Can't say enough good things about this property. Great location at I-540 and Rogers Avenue that has restaurants & other venues such as TGI Fridays, ColdStone, and Starbucks within walking distance. A considerable amount of parking all around the property, to include a large overflow area directly across the street from TGI Fridays. A very clean property overall, with room comforts that guaranteed a good night sleep. Excellent customer service (thank you, Jasmin), along with even better communication via their texting correspondence from the front desk. Breakfast was actually pretty good. A standard Hampton Inn offering that was just right. I noticed amenities such as a hot tub below my 3rd floor room, yet I didn't get the opportunity to use them during my stay. One plus that I noticed within the room was that of a long chase connected to the couch (very comfortable & clean). I don't see that feature as often in Hampton Inn properties. I'm definitely returning to this property when traveling through NW Arkansas. Highly recommend staying here! read more

The best part of this hotel is the outdoor hot tub (there is one indoors and a pool too), but the outdoor hot tub is HOT and functional. It is also perfect for just two people and covered by a privacy fence. The rest of the hotel was good. Clean rooms and good staff. Have stayed at this hotel many times they're a wonderful staff and the rooms and beds are perfect. Made a reservation today. Went to the front desk and try to make arrangements to get a more convenient room. I was bringing in 10 bags and my two dogs I've been traveling with for a couple months. They only wanted to accommodate me if they charged me for a handicapped. One of their elevators was broken, so he's gonna have to park on one side of the building, walk all the way through the hotel to the other side of the building to get the elevator and then walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to go to my room again I had multiple bags and two dogs, and there was no way they were going to make accommodations. I left and went to downtown Courtyard Marriott. They were very accommodating gave me a perfect room a safe parking lot and at a good price. read more

Like I continue to say Hampton Inn Hotels are the best "cheaper" priced hotels by Hilton. The breakfast is amazing and it's very clean. One star down for the young employee who thought it was okay to randomly show attitude. Young girl, dark hair, tan skin and she was shorter, I wish I knew her name so I could put it down. She wanted to get in the elevator and when she saw that there were 3 of us decided to smack her lips, roll her eyes and angrily walk away. It was obvious that her actions were directed to us as if we would leave the elevator so she could get in. She simply could've waited for the next elevator instead of doing all that. Later witnessed her talking on her phone instead of doing her job. From what I saw she was housekeeping. Hopefully they teach her how to act in front of guests. Or better, get rid of her. read more

This place is great. My family stayed here on our way to lake Ouachita and had picked up a large grocery order to take with us on our houseboat trip. The plastic Walmart bags just weren't working for us and bread was getting squished etc. we had gotten a text earlier that day from the gentlemen at the front desk (Austin?) asking if we needed anything. Stayed here with the family over Labor Day weekend. Very nice hotel with an awesome staff! I could tell the hotel had been recently renovated. Everything was extremely nice and looked great. We stayed in a two bed - two room suite which was perfect for our family of 5. I loved that the hot tub was outside. My husband has sinus issues and cannot usually enjoy the hot tub because it is inside next to the pool and the chlorine highly irritates him. He didn't have this problem here. We also loved the fact that this is a pet-friendly hotel! The breakfast was the normal Hampton Inn fare with a few small added touches. My only recommendation is to add an extra kitchen staff member on the weekends. The kitchen staff lady was doing a fantastic job keeping the food items stocked but simply didn't have enough hands to also keep the tables and dining chairs cleaned. read more

This is my go to hotel when I need a place to stay in Fort Smith, AR. They have a full hot breakfast with waffles you make yourself, eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and more. The gym is adequate and there is a pool with hot tub and a small basketball court. The place is under renovation right now (Feb 2017). This can be a little inconvenience, but this is a good thing, because it means the rooms are nice and updated. I don't fault them from wanting to improve the property, I applaud it! read more

A hotel where everyone greets you, tells you they're glad you're staying with them, and to have a great stay is equal parts refreshing and creepy. Still, the Hampton is a nice enough hotel. It's quiet, the wi-fi is great, the beds are comfortable and the rate is very reasonable. It's close enough to the highway to allow you to get on the road with no hassles and near several decent, but not fancy, restaurants. The breakfast has both hot and cold options and the hotel does a good job of keeping the breakfast area clean. The coffee is kind of "meh" though, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. The employees seem genuinely committed to making sure I had a good stay. The cheerful greetings from the staff when you pass them in the hall or the lobby can be disconcerting for introverts or anyone used to staying in hotels staffed by those who barely acknowledge your presence. Something about that cheerfulness could be habit-forming. What a nice way to kick off your day or wind down from a busy one. read more

I guess I'll be taking Hampton off my list of places to stay. 1. The rate was advertised online as $121 and I confirmed that rate at check in. I was invoiced at a rate of $129. Not a huge amount but when I inquired at the front desk I was told that they changed the rate after my check in. This is BS. I made a contract to buy their services at a price at check in. Changing the price after the fact is sleazy. 2. I turned down the bed and crawled in without checking. Big mistake. I discovered when I woke up the next morning that I'd been sleeping on blood stained sheets. I can't express how disgusting this is. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Pros: spacious room with a bath and universal access, reasonable rate, comfortable furniture in great condition Cons: Room wasn't ready when we arrived late in afternoon; hostess offered a lame excuse then left us standing in the lobby with suitcases in hand while we waited. No apology, no assistance. We moved into the dining area with suitcases and waited about 30 minutes. Hostess came over to say she was comping our room because of the excessive delay at check in. We accepted. I mentioned that she could have just apologized and offered us a place to rest. The room smelled of dog urine. Broken shower handle that they KNEW about but didn't mention. Sent us a handyman to explain to us how to work shower without the handle at 7am. Ran out of TP (because they didn't put in a new roll) and no back up. We requested more when leaving for the day. They forgot. Had to call again. Asked them to do something about the dog urine smell, they re-shampooed the rug, but once it dried there was still a strong odor. Plus the carpet remained sticky and it turned bare feet black. My family chose not to complain during our 3-night stay because they were comping the room, so we made allowances. Only to return home and discover that they didn't comp the room at all. I made 6 phone calls in order to make it happen. Eventually they comped the first night only. By gift certificate. For another free night. Woo. Hampton Inn has always been a nice place; the free breakfast DOES NOT excuse the poor service. read more

I am Diamond with Hilton hotels, so I have stayed at many Hampton's over the years. This one is up to Hampton's normal high standards. They upgraded me to a suite, I didn't need it, but why turn it down. The reason I am writing the review is that for some reason the bed and bedding was more comfortable that most hotels I have stayed at. This hotel used to be really nice but I'm not a fan since the remodel. Their bathrooms don't even have real doors now. It's just a sliding mirror that doubles as a cover for the closet as well. Because of the angle of the mirror, there's a 3 inch gap between the mirror and the entry so it basically supplies zero privacy. Fine if you're on your own but if you're at a conference with others, it's a bit awkward. Also parking is the worse on a busy weekend. You have to circle the lot until someone leaves - that is, unless it's late at night and then you're out of luck and have to park in a different lot. read more

After staying at this location twice I really cannot recommend. Don't come to this location expecting a normal breakfast. Both times I was here it was inadequate. I called front desk and asked a question about lack of items provided for breakfast and was laughed at by woman answering the phone. Bitter coffee, cold limited selection. Hard boiled eggs still in shell? When I pointed it out that this location was the only one across the entire country without a proper breakfast I was laughed at and was told it was better yesterday. I wasn't here yesterday. Out of all of the places you could stay in Fort Smith I cannot recommend this location. I requested a room on the first floor they moved us to the fourth floor. I was taken back by how incredibly rude the front desk clerk was in the morning. She should be retrained or Fired. If she had been here when I checked in I would have cancelled. My work booked me for this hotel again. Not gonna lie, but I was skeptical. Only this time, I got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was very nice, the floors were so clean that I could walk around barefoot. I even made sure to not walk on the carpet in my shoes, as to not ware it out. I loved the accessibility of outlets and like how they all worked; the room was bright, warm and inviting. This is a big plus for me, so that I may use my laptop for work and send emails. If it's possible to make sure I am booked a newly renovated room in the future, I would be glad to stay here again. The only thing I ask of this hotel, is to make sure that the currently non-renovated rooms are kept to a high standard as such as the newly renovated rooms. Meaning, make sure all the light bulbs are functioning and not broken, all outlets (including the desk lamp outlets) are all working, and Wi-Fi is also working for those who depend on it for work. read more
