This location is poorly managed. it's dirty and my room had ants. They offered to switch my room but by then I had already set up my office and had a pet with me. I had also just been moving for the past 2 days and this was my only opportunity to rest so it didnt make sense to move again. I was exhausted. I don't think the ants bothered me but when I woke up I had a bug bite or something on my kneck. If they allow ants then why not other creatures it occurred to me. it sure is funny that that's acceptable to the manager. I also noticed pieces of dog biscuits in the room indicating that it hasn't been cleaned properly. Bottomline avoid this place or you can get better value at the Motel6.

The staff was very friendly and our room was quiet and clean. The bed was firm to our liking and the sheets were soft buttery smooth. Continental breakfast was sufficient, however suggest carrying sugar free options and a protein like eggs. We would come back for sure.

OUTSTANDING! Pleasant Surprise Stay! This was nice surprise to find this place to not only be a really good price but a super nice remodeled motel! The room was nice and clean and the bed was so cozy I slept like a baby! Good location about 1 mile from Whiskey Row! The staff was friendly when I checked in and out. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here! PS: the only bummer was breakfast ends kind of early and I missed it by 5 minutes and it was already shut down... Lol

Wow was this ever a terrible hotel experience! Where do I begin? After checking into the hotel room the first thing we do is check the bed for anything weird, contagious or gross and as soon as we pulled back the sheets we were face to face with a plethora of HAIRS! All types of hairs too, long hairs, curly hairs, eyelash hairs, beard hairs, every where a hair hair! So I went back down to the front desk and I will say the woman working was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed and immediately took me to check out a new room. The new room she took me too had two beds in it and do you want to guess what we found in them??? More hair! In both of the beds, both of them when you pulled back the sheets had multiple multiple hairs. It was really getting disgusting at this point and the poor staff member seemed as grossed out as I was. She seemed to think the problem must be that the sheets were being packed too tightly into the washer and dryer and therefore the hairs were not coming out.... this did not ease my mind. I was then shown a third room that finally had no hairs in it *hurray!* What I really found to be entertaining was that when I called the corporate office to tell them what had happened they seemed very surprised that I was calling. They asked me if I had eventually been put into a room with no hairs in it and when I said yes, they told me that they considered the issue resolved and it was not something they would accept a complaint about. Apparently you can only complain if every single room in the hotel has hairs in it. Another entertaining portion of this visit was the next day when I went down to the front desk to see about staying another night I ended up waiting for the young gal working there to get off a personal phone call in the office where she bad mouthed one of her coworkers and even mentioned that she posted her coworkers incompetence on Facebook. When she did finally get off the phone and realize she had someone at the front desk she was quite snarky and when I asked her if she had heard what had happened the night before with all of our room changes she informed me that she had and that I shouldn't worry because the people responsible had been reprimanded. Awesome, so now I feel terrible for getting someone in trouble for my hairy bed sheets. Needless to say customer service does not seem to be this young lady's calling. The hotel gave us a 20% discount the second night on our room for our trouble, whoo hoo. Oh and the key card safety system to get into the building was completely useless because the middle door was broken and covered in duct tape. Apparently the staff is upset that maintenance hasn't fixed it yet because vagrants have been getting into the hotel... seriously!!!!! Oh and the towels are old, thin and feel awful on your body. Oh and there are stray cats surrounding the hotel. Ultimately a terrible hotel experience, it's cheap though so I should of known better.

This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. It was so nice and convenient that my daughter and I are heading back there soon!

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. Again, a big Thank You to all the staff and sending hugs too!

I've had many hotels allow for early check in if the rooms are available or for a small fee. So this policy felt inflexible. The room was very small but fine. The bathroom is tiny as well. The bed was not comfortable and quite noisy when moving. Staff didn't feel particularly friendly to me. Overall a quaint town but if i did return I would probably not choose this hotel.

But still with super cool and creative design. Maddie was extraordinarily friendly, professional and welcoming. We reserved room #6 which was perfect for my partner and I. Perfectly sized so we could both move around without bumping into one another. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Some rooms (ours was one) come with carports to protect your vehicle from the brutal Arizona sun. Although, it's not so brutal up here (we came in June and the temps definitely beat Phoenix temps). Each room has a lovely little patio area in front where you can enjoy some outdoor time with lovely views of pine trees. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Also, if you're up there in summer and can brave the summer temps, it was a nice walk (about 1.5 miles) to Whiskey Row where all the excitement lies. If you like fun, thoughtful decor, this is definitely your spot. I highly recommend staying here.

Yeah, there was a loss of communication on the ability to check in after hours (their office hours end at 5 pm on weekdays and 7 pm on weekends). I ended up staying at a nearby motel, the Sierra Inn, just down the street (see my review of that place). I did return the next day and I got a refund (all but the non-refundable $25). Kaylee was especially kind in helping me get my refund. I hope I get a chance to stay there on the next trip thru Prescott. NOTE - this motel has the shortest office hours of any that I've ever stayed at, but they do have digital keys for the rooms, so you can arrive after office hours and still get in. There was a glitch on the phone number help line, that I'm sure will be rectified promptly. You park in front of your room and the parking is a little tight, so don't bring your Giant 4x4 or RV. So why did I give a motel 5 stars without having stayed there? Well, mostly because of Kaylee at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me get my money back, and if the rooms are as good as her assistance was, it's worth every star.

What a wonderful stay!…read more We drove up here from Phoenix for the Christmas light celebration, as we do every year. I am a Hilton gold member so I travel to Hiltons 20 to 30 nights a year, so I have stayed at several Hamptons before and I've stayed at all the Hilton properties in Prescott. This by far was the coziest experience we had. The hotel, the parking lot for landscaping the decorations all made me feel like I was in a Hallmark movie. The staff was great when we checked in and they allowed us to check in our room two hours early. We forgot our phone charger and they had an extra one that we could use during our day. As expected, the bed was comfortable lots of pillows, and the heater worked very quickly . The room was very clean and they also had an indoor hot tub. I enjoy coming out before heading out to see the Christmas lights to notice the fresh bake cookies prepared for all the guests in the lobby . We also noticed when you checked in, they had a handful of coupons for restaurants nearby to get some nice discounts. I enjoyed staying at this location because it was close enough to downtown for a quick 5 to 10 minute drive but also further enough out so you weren't in the mess of all the traffic . It's location is also nice because it's around all the restaurants in local shopping in the area.. We will definitely be back next year ! The price was incredibly affordable in comparison to the other hotels around. You're definitely getting more bang for your buck here.
