I don't usually write reviews, but my recent stay at the Quality Inn, here in Prescott , deserves to be recognized. I was going through one of the most difficult and traumatic weeks of my life--suddenly and unexpectedly left without a home. Overwhelmed and in despair, I checked in here simply hoping for a roof over my head. What I found instead was comfort, compassion, and humanity. From the moment I arrived, Gavin, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for. His patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference during a time when I needed it most. And I cannot say enough about Tara, who worked the 2pm-10pm shift. Her warmth, attentiveness, and understanding made me feel like more than just a guest--she treated me like a person who mattered. This isn't just a hotel; it became my safe space in the middle of chaos. The entire staff was accommodating and thoughtful, but Gavin and Tara, in particular, were extraordinary. Because of them, a simple Quality Inn provided the best service I have ever experienced anywhere. I will never forget the way they treated me during such a painful chapter of my life. To Gavin and Tara--thank you from the bottom of my heart. You turned a place to stay, into a true place of healing. I am beyond grateful for ya'll! read more

Stayed at Quality Inn Prescott and it was a terrible experience. The desk clerk was absent both times I needed assistance at the front desk. Hair was left in the shower, no shampoo provided, and the towel rack fell off the wall--the exposed wall anchors nearly punctured my foot. Unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. Would not recommend for the price paid. read more

This a nice clean, comfortable place a family member had a medical emergency 2/27/24-3/1/24 We live 3-4 hrs away. We were exhausted the room was clean, fridge nice size, We returned 3/5/24-3/9/24 For my relatives surgery 3 other family members also stayed everyone was happy with the hotel. We had to come back 3/20/24-3/27/24 when my relative had some complications. We were accomedate asking to extend our stay daily ot knowing when my relative would be discharged. Gavin at the front desk was awesome correcting billing mistakes, and a sweet housekeeper, breakfast room attendant made our stay a bit nicer. My only suggestion would be to add protein to thw breakfast selection, eggs, sausage etc being diabetic all the carbs tho nice waffles, oatmeal, muffins, ceral made it necessary to get protein elsewhere. read more

This location is poorly managed. it's dirty and my room had ants. They offered to switch my room but by then I had already set up my office and had a pet with me. I had also just been moving for the past 2 days and this was my only opportunity to rest so it didnt make sense to move again. I was exhausted. I don't think the ants bothered me but when I woke up I had a bug bite or something on my kneck. If they allow ants then why not other creatures it occurred to me. it sure is funny that that's acceptable to the manager. I also noticed pieces of dog biscuits in the room indicating that it hasn't been cleaned properly. Bottomline avoid this place or you can get better value at the Motel6. read more

Straightforward and clean! Great breakfast area with WAFFLE MAKER!!!! Close to the EV charger across the street.

We stayed 2 nights at the Quality Inn Prescott in May, 2024. The hotel is clean, safe and conveniently near downtown Prescott's restaurants and night life. Our stay was made even more pleasant by the hotel's General Manager, Gavin, who is friendly and responsive to our requests. We had a great conversation with Gavin about local sites to tour as he has a lot of experience and knowledge about the area. Overall 5-star rating from us for Quality Inn Prescott and Gavin. We look forward to staying there again on our next journey through Prescott. read more

Awful check-in ... was third in line for 25 minutes - inexplicable and inexcusable! Parking lot is clean though.

The staff was very friendly and our room was quiet and clean. The bed was firm to our liking and the sheets were soft buttery smooth. Continental breakfast was sufficient, however suggest carrying sugar free options and a protein like eggs. We would come back for sure. read more

OUTSTANDING! Pleasant Surprise Stay! This was nice surprise to find this place to not only be a really good price but a super nice remodeled motel! The room was nice and clean and the bed was so cozy I slept like a baby! Good location about 1 mile from Whiskey Row! The staff was friendly when I checked in and out. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here! PS: the only bummer was breakfast ends kind of early and I missed it by 5 minutes and it was already shut down... Lol read more

Wow was this ever a terrible hotel experience! Where do I begin? After checking into the hotel room the first thing we do is check the bed for anything weird, contagious or gross and as soon as we pulled back the sheets we were face to face with a plethora of HAIRS! All types of hairs too, long hairs, curly hairs, eyelash hairs, beard hairs, every where a hair hair! So I went back down to the front desk and I will say the woman working was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed and immediately took me to check out a new room. The new room she took me too had two beds in it and do you want to guess what we found in them??? More hair! In both of the beds, both of them when you pulled back the sheets had multiple multiple hairs. It was really getting disgusting at this point and the poor staff member seemed as grossed out as I was. She seemed to think the problem must be that the sheets were being packed too tightly into the washer and dryer and therefore the hairs were not coming out.... this did not ease my mind. I was then shown a third room that finally had no hairs in it *hurray!* What I really found to be entertaining was that when I called the corporate office to tell them what had happened they seemed very surprised that I was calling. They asked me if I had eventually been put into a room with no hairs in it and when I said yes, they told me that they considered the issue resolved and it was not something they would accept a complaint about. Apparently you can only complain if every single room in the hotel has hairs in it. Another entertaining portion of this visit was the next day when I went down to the front desk to see about staying another night I ended up waiting for the young gal working there to get off a personal phone call in the office where she bad mouthed one of her coworkers and even mentioned that she posted her coworkers incompetence on Facebook. When she did finally get off the phone and realize she had someone at the front desk she was quite snarky and when I asked her if she had heard what had happened the night before with all of our room changes she informed me that she had and that I shouldn't worry because the people responsible had been reprimanded. Awesome, so now I feel terrible for getting someone in trouble for my hairy bed sheets. Needless to say customer service does not seem to be this young lady's calling. The hotel gave us a 20% discount the second night on our room for our trouble, whoo hoo. Oh and the key card safety system to get into the building was completely useless because the middle door was broken and covered in duct tape. Apparently the staff is upset that maintenance hasn't fixed it yet because vagrants have been getting into the hotel... seriously!!!!! Oh and the towels are old, thin and feel awful on your body. Oh and there are stray cats surrounding the hotel. Ultimately a terrible hotel experience, it's cheap though so I should of known better. read more

The room is a bit pricey for the basic basic quality. It's a standard hotel room. Nothing fancy, it does have a fridge and microwave plus a small coffee pot all inside which is nice. It does have an awful odor tho...so much so we asked to possibly move rooms & the (very nice) girl at the front desk said "all the rooms smell that way because of the rain" huh? It did not smell of rain but more of mildew with gym socks in a hamper wet, smell. & the pillows were oddly small. Other than that, if the price was about 100 bucks cheaper it wouldn't be a bad place to crash out at night. read more

Nope. Would not stay there again. They failed to clean the room until we asked them to. The rooms had an odd odor. Floors were dirty, top sheet had a stain on it, and front desk was rarely around. The hotel is nice and what you would expect from a Quality Inn. Good location, not too close to downtown, but it works. Check in staff was great. Parking can get a little tight but no issues..... The problem I had at this hotel was with the cleaning staff. Seems they feel that loose change is theirs. First night I had a couple dollars in change on the desk and when I went out for the day, came back and room made up and change gone. Well that was not right, but I figured it was a tip!.... so the next day I had some more change (less than a dollar) so I thought I would leave it on the desk again.... came back and it was gone again.... makes me wonder what else they are taking. And to finish it off on my last night they left the door open - yes the lock was activated so they could go in and out during cleaning, but when the finished they forgot to reset. Fortunately nothing was taken .... other than the change!! Stay here if all the others hotels are full.... read more

Disappointed!! First of all I reserved a king bed and when checking in they said that 2 queens would be cheaper. I said the king would be fine as I requested, but low and behold when we opened the door it had two queen beds and if I wasn't so tired from just coming from a long lasting funeral I would have gone back to the front desk. Secondly there was a blood stain on the sheet of one bed. Thirdly the bath room exhaust fan was very loud, sounded like it was going to come apart. Fourth, the refrigerator had to be pulled all the way out to adjust it to a colder setting. The staff had turned it to where it would not cool anything. They stated that due to covid no hot breakfast was available. but pastries and fresh fruit was for the taking. Darn smart virus if you ask me. It stays away from the fruit and pastries but goes right after the hot food that is more expensive. How convenient. Far too expensive for the services provided and the ones not provided. I have mixed reviews of Quality Inn. The pros are that it is close to everything in town. The checking in and out process is easy and quick. For the most part, the staff are friendly. Quiet, no street noise otherthan a barking dog next to our room which woke us up earlier than what we attended for. Cons: Expensive for what it is. The hotel had a strange odor to it that was nauseating. Beds are very firm, although some may like that. Dog barking as mentioned. I assume the pet owner left it in the room alone. We felt the staff should of contact the owner rather than let it disrupt other occupants very early in the morning. read more

Clean room and decent breakfast. Some staff are friendly. A couple are not so much. Checked in and was told wifi was down because of weather. No wifi the entire night. Funny thing is the wifi did not show up in searches with any devices. If weather is bad, the internet supplier (Cable One) would be down...not the access point routers in the hotel. Also Cable One TV worked fine with no issues. This is an inconvenience when people rely on email for work and nobody is working on fixing the issue. Who knows how long they have had no wifi! We stayed here for a business trip. It's a non smoking hotel and the second floor rooms stink of smoke. I let the front desk know and he gave me febreeze and said if you turn up the air conditioner, that helps. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean. The shower had other people's hair on the wall. The wifi connection wouldn't let me in and kept dropping my associate from her connection. Next time I need a hotel, I will definitely pass the Quality Inn up for another hotel. read more

Oh boy. I was not impressed with this Quality Inn. We have stayed at other Quality Inn's and haven't had an issue but this one was a dump. We decided to take a last minute trip up to hang out on Whiskey Row over Memorial Day weekend. My brother and sister in law shared a room with us since everything was pretty much sold out by the time we reserved a room. This was our mistake and we should have saved a couple rooms at a more choice location ahead of time, but we were being spontaneous. Upon check in I asked if they happened to have any cancellations, hoping we could book another room. No luck. So we hoped for the best and went to check out our room. The room wasn't terrible upon first look but the beds were micro-tiny and the pillows were super hard! We decided to get ready and this is where my review dropped from a 3 to a 1. There was dried up puke on the floor all around the base of the toilet. I turned around and across from the toilet there was what appeared to be dry pee drips down the wall. I am not positive that it was pee, as I decided not to get out my lab set but the fact that it was yellowish and dripping from approximately waist heighth was enough for me to determine this. This is when we started calling all area hotels and motels to see if there was anything else available. No such luck. So we decided to grin and bear it and went down to Whiskey Row to get filthy drunk. We came back to catch a little sleep before heading home the next day. My brother made me promise that when I wrote this review I would include the following: pillows were unbearable, there was hair on his bed sheets, the women working at the continental breakfast were rude and intrusive enough that he decided he would abstain after waking up to take advantage of the free offerings. read more

Quality Inn has been our number choice to stay whenever we visited Prescott while house hunting. On our latest stay of over a week, we are more than impressed and satisfied with our experience. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. Rooms are always clean. The daily breakfast is a major plus and love that they change the menu up a bit a couple of days. The fact that they are dog friendly with a doggie park out back is something every hotel should sign up for. Highly recommend! read more

Stayed for a week in November. Hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful, the manager Jeannine Hancock was very accommodating. My friend I came with is moving to Prescott so she had a lot of stuff and Jeannine gave us a complementary upgrade to a bigger room. Thank goodness we REALLY needed the extra space. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure, clean bathroom, fridge and microwave, only shortcoming is there is only a small armoire for clothes, no closest. Location was quiet but convenient to downtown. Breakfast had a good selection, waffles were great! Would stay again and I am a travel agent so I have a critical eye. read more

This place is expensive and not worth the cost. Only reason I stayed was because it was the only place with rooms available. The walls are paper thin, the pillows and sheets were dirty and had hair all over them and I got little sleep. The water drips all night and the door didn't close correctly as well. Oh and most of the time the attendant was away from the front desk. Want internet? Their internet is free but is slower than dsl and can't even handle a skype call. Don't stay here unless you have to. read more

My kids and I had a great time in Prescott this weekend. This hotel is really close to all the great places in town! We went to the rodeo on Saturday, and on Sunday morning we had a wonderful breakfast that had a lot of options! From there we drove to Jerome for the day. This hotel was really clean, and quiet, and the beds were so comfy! When we come back next year, we will stay here :) great price, and great place! read more

I had a great stay here! They let me check in a little early so I could get ready for a wedding. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the sheets were so soft! The hot breakfast was good too! Our first room smelt gross and was incredibly humid,and our Blow dryer didn't work so we requested a new room. They moved us to a new room. After leaving my 2 night stay there I realized on my way to the airport I forgot some belongings there.(100% certain they were left on the bathroom counter). I called the same day it was no help. Followed up the next day and everyday for a week to follow and got nothing but poor customer service, attitude, and no desire to rectify the situation. After a week of trying I finally got a hold of the general manager and she was the rudest of all was absolutely no help, only thing that she did to help was hang up on me. If you stay don't forget anything if you do trust me you will never get it back! Ps the breakfast is mediocre to say the least. read more
