The "breakfast" was pathetic and unhealthy, toaster didn't work, and when I asked for water they pointed me to a faucet, no bottled water. The help looked very undesirable and unkempt, scary actually. would I recommend this facility to anyone? Never! And after the deplorable service I got with no compensation for the "inconvenience " I will never use them again.

While this hotel wasn't the cheapest either, it was located closer to my company HQ than others. The room was nice. Internet was not too high speed, but was OK. The only advice I would have for everyone-----make sure your room doesn't face the highway. I had the worst night of no sleep due to highway noise. The only way to compensate was to run the air handling unit constantly which would create a "white noise" effect. I was finally able to get some sleep the next night, but not a good one. They will only clean rooms if you ask them. The fitness center was very good. Breakfast was typical Hampton ---eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal and waffles. Sorry they had no bananas. Staff was friendly and the manager apologized for the highway noise after I checked out.

( yes still five stars). I went and bought a plunger. The room across from mine we were doing plunging tag. Next. Took my shower the soap dispenser clearly was broken so I sat their shampoo on the side of the tub. ( still five stars and I'll explain). Next I pulled out a coffee cup from the cabinet it was dirty. Still five stars. Here's why..,,, The room was clean , I had more towels and cloths than I needed, the air worked, water was hot, laundry was free to do, those fir mist would be about an average score. Here's what made all the tiny things not really matter. I looked at the toilet issue like if I was home and had many people over it's going to happen. Unless there is someone flushing those toilets every day and or someone complains it really wasn't a complaint to me just take care of it. None of those things mattered because every single person at that hotel spoke to me they treated me like I was somebody important. I'm not. I stayed 10 days, in ten days I was treated in the morning, by the staff I was treated by the housekeeping staff. I was asked how my stay was going, I was asked if I needed anything. So the concern from staff members told me that they were being trained to treat their guests right. I did meet with the GM Shawn very nice man we visited at length and I was happy with his treatment of staff. The sales manager Carey was just too cute, very friendly always smiling. They really treated you like family. I would stay here again even if I needed to use a plunger. I will stay here again when I come in October. Thank you for a great stay!!

Be careful when you're walking out on the grass because of the doggy land mines.

At check in the clerk was quite rude towards my husband when he asked if we could check in early. The clerk let us up to our room, but housekeeping was still in the middle of flipping it. The housekeeping staff was very polite. They finished our room quickly and apologized for the inconvenience, which was not their fault. The worst part overall of the visit was that the room smelled overwhelmingly of mold. We had the room all the way at the end of the hall on the second floor. Maybe they don't use the end rooms as often, but this room was severely unappealing. The mold is in the air conditioner, but it was warm in the room also, so we didn't have a choice but to run it. My parents were in the room two doors down from us and their room did not smell at all. Several of my family members said that their rooms did not smell either. Must have just been our room. The candy vending machine on the second floor will eat your money and the product will get stuck in the machine and every drink vending machine in the hotel was out of water. We checked all floors.
