and say they didn't see bed bugs so they need proof in order to refund my stay. I email them the picture and video I took as requested and they reply with the most unprofessional email saying "I will look into this and get back to you" no signature or anything. They finally get back to me and say "i refunded one nights stay sorry for the inconvenience" and sign it "Tricia." I don't know if I was speaking to a receptionist or manager or anything. I need the refund for the whole stay not just one night. Sorry for the inconvenience was the most inappropriate response because it is way more than an inconvenience to get bitten by bed bugs and have the bites swell up and ruin my vacation. No care or professionalism from whoever I was even speaking to.

Food was delicious Room has good space Bed-couch Found a baby sock under a bed Red rug stain ‼

Some type of powder left in the hallways

Right when we arrived we felt unsafe due to the lack of lighting in the parking lot. Similar to someone else's review there was no one to greet us at the front desk, no bell, we had to wait a while until the employee came to help us check in. We asked if there were any 1st floor rooms available and the male employee very quickly answered no without even checking the availability. The employee was rude and unwilling to help us, definitely lacks people and customer service skills. I would not recommend.

Yuck. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, but this Hampton Inn needs some work. The back door railing is falling off and old cigarette butts by the door. The room has a king bed but only has a lamp on one side. The walk in shower is moldy. The room is dark. The chair in the room is filthy. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards.

Dinning area on my first visit.

Honestly feel discriminated against, they asked me to check out early while everyone was checking out at 11. Will not be staying here again.

I was here for a conference and the ballroom they kept us in was beautiful and the bartenders were friendly. The situation that truly made this hotel shine was a unique one. On my last night there, my colleagues and I were walking back from a bar around the corner. We are not familiar with the frozen bodies of water and decided to play with the ice on the pond in front of the hotel. After a few moments of tossing pieces of ice across the pond, one of my rings that is very sentimental to me flew off my finger and across the frozen pond. I was heartbroken and everyone told me there was nothing I could do and that it was a lost cause. The following morning, I told the front desk the situation. They told me they would call maintenance and see if there was anything they could do for me. That's when Rick came out to assess the situation. He was SO kind and understanding as he tried to come up with a solution. When he realized how far out the ring was, he decided to get one of the hotel engineers, Omar, involved. He came out and was every but as kind and pleasant as Rick had been. I had breakfast reservations I was cutting it close to and they told me to go ahead and go enjoy myself while I let them figure the situation out. Once I arrived back to the hotel, the same kind girl that checked me into the hotel was holding my ring beaming at me in excitement. I couldn't believe it!! I still don't know how they did it, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a situation that had nothing to do with the hotel and they could have easily given up on. I am eternally grateful and will always stay here when in the area!!!

We are long‑time Marriott Rewards members, and my husband paid for both stays using his Marriott…read morecredit card (just to show we are Marriott loyal). What we experienced was far below Marriott standards and caused significant disruption to both our vacation and my husband's work conference. Our stay at the Westin Westminster (June 7-12): The issues at this property were extensive and ongoing. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to properly clean our room, make the beds, or provide enough towels. The shower handle was broken for our entire stay despite being reported, and the toilet was malfunctioning from the beginning. On June 9, the toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom and carpet. The room phone did not work, forcing me to navigate multiple automated prompts on my cell phone just to reach the front desk. Even after I clearly stated it was an emergency, it took approximately 30 minutes for anyone to respond. The staff member who arrived how many language barrier and could not communicate with me. He used Google translate, but I still do not think it helped. He did not clean the flooded area, and the toilet was never properly repaired. We had to use our bathroom towels to clean the water, and those towels were never replaced.  After multiple complaints, we were moved to another room, but the second room also had serious issues. The shower and sink did not drain, housekeeping remained inconsistent, and the room lacked amenities included in the first room despite being the same room type. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the indoor pool, which was unusable for our entire stay. The water was extremely cold, and we were later told that the hotel turns off the pool heater and filter during the week because "there aren't many children at the hotel." When the heater was turned back on, the pool was full of sand and debris due to the filter being shut off. As a result, our children were unable to swim for six days, and we had to spend additional money to entertain them. We later learned that multiple conference attendees experienced similar issues, including room changes and housekeeping failures. This indicates a systemic problem at this property. The only gesture we received was a small fruit bowl and a few chocolates, an inadequate response considering the severity of the issues and the disruption to our stay. I did receive a message from the hotel after our stay letting me know that they did listen to my suggestions about the pool being cold and increase the temperature to 82°, but that does nothing for our experience. I wish I had taken more photos of the grossness to share so people avoid this place.

Here are a few specific notes. Lighting: My room had lights in the right places, and the bulbs were bright enough to read by. Shower: The "rain" style shower head was mounted fairly high and worked well. The manufacturer of the "Nourish" brand shampoo trumpets high-end, luxury products, but goes to great lengths to hide the ingredients; it turns out that the shampoo contains SLS, which many people find drying and rash-inducing. Security: Like most hotels, Drury Plaza is situated in a "transitional space" which invites ne'er-do-wells. The outside is ringed with good lighting and cameras. Inside, the staff is very alert. While I was at the buffet, a non-guest wandered in; it took less than 30 seconds for a manager to redirect the interloper to the door, and numerous staff members materialized and cheerfully greeted everyone in the area (presumably to make sure that everyone belonged). Food: The "Evening Kick-Back" is a full meal. They rotate between three buffet-style menus, but there are enough extras to mix-and-match a wide variety of meals. At the height of a flu outbreak, I saw a lady cough into her hand then handle half a dozen serving utensils...everyone following her picked up a nice dose of virus. No hand sanitizer was provided (which meets the local health code--I checked--but many other states require sanitizer stations at buffets).

First off, we attempted to check in around 3:30 and our room wasn't even ready. We were stuck waiting about 40 minutes in the lobby for our room. Secondly, the cleanliness was below average. The bathroom had hair clippings all over the floor and toilet. The bathroom counter had a fake eyelash next to the soap tray, and there was used floss on the floor under the sink. Lastly, the service at breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was absolutely atrocious. Most of the trays of food were EMPTY. Even at the beginning of the food service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for the milk to be refilled during breakfast. And items were cold during kickback. Most of our time in the dining area was spent waiting for refills of food. This is was so disappointing and a huge waste of time and money. I will say this Drury Inn is conveniently located near some nice shopping and food. And our room was beautifully spacious. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location.

The conference room we've been using is always clean with coffee/tea and ice water available all day. The bar/eatery onsite called The Placery has a limited but yummy menu--during happy hour, I ordered the chicken tortilla soup today with a slice of NY cheesecake, and a glass of their Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was particularly delicious--Patricia the bartender told me that this Canvas brand of wine is only available at Hyatt hotels though it's grown in Napa Valley. Intriguing! Patricia was also really nice to converse with, she's definitely a people person! The fitness room is open 24/7, with a decent selection of free weights, a cable column machine weight machine and various cardio machines. The indoor pool is open during the day. It feels about 85 degrees and comfortable with deck chairs and a shower. Coin operated washing machines and dryers for $2 each, and single load laundry detergent and dryer sheets available at the front desk ($9 total). Just behind the hotel are the easily accessible bike/pedestrian trails called the Big Dry Creek Trail. On top of it all, today it snowed outside! Just for a couple hours but it was a treat for a California girl like me. For a mid level reasonably priced hotel, this one exceeded my expectations! I'd happily come back given the opportunity.

While the entrance was lovely even under construction, my desk clerk was delightful, BUT Back to the Travelocity issue, it was and huge ISSUE from the start and for the next coming weeks. Not the Hotel's fault!!! DoubleTree Hilton was perfect for I was severely under the weather, I am terribly allergic to the (Skunk) Pot weed people smoke these days and fell horribly ill, ergo being in the area I booked a TJoes, picked up some healthy food and checked in. Noticing my lovely check in lady was having difficulties, and when asking, she said she would get it straighten, no problem on my side. Service dog and I went to our Queen room, and crashed. Perfect size, nice bed, very comfortable, minor room temperature while facing West, the sun creates more heat ergo I turned the thermostat as low as possible. The downstairs construction did not add any noises, each Guest Agent were extremely polite, the elevators worked great, and the luggage carts were not too difficult to operate given I was severely under the weather; Yet a great place to recover over Christmas eve and day. Then Travelocity cause a greater problem! What I am not sure, this is a warning; "Never use them!!" Check in through Hilton online or some other agent! This has been such a mess causing my Credit Union to come together this week of January 12, 2026 and review all charges and problems Travelocity created.
