This is luxury at its finest. From helpful staff to clean and well lit spaces to little touches that made me smile. The bar is cozy, and I recommend the hamburger and french fries. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask. Lovely turn down service. The staff saw I was reading a book and gave me a new bookmark. My electric cords were not tidy, I got a cord tie. There is morning coffee, lobby water and the hot chocolate bar in the afternoon was nice. Right on the beach with lots of seating. The place is clean enough but does show its age. Very close to the airport, literally at the end of the runway so getting here takes 10 min. There is an outdoor pool (it was too cold to use it however), a gym (open 24 hours), an Italian restaurant onsite open for dinner only, a pool bar that is the only lunch option, a breakfast buffet/restaurant and a lobby kiosk for a quick snack/toiletries. Pillows are terrible. I had to call the front desk to have them deliver an alternate version which was slightly better. There is nothing close to this hotel, no gas stations, no convenience shops, and the lobby kiosk doesn't have the sufficient toiletries/meds so bring your own. Not even tums. read more

The positives were as follows: 1.Valet and bellman were all very nice and helpful and we were greeted warmly. 2.Front desk personnel were all very nice and helpful and we were greeted warmly. 3.People around the pool were exceptional with set up of seating and continually checking on us if we needed anything every day. 4.Housekeeping were very pleasant and ready to get whatever you needed. 5.The beds were exceptional and one of the better mattresses I have slept on. 6. One pool for adults only which is good, but you can still hear the screaming kids next to it. Did not go to the beach so can't comment on that 7. Menu poolside was good and varied enough that you could find something to eat. Wings and salads were good. Hummus also was good. Mahi tacos were meh. Might have been nice to have more than a chicken sandwich as the sandwich option 8. Coffee and tea available in the lobby every morning. Coffee was good. What I didn't like: 1. Main restaurant menu not varied enough. Bordered on trying to be a little too froo froo like a French restaurant. The only pasta dish was Pumpkin Agnolotti. Really?? it's not fall season and that's the one pasta dish you offer?? Come on...get serious. The other restaurant option was raw fish and sashimi etc which is not for me. Service inside the restaurant was lacking and for the price point they should be ashamed of themselves and certainly not up to the level of other Four Seasons we have experienced. 2. No gift shop. Only a small cubby hole for a perfume place and a ladies clothing store that also offered beautiful jewelry. No snacks, drinks etc. 3. Rooms were supposedly re done in 2019. Felt a little stuffy. The water closet was way too small. You could not easily enter without bumping into the door or the toilet bowl. Not sure who designed it, but they should get a refund. The signature smell of the soaps, shampoos, and lotion was geranium-mango. Smelled more like the stems of the geranium. I'm at the beach. I want beachy fresh smells ie coconut, ocean breeze, not the refuse from the garden. So in conclusion it was good but not great. For the same money, go to the Breakers for a once in a lifetime experience. read more

Awesome resort with amazing pool areas and beach. The service here is top notch. Associates come around with treats (fresh fruit, frozen fruit, candy, etc.) to those at the pool and ensure you have everything you need (can also bring suntan lotion and cool off aloe vera gel). I had lunch by the pool the two days I was out. Guest rooms are nice as well but seem a little dated (or perhaps it's the FL resort vibe they are going for). The amenities were nice and I slept like a baby in the king sized bed. The fitness center is a legit gym with free weights, weight machines, Peloton bikes, treadmills and even a yoga/group fitness room. There is a locker room with dry sauna as well. Owner of the valet firm ( Jeremy), who also runs The Ben Hotel valet, in West Palm said the clientele were entitled in front of my family at this Four Seasons here in Palm Beach. Maid service manager was also rude in house keeping saying she had an employee meal and to call back. This is the same rude woman during Covid that yelled at my husband for not having his mask on at 7 am coming in from the beach. This staff needs to go. Sorry, not returning. Hilton is twice the value in West Palm with a better gym and pool scene. read more

Wow. Upon arrival valet you are greeted with 5 star service and it continues all through the check-in process. The staff here really go out of their way to make you feel special and taken care of. The scent throughout the hotel is crisp and refreshing, its intoxicating how good it smells! We stayed in a King room with a patio with a ocean view. It was gorgeous. The room was quite large and I am still dreaming of those pillows (note, you can purchase their bedding. Im going to save this for a upcoming birthday ask!). It rained almost the entire time we were there do we werent able to go out to yhe beach too much. But they have chaisse lounges and cabanas at the pools and beach. My room service attendant was different the first two night- loved her best- she took care of things I hadn't even thought of.... and I'm pretty meticulous. No relaxing The rooms are $800-$1200 and you get a small room that hasn't been updated in years. The facility's are mediocre at best The "marquis" restaurant feels like any Marriott restaurant around the US. Certainly Nothing special, not for special occasions There are too many great options in Florida to even consider this property. The Four Seasons group should be embarrassed. Incredible staff from check in to poolside to the restaurant. They brought a crib and microwave and refrigerator at our request because we were traveling with an infant. Along with those requested items, they also brought us a diaper genie, toys for our daughter and baby shampoo. When we were hanging out at the pool they let us order breakfast even though they technically weren't serving it and we enjoyed our bagels poolside. The hotel itself is gorgeous, definitely plan on staying there in the future. The only thing more impressive than the aesthetic of the hotel was the FOOD. 10/10. At first, I was not going to give the five stars... actually if it was for the building itself, I would give it 3/5 BUT, the actual building is not what this hotel is about... not even the pool which is maybe below average.... the 5 stars is for the room, service and the beach... this hotel is exactly what my wife and I look for on a weekend getaway.... service since the moment you leave your car at valet is impeccable.... front desk trying to please all your requests... We had a room that overlooked the ocean from our bed... the room was on the small side, but comfortable and clean! The bed, duvet and pillows top notch! They also had an electric outlet in my night table.... The bathroom also remodeled and comfortable... good shower with good power. Amenities are L'occitane and smelled great... 5 star towels... so for my room, awesome. The beach... you are greeted by nice people that ask where you would like to seat and we were lucky that there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas everyday! On your way down to the beach, there is a service area with walter, sun screen, towels, some refreshing fruit that they pass several times during the day... an area where to leave your shoes or sandals if you choose to... Service at the beach also top notch... plenty and they are there all the time until 6:30 pm everyday .... The ocean water was clear with some waves, nothing unbearable.... the sand does get hot, so walking to the ocean can be a little .... well take some sandals and leave them near the water... All in all this hotel being a little dated from the outside, not having the greatest grand lobby, not having an awesome pool will be one we will come several times during the year!!! Thanks staff... I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Palm Beach to celebrate an amazing wedding weekend of dear friends. From the rooms, to the food, to the atmosphere, to the staff, everything was truly top-notch. Including the prices - this is the Four Seasons after all! The rooms are beautiful - well-appointed with so-comfy-you-just-can't-help-but-sink-in beds, huge bathrooms with separate tubs and showers, individual balconies for soaking up the beach-side scenery, and more! The pool area is beautiful, with tons of lounge chairs and staff to serve you drinks and bites till your heart's content. They also have an "adult quiet area" around the hot tub. Beach access is easy, and the staff will happily set up chairs and umbrellas for you, and bring you the food and bevvies you desire. Parking is valet, but with unlimited in-and-out privileges, so it makes it easy to escape from the resort grounds for a meal or a Publix run, whatever the case may be. Stayed here in 2021, blonde lady at the front desk didn't honor my black Amex breakfast which was included as part of the Amex perks, because I ordered it as room service. I told her I was unaware and she referred me to the agreement prior to check in which I had totally missed and she was just entirely rude and unaccommodating, had zero sympathy or any sort of attempt at customer service. Fast forward to last month I stayed somewhere else and stopped in for breakfast with my mom, it was so ridiculously overpriced and we're charged $10 for a side of bacon that we didn't order. This review is about having a bad experience at this place due to sleazy service, it has nothing to do with cost alone but the experience as a whole. read more

Went for my wife's birthday. Four seasons is always a great experience and this lived up to my expectations. From the time we got there till we left we enjoyed it. Our room was upgraded to a larger suite, after a very difficult flight with cancellations and rebooking and boardings so that helped a lot. The food at the restaurants and room service were all tasty and enjoyable we spent most of the day at the pool and beach and did some shopping outside of the hotel too. Amazing experience for all the senses from the moment you walk in. The property was renovated in 2018 and is gorgeous. The hotel smells fresh and clean at every turn. We never waited for the elevator or shared a cab with anyone else. The size and scale make the hotel easy to navigate. The service is fantastic. We came here to get away from the kids, but talked to another couple who brought their kids and participated in the Kids Club saying it was the best family vacation they've ever had. It's expensive but the value is there as the quality is top notch and commands the price. We also looked at staying at the Breakers. We drove by during our trip and it's a beautiful historic hotel, but offers a different experience. It's huge and I don't think could offer the quality of food, service or comfort that the Four Seasons does. Lastly, the beds and rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable - one of the best I've ever slept in. read more

I just returned from my second vacation at this property. All of my family including my wife and my daughter (7 years old) were super happy with our vacation. The check in was smooth, Selena at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in very quickly and provided a ton of information about the property, which we were already familiar with, in a very efficient manner. Our room which overlooked the resort and the ocean was super nice. The rooms here are very big and super clean. One thing that I like in this property is that the rooms are cleaned twice every day. The rooms are cleaned once in the morning but are also given refresh when we were out for dinner. The cleaning staff also deserves credit for being very attentive to detail and being so quite throughout the day. It is almost as if they were there to keep rooms tidy all the time and yet they were invisible. We love the beach at this property. The staff at the beach has also been very helpful in setting up the lounge chairs and refreshing drinks throughout the day. One suggestion would be for the beach staff to be more active in educating the clients about the turtle eggs on the beach. They are doing a good job in marking the spots with eggs but i felt that some of the guests did not know why these areas were marked and protected. The bar/grill restaurant on the beach is amazing. The menu here is somewhat limited (salads, sandwiches and a couple of other things) but everything I ate here was amazing. My favorite was the burger and the lamb wrap as well as their french fries. Juan was our favorite server here with a super happy and positive attitude. Finally, the kids club, which is complementary also deserves a lot of credit. When I asked my 7 year old daughter for her favorite aspect of the vacation, she told me, without hesitation, that the kids club was a lot of fun. Of course, the fact that my daughter liked the kids club meant that my wife and i were also able to enjoy our vacation. Overall, i think this is a great property. The staff here is amazing. Everyone has been super nice. The valet parking staff, the front desk, the concierge, the room service the waiters at the restaurants, the room service staff, and the beach staff have all been very positive and super helpful. I don't know about you but being among positive and smiling people makes me happy too. We will definitely return for another vacation at Four Seasons soon. read more
