Wow!! This place is impressive. Excellent staff, very clean, great price point , nice art work. I felt I was in a sea side luxury hotel. Just off the highway near michaels island and others, this location has multiple managers, the sheets on my bed were brand new, new tv, new office chair , just nicely updated. They recommended I head to Michaels Island to eat and it was fantastic - 10 minutes away to a part of the country never been too. I'm a sailor and this was the sea life. I stayed here since Salisbury was booked and it was less than an our to delmar where I needed to me in the am - but got my Hilton, good hot breakfast, kick ass coffee had me buzzing and a good night sleep. Can't beat it. Highly recommend!!! read more

The true test of a business isn't how it treats customers when everything goes right--it's how it treats them when something goes wrong. Our car completely broke down on the way to Hampton Inn Easton and had to be towed back home. We immediately called to cancel our reservation, explained the situation, and even asked if we could simply reschedule for another weekend. The answer was no. No refund. No credit. No rescheduling. Nothing. Apparently customer circumstances don't matter, even when they're completely beyond the customer's control. Rather than showing any understanding or offering a reasonable solution, the hotel chose to keep our money and send us on our way. Needless to say, this experience has guaranteed that we won't be staying here in the future. There are plenty of hotels that understand customer service is more than just reciting a policy. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED, First, that we had to cancel our weekend getaway, second that the hotel had zero empathy. read more

I travel a lot and I prefer Hampton Inns because they have friendly employees, are consistently clean, usually offer free parking, and have extra bonuses available - breakfast, coffee all the time, and hot cookies in the afternoon. Yummers. This location was no different. I hope the guy who wrote the one-star review about being charged for checking in early doesn't read this because my check in was at 3 PM. I arrived at noon on a Saturday (without calling first) and my room was ready! :) Awesome. The hotel and my room were extremely clean and sanitized. I was greeted as a Diamond member and got my goody bag of snacks and was reminded there would be hot cookies out for guests at 5 PM. You know I checked at 5 and there they were! Clean and good service....what else can you ask for? Came here for a girls weekend and we enjoyed the room and amenities. After check in the front desk called the room to check if everything was ok. That was a nice touch. At around 5:30 on our way out, saw a nice tray of cookies! Remember receptionist did say everyday at 5pm, they put our warm cookies...score! The beds a wet comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The free breakfast was very nice and had many options. What stood out for me was the waffle toppings and drink condiments. The hotel served the purpose of a place to shower and sleep in for the night on our way to our destination. The place is outdated. One of the lamps on our room did not work. The crib that was provided had a foul odor. Otherwise the representatives were very nice and attentive. The vending machine would not dispense the waters we paid for and they gave us some. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The complentary breakfast was acceptable for the price. read more

We arrive on Thursday left travel on Friday when we came to our room it was still the mess that we left it in. When I called downstairs to see where the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed straightened, I was told that they only have made service on Thursdays. I guess you use your same towels and linens for seven days before they get around to cleaning the room. I certainly hope they don't put somebody in this room before Thursday. The breakfast which is included with the room consists of a Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich heated in the microwave or yogurt and a banana. It's so easy to blame everything on Covid. For $250 a night including all the taxes that they tack on this is the worst room I stayed in in a decade. read more

Clean room, comfortable beds, extremely friendly service. We really liked this hotel. It's on Route 50, but it backs up to historic Easton, and it's an easy drive downtown to some nice restaurants and shops. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, and the complimentary breakfast was good. We liked that they're trying to be environmentally friendly by not offering plastic cups. This is a definite "go to" if we're ever in Easton again. read more

How the hell can anyone give this dump a good rating? We booked 3 nights. Charged $25 extra for checking in 40 minutes early. They refused to grant any discounts (AARP, AAA, or military). Then they NEVER serviced the room. We were without fresh towels after the first night. My wife went to the office and was told that they only service the room if requested. We requested it for the next day and tried to get towels for that day. The person responsible was supposed to bring towels to the room. Never showed up. Got back to the Untouched room Sunday about 8PM. I finally went and got my own towels from the front desk. Real nice of them to have them waiting for us to get them. No service whatsoever so your house keeper is getting the same thing we got. This is our last stay at ANY DAYS INN. Keep the money you ripped us off for. It's the last you will EVER see. Yeah 1 star for the TV. read more

I stayed at this hotel last weekend for one night and the location is good - a quick ~20 drive to St Michael's. It is very bare bones. No fridge in the room and the furnishings are circa 1990. Since this hotel allows pets, be ready to have your room smell like a dog, even if you don't bring one with you. The guest directly across from me had 2 small dogs in her room, yapping and making noises constantly. The shower door had mold, the sink had a crack in it, etc you get my point. For the amount of money I paid, I was expecting something a little better than this. For the record, I almost exclusively stay at Hilton hotels and regularly stay at Hamptons. I will not be staying at this hotel again. They need to spend some money to upgrade. read more

Best customer service ever! When she saw we were gathering for drinks in the dining area the evening of our stay, Shea (Shay?) offered our group some wine glasses. The next morning, she also opened the coffee/breakfast bar several hours early to accommodate people who were leaving at 5 am for a race in nearby St. Michaels. Nice property with a decent friendly staff. Located right off of US 50 it was easy to get to from the airport. Check in was a breeze and i was or presented with my diamond benefits as normal. Staff recommend some places in town for dinner and was willing to answer any other questions we had. Only complaints were the breakfast was lacking even for a Hampton inn. The eggs were very powdered and just not good overall. The fruit looked like it had been sitting a while but it was eatable. The fitness center was disappointing as well but as I've noticed recently it's right on par with most Hampton inn fitness centers. read more

Definitely overall recommend this as a hotel in the area. Clean rooms, and extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff!! I can't say enough good things about how nice and accommodating the front desk staff was. I called a day before check-in to change my room from 1 King sized bed to 2 Queens, and it was not a problem. Then when we arrived, we were provided maps of the area, and lots of great advice on what to do while here. I think one guy named Ryan was especially helpful. He works weekdays and then overnights on the weekends. I asked for ear plugs (my friend was snoring) at about 2 AM and they were provided. Breakfast was decent, not a huge amount of selections, but what they had was good. Also a nice 24 hour coffee bar. The pool is tiny, don't expect to do laps in the pool. The only slight negative comment was there was a noticeable mildew-ish smell on the first floor/lobby area. I am guessing maybe they had a water pipe situation that maybe recently caused some of it. It wasn't strong, and only limited to the lobby area, and I bet it will be gone in a few weeks. read more

Very pleasant hotel, at reasonable rates. Excellent service, except for one staff person working at night. She was nasty about helping me wihen their laundry room lock malfunctioned; she would rather have stayed on the phone with her friend. Everyone else was very nice. The rooms are freshly decorated and the beds very comfortable. I would skip the hot breakfast and stick with the continental items - I found the cooked food tasted bad - even the waffles were like cardboard. I stayed here for a week. It was very clean and a great location near restaurants, stores, and a walmart. The staff was nice and very helpful. They served really tasty breakfast dishes. Only problem was with the fitness room. They provide a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. I am in the midst of a fight between the management and corporate over charges of $1200 for reservations that I CANCELLED! The corporate office agrees that I made the cancellations but the management refuses to give me back the money! I have been dealing with this since May and I'm not giving up. Corporate says the Easton Hampton Inn has to reimburse me and the management says it's Corporate that owes me. Their system is flawed and I'm the victim and out $1200!!! This is criminal. How is it that the management just decides he doesn't want to reimburse a customer money they are OWED and I am supposed to just accept that! Look closely at other reviews and you will find others having a similar experience. DON'T RISK IT WITH THIS PLACE. There is other places in the area to stay that are not thieves. Great location! Friendly staff, Caroline at the front desk made our stay delightful. She was helpful and even shared dinner suggestions and gave us coupons for free dessert at a local restaurant. Peggy was also very helpful at check out, efficient and split our bill for us four ways. The free breakfast was yummy and good choices. The room was clean, as well as common areas. Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. I travel to this area quite often for business (nearly 3 times per month) and I am always pleased with the service I receive from the breakfast bar ladies, housekeeping and management. Breakfast is the standard Hampton fare with a rotating menu of hot items. There's always some sort of egg or breakfast meat. The oatmeal is terrific! I find the rooms are impeccable but definitely reserve a two-queen room if you need a fridge and microwave. The kings do not offer this amenity at this time. The management said they will be installing them as part of their next renovation so all rooms will have them sometime down the road. Do yourselves a favor and stay with these guys - you won't be sorry! The small increase in price over their competitors is worth it hands down. read more

We just spent a night at the Hampton Inn and were very happy with the choice. We go down to the Eastern Shore from NYC several times a year (and we are total hotel snobs, staying in Four Seasons, etc when available). Often we stay at the Bartlett Pear Inn in Easton but they were full so we thought we'd try the HI. This is a super clean, nice hotel that is clearly well managed. Friendly and helpful staff - making sure we had everything we needed. Very very quiet - I am a light sleeper so I really appreciated that the hotel was built well enough to keep sound down. Very neat and clean room and bathroom with plenty of towels, etc. We will be there again in November and already plan to stay at the HI.All credit to the folks running this hotel. (We did not eat the free breakfast because we had plans but the fresh cookies in the evening sure looked and smelled good). read more

We've stayed at this place several times and we really like it. We're business travelers so we are in hotels all the time. This place is well maintained with comfortable beds and nicely arranged rooms. The breakfast eggs and waffles aren't great but there are other choices. Staff was very helpful. We didn't have any of the personnel problems that were mentioned in other reviews. Maybe those folks are gone. There is a tiny pool which is kept at a nice warm temperature. All in all a very good place to stay. read more
