What a wonderful stay! We drove up here from Phoenix for the Christmas light celebration, as we do every year. I am a Hilton gold member so I travel to Hiltons 20 to 30 nights a year, so I have stayed at several Hamptons before and I've stayed at all the Hilton properties in Prescott. This by far was the coziest experience we had. The hotel, the parking lot for landscaping the decorations all made me feel like I was in a Hallmark movie. The staff was great when we checked in and they allowed us to check in our room two hours early. We forgot our phone charger and they had an extra one that we could use during our day. As expected, the bed was comfortable lots of pillows, and the heater worked very quickly . The room was very clean and they also had an indoor hot tub. I enjoy coming out before heading out to see the Christmas lights to notice the fresh bake cookies prepared for all the guests in the lobby . We also noticed when you checked in, they had a handful of coupons for restaurants nearby to get some nice discounts. I enjoyed staying at this location because it was close enough to downtown for a quick 5 to 10 minute drive but also further enough out so you weren't in the mess of all the traffic . It's location is also nice because it's around all the restaurants in local shopping in the area.. We will definitely be back next year ! The price was incredibly affordable in comparison to the other hotels around. You're definitely getting more bang for your buck here. read more

Super impressed! What a nice stay we had! Super clean, comfy beds, super comfy pillows! Great water pressure in the shower. Even the shampoo was great, haha! What more can you ask for than fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every night? Yum! We forgot playing cards and the sweet lady working the counter offered us a deck of cards! Totally unexpected! The pool area is heated inside, and the pools are super fun for kids with neat animal features spraying water. Clean too! The breakfast buffet was really great! It was better than other Hampton Inns We've stayed at! One reason was because as soon as something was out, a staff member magically appeard to refill it, haha! Good quality Greek yogurt really surprised me, as usually you're only offered Yoplait. Quality of the food was great across the board, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, homemade muffins and yummy scones. Everything was super clean. We plan to make this hotel our Go To, when visiting out daughter at Embry Riddle! The icing on the cake for us is there is an amazing Ramen/Poke restaurant AND a Trader Joe's just a short walk across the street! read more

This is a really good hotel to stay at when visiting Prescott. This is in an easy to reach spot, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the best part is the pool. The pool and hot tub are very nice especially with the nice decorations the pool has. There is also a kiddie pool for the little kids with a frog and palm tree decoration. And the main pool has a cool elephant decoration that when it works it squirts water outside its trunk. The ambiance of the pool is also very nice too with the beautiful paintings on the walls and the size of the pool. Breakfast at this hotel is also like nearly every other Hampton, fantastic! Stay at this hotel when visiting Prescott or if you're visiting someone who is a student at Embry-Riddle. read more

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolute worst stay I have had at ANY Hilton property in the last 10 years. If today had not been check out day, we would have left anyway. Air-conditioning by window produces condensation that eventually puddles up on the floor. Groups of teenagers Christmas caroling through the halls at night. People holding phone conversations in the hallway outside your room. People bouncing balls in their rooms at 12:30 at night. Absolute damn zoo. Even more embarrassing and aggravating is the fact that I recommend this hotel to the other person traveling with us. There are SO MANY other places to stay in Prescott, that I would definitely advise staying ANYWHERE but here. If you enjoy being stuck in the middle of a constant frat party for your entire stay, this is definitely the spot for you. read more

We have stayed here in the past and since we needed a getaway we came back. We got a call on the way here to ask if we were still planning on being here, I suspect because there is an event this weekend and they had others on a wait list. Check-in was quick and pleasent and we continued to our room. The room was clean and not worn out at all. If we come to Prescott again we will stay here. read more

OUR FAVORITE Hotel in Prescott! My mom lives in Prescott, so we have tried most of the local hotels. This hotel is perfect for us. Especially if you are traveling with kids. We frequently travel with our Grandkids. The hotel is immaculate and well maintained. Parking lot is well lit and parking is FREE. Lobby is spacious with 2 large TV's. There is a hotel gym. The indoor pool is a real favorite for the kids ( my only gripe is the chlorine odor) . They have cute pool decor foe kids ( see photo) Staff are very friendly. This hotel also has a BBQ Grill and on site Laundry. FREE Breakfast is above average with a lot of choices. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is very clean. read more

My family and I stayed one night at Hampton Inn Prescott and we loved it. I have a 9 and 4 year old and they absolutely loved the pool. I appreciate the pool area was so welcoming to kids. The free breakfast was excellent. It had all the items you'd expect and everything tasted fresh. The scones were a favorite of our group. I love how they had a small little market with snacks and drinks. I can't recommend this hotel enough, especially if you have kids. read more

It is sad that frequent travelers, like me, already have low expectations when staying at a different hotel. You never know when you are going to get someone having a bad day, or at the end of their shift just trying to leave and go home. Or worse, having an unacceptable room. I must admit, I was blown away with the facility, ambiance, but most importantly, the staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeting by Angela at the front desk. Angela explained the hotel amenities (freshly baked cookies served at 6:00 pm - alarm set!), heated pool, gym, outdoor patio with an extended fireplace, free breakfast (wasn't expecting that one - more on it later), upgraded furniture throughout, well-appointed rooms, limited room service, etc. We had other opportunities to engage with Angela and were happily greeted with a smile and readily available assistance. Entering our room, it was clear that the furniture was modern, clean, upgraded, and the room had ample space. There were abundant outlets throughout which was perfect for our ever-connected lifestyle. The suite included a large living area with a desk, sofa, TV and worktable. Perfect for those of us attending work events or hosting meetings with colleagues. The separate vanity was a plus as it allows two people to get ready. Ok, the combined closet/bathroom door was awkward as you had to announce opening the barn-type door or you risked smashing the hands of someone grabbing something from the closet. This was a bit of a design stumble. Now the breakfast. Buffets are not known for their amazing offerings. It is either acceptable or a failure. The Hampton Inn somehow managed to elevate the free buffet to give it some appeal. The scrambled eggs, or other egg dishes, weren't dry, the accompanying choices were delicious! There were options for every lifestyle: Cereals for those that are young at heart, delicious oatmeal with all the fixings, hard boiled eggs as an alternative to the egg offering, juice and coffee, make-your-own waffle station, newspapers, tea, toast/bagels, and all the necessary condiments. But what was really impressive was the staff. Amada checked in on us regularly to make sure we didn't need anything, she was constantly cleaning and refilling the buffet as needed. Great way to start your day! Throughout our stay, we had an opportunity to interact with multiple staff members. The housekeepers were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The other front desk personnel were equally friendly. In speaking with the manager, Alicia, it became evident that the happy service-oriented attitude started from the top. The manager could be seen throughout the lobby greeting guests, cleaning (someone on staff was always cleaning counters or floors - very impressive) or speaking with staff. An engaged friendly manager whose positivity radiated throughout the staff. Very hard to find a negative in this hotel. Even parking was plentiful and roomy for our large vehicle. The location is ideal with a short drive to Whiskey Row, shopping, entertainment and/or sightseeing. If hanging out at the hotel, take advantage of the beautiful and relaxing patio. You won't be disappointed with your stay. read more

We had a five star stay here. We are Hilton members so check in and out are a breeze. But this hotel is so cute I want to come back. It's clean and has many amenities! I love the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate that is available all day long. It's a little thing but it just feels fancy and nice. The outside patio area is so cute with nice seating areas and a fire pit. The pool area also looked awesome I wish we remembered our suites. If we come back to this area we will be sure to stay here. read more

Is a Hampton Inn, they could do a little better. The place was packed both times on I was visiting they treat diamond member OK, not really a lot of effort. Breakfast is terrible, staff depending on their mood could be friendly or not. Not a lot of choices in Prescott so this place is OK for short term stay. read more

This hotel needs major updating. Carpet, curtains, beds, ect. Most Hamptons have the most amazing beds and pillows but definitely not at this one. They definitely need to be upgraded. Also, there needs to be cell phone chargers or plug ins on both sides of the bed not just one. However, the hotel was very quiet even considering there was a concert nearby that night and the hotel was fully booked. Shower heads on point but need to have bigger bath towels. Not sure if I'll stay here again unless they have plans for remodeling. read more

One of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at within the USA... immaculately clean rooms, modern brightly lit bathrooms ( with great water pressure in the showers) , good quality Neutrogena toiletries, above average hot breakfast included for all guests...a very special mention to the property staff...they all go above and beyond to make guests feel at home and welcome... Donald at the reception helped me get some milk for my toddler and even washed out his bottle ( guests weren't allowed back in the kitchen)... let's also not forget the freshly baked cookies served up at 6 pm daily..Hallmark of the Hampton Inns...I will stay here every time I visit Prescott that's for sure.. read more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Prescott earlier this week. It was IMMACULATE and obviously recently renovated. The room was very comfortable, and all of the controls (TV, HVAC, and faux fireplace) were the easiest we've ever dealt with in a hotel. The staff was terrific from check-in through check-out, and the breakfast room attendant was always making sure that tables were cleaned quickly and breakfast items were refreshed promptly. She even stopped by to ask us if everything was okay and did we need anything? Unfortunately, I have asthma which was exacerbated by the altitude and we had to leave a day early. The staff was professional and helpful in making that change to our reservation. We HIGHLY recommend the Hampton Inn in Prescott. read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Prescott. The rooms were very clean and updated. The grandkids loved the indoor pool area. Fresh cookies and a cup of coffee by the outdoor fire pit in the evening was very relaxing also. Breakfast was great and the staff were constantly refreshing the food and cleaning tables as soon as customers left. All the staff were very friendly but Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to make our twin 3 yr olds feel welcome and comfortable. Located just outside the downtown Prescott, just about 10 minutes drive to downtown and also 10 minutes drive to the Watson lake, it was an ideal location for a short vacation at Prescott. What makes this particular Hampton Inn a five star hotel is mainly the staff and breakfast. Hampton inn offers pretty much the same amenity throughout but when staff members are very friendly, it makes difference in impression for a particular hotel. Breakfast here offers much more than standard Hampton Inn. In addition to standard breakfast food, I liked their smoothies. Something I don't normally see at other Hampton Inn. read more

The wife stays in Hampton Inns all over the state and this one is more on the new modem side. The check in staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The enclosed pool looks great for kids and is heated. This does make it bad if you on the second floor and hear kids running and jumping. No 3 floors were available even in though she is a gold member and was able to pick room on reservation. Would recommend that they put kids and dogs on lower floors. We'll see how our second night goes read more

We ended up staying here while on a business trip. This hotel is located ideally near several stores and restaurants. It is not on a main road, this cuts down greatly on the noise. You walk in the front doors to a very beautiful and clean Lobby. The front desk staff was super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Really did not hear much from the hallways or other rooms, nice thick walls I am sure helped with this. There is nothing worse than being woken up in the middle of the night by people being loud in the hallway. I was thrilled that this was not the case at this hotel. The kids were thrilled that there was an indoor pool, especially because it rained the whole time we were there LOL. They had kind of a jungle theme with elephants and monkeys and palm trees at the indoor pool. The pool area was clean, humid, and fun. There is also a gym attached to the pool area as well as a Jacuzzi. The free continental breakfast was amazing. The staff was on top of making sure that items did not run out, and that the food tasted great. Everything from the delicious waffles to the crisp bacon. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. read more

The hotel was under construction when we visited in June of 2021, but didn't bother us! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet area was clean along with the lobby. There is an indoor pool area with a kids play area that is very nice along with an outdoor patio area with patio furniture which was nice to enjoy the non-crazy hot weather (visiting from Phoenix). We DID have a car with us, so that was helpful. There is a ARCO AM/PM, Poke and Ramen place, Five Guys and Trader Joe's within walking distance BREAKFAST: I enjoyed the breakfast buffet - which is weird for me to say 'cause I usually don't have breakfast. But my mom LOVES her Continental Breakfasts and I loved that this had a good variety of options and switched it up every day. The staff tending to the breakfast was also very helpful! I would definitely consider staying here when I'm in the area again! read more

I stayed here last week for a 5 night stay. Everything I experienced was typical of Hampton Inn which is a compliment. I always use Hilton properties during my business travels and frequently stay at Hampton Inns. Why? Because they are consistently good. This was the second time that I have stayed here with the first being several years ago. They provide a quality breakfast, nice rooms, laundry room, computer/business room with two terminals, adequate parking and an above average pool. The indoor pool has cartoon/animal characters that will delight children. Check in was professional and efficient. This property is a short drive to shopping and dining and The Square and Whiskey Row are is about a 6-7 minute drive. I recommend staying here. I usually give a 3 score for Hamptons but in this case will give a 4. read more

This place ruined our vacation by saying they can't find our booking which was paid and confirmed on TripAdvisor. Their marketing department then responded that they are sorry and hope we can go there again in the future. These things happen when using another company for booking. Don't they understand when someone takes time off work and suddenly doesn't have a place to stay a SORRY does nothing. If they do not have a robust system to see bookings from another company don't accept them only allow customers to book on their system. They offered no resolution their marketing department needs some serious training. Book at your own risk!! I cannot recommend Hampton Inn at all. read more

Uneventful stay. Hotel was nice but I had an issue with the lack of service I received. Being a Diamond level Honors Reward member, I would expect a little consideration when a simple request was made. I asked for a 1 hour extension on the check out time as I was there for business and had a virtual meeting at 11am, the check out time. I asked for a noon check out time and without even checking their computer was told they "didn't have any more late check outs that day". I was literally caught off guard by their response. When I countered that I would expect them to look into a request and being a Diamond member was a disappointed with their response. I mentioned that I travel and booked stays there every week and due to their lack of service would be changing my upcoming bookings to the other Hampton Inn in neighboring Prescott Valley. Since I stay at Hampton Inn's 3 days a week, I was anxious to receive the survey I get for every other stay... And not surprisingly I didn't get one for that stay. Nice hotel, clean room just don't expect any requests to be honored. read more

***This is a review for the "Order Inn" food delivery company used by this Hampton Inn.*** Avoid this service like the plague. It is just a standard food delivery service (ie DoorDash, UberEats, etc) dressed up like room service. 1. You must call in your order (and provide hotel, name, credit card, etc); making this way more time consuming than just using a delivery service app. 2. We were told 45 - 60 min for delivery. It took over 90 minutes. And no way to track, contact or remove tip with driver for crappy service. 3. When calling to check on the order, was told repeatedly they would check with the kitchen and the driver just left, it would be 5 - 10 min. Food finally arrived 25 min after this. 4. Turns out the kitchen is just a local Italian restaurant. This is just a delivery service company (and a bad one at that). 5. When the driver arrived he tried to demand cash as the receipt said "collect cash". Seemed like a complete scam attempt by the driver. Made me call the delivery company to verify no cash (as already paid by credit card, just like with any delivery service nowadays). You are much better off just using DoorDash or UberEats, etc (and just grabbing your food from the front desk if needed). Or just going and picking it up. Hampton Inn should ditch this service, as it's s black eye on an otherwise good hotel. read more

This was the second time in a year and a half that my son stayed at the Hampton Inn Prescott. The first time was great. This time was great as well. Cleanliness, a warm feeling at the desk, free breakfast, just first rate! Donald #1 (that was on his badge) was absolutely amazing, helpful and kind. We appreciated his attention to detail. Very nice and modern hotel. The room/bathroom lighting was mostly backlit...cool feature. Rooms were comfortable. Plenty of USB and plugs withing the room. The complimentary breakfast was a home run with us and the kids. Fresh coffee was always on hand. Had to make last minute reservations for several rooms because a close family member was at the heart hospital it Prescott. The hotel staff, especially Angela, made us feel like home and really took care of us. This was a very emotional time for my entire family and every time Angela saw one of us, she made sure to check in to see how things were going. With things changing so quickly, we had to make changes to our reservations and Angela took care of us again. I am just amazed at the service we received during our stay. There were several others on the night staff who knew what was going on and made a special attempt to let us know they were here to support us too. My birthday was on July 1 and we were still at the hotel. I came back to see that the staff had decorated the outside of both of our rooms. In the end, they made a very difficult time in our lives much easier. And went way above what we ever would have thought possible. Oh and they have an amazing pool! We have stayed here twice in the past few weeks, and it is a nice and clean place. The elevator is kind of funny (with a door like a room), but not a big issue. Staff is friendly, they have an indoor pool and they offer breakfast every day. Breakfast has included eggs, potatoes, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. And they do have an all day coffee station. They do have a few parking spots exclusive for Diamond members, and if you are a diamond member make sure to ask for your snack and beverage if that is what you have chosen for that hotel. 2 times we have been there and we did not get our snacks : ( Overall this place met our needs and expectations. read more
