We were in town for just one night and booked this due to decent reviews and the fact that it was near to downtown. I was pleased that we could just walk into town without driving. The hotel was obviously very busy so when we showed up at 3pm on a Saturday we were lucky to get a room that was cleaned and ready. Unfortunately (again) there were no upgraded rooms as a Platinum member - starting to wonder why I am so loyal to Marriott! Anyway the woman running the front desk was very professional and friendly. Very good customer service. The room itself was large and very up-to-date. The layout was different than many of the newer Springhill Suites and actually I liked this design better. The bathroom is more functional for two people. Good job on the soft close toilets... A big plus is that they have a laundry but they should get machines that use credit cards. The breakfast was pretty typical. One negative - why are they charging for parking? It is not like this is in some big city. Felt like a cheap money grab. Bottom line - it was a good stay.

Rooms are beautiful and staff has been amazing. We checked in yesterday and they asked if we had a preference on floors. When I said no he said third floor has some good views. Although we are on the third floor we don't have a view but to me it's okay we plan on being out door 90 percent of the time. The WiFi is perfect for my daughter who is doing school online and the room came with a desk that worked out great. We booked the double queen suite and were shocked to find two queen beds, a pull out sofa, two large big screen TVs , and a kitchenette area with coffee maker-mini fridge and sink. For the price the room was amazing and location to whiskey row was walking distance. The remodel is great!! We will be back again Forgot to mention-continental breakfast was good ! They provided hand sanitizer, gloves and required masks while getting food Some tables were closed to keep distance We had oatmeal, boiled eggs, bagels, English muffins, cereal, microwave mini pancakes, fruit, coffee, juices, milk and more options not named. Hotel is pet friendly (as I saw people walking dogs)

Teresa' at checkout was incredible, when we walked in the front door she knew who we were.... my sister booked a night & I booked a night (different reservations), But Teresa had all this information written in the notes so when we got there she had everything all figured out.... she took great care of us..... All the rooms are suites in this hotel, there is not much of a view but it's very comfortable. They just recently remodeled with all new carpet & furniture everything was really nice & Clean! This hotel is downtown so it is just a short walk to Whiskey Row...restaurants....Museums and The Famous Rodeo once a year! Temperature in Prescott was great in the low 80's perfect for exploring the town... I also loved the idea of coin machines placed around town to help the homeless!!!!

We stayed here a few weeks ago for a random trip to Prescott to get out of Phoenix. The location was perfect, completely walkable to everything downtown had to offer. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. It obviously had been completely renovated recently and it showed! Our room was very comfortable and perfect for what we needed for a couple nights stay. They offered breakfast and snacks to purchase at the front desk. All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful! The pool/spa was available by reservation only. We actually loved this idea as we got the entire area to ourselves and they always had availability for the times we wanted. We typically only book a night or two and "wing" it when we vacation to keep it open if we want to try other hotels out and we ended up adding an extra night here and extended our stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again without question.

Nice hotel in Prescott, Arizona , where we just completed a 3 night stay. The hotel quite large and according to reception , usually at 90% Occupancy. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There is a daily $5.00 parking fee. Breakfast is above average for a free benefit. Room TV's are large. I saw quite a few people with dogs , so pets must be allowed. There is a great indoor swimming pool and hot tub. There are a wide variety of snacks available for purchase at the Lobby, as well as hot coffee. Upon check in, Jane and Barbie provided excellent customer service. Amy helped me check out today, as was also very friendly and helpful.

I do occasionally wish they had been a little quicker to reply or maybe a little bit more forward thinking in their response to the pandemic, however crazy year so I can't hold them to blame at all. My husband and I rented the complete venue for the full weekend. Best thing we could've ever done, it felt like the venue was really ours we could get really comfortable and at home there it was a great opportunity for our family and friends to mix and mingle. They were extremely accommodating, the workspace was super helpful to have, we were able to kind of set up slowly and deliberately I did everything myself, so just that freedom and flexibility was incredible. We absolutely love the venue itself I can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else, unfortunately we didn't get to have my complete wedding vision due to Covid in the lockdown. I was hoping for a wedding parade and post ceremony or post reception pub crawl. Again not their fault. I'm just saying this location has a ton of untapped potential. Husband and I both agree, we would love to come back here and throw a redo wedding or and or anniversary party someday. Beautiful family run business great concepts the hotel rooms were amazing - though some guests suspected it was haunted. All in all given the craziness of this year we couldn't avast for a better experience, weekend or wedding. Thanks!

We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. We understand that they have 12 rooms each with their own bathroom. we really enjoyed seeing the different rooms, the sizes and the colors. They all have different names, They do have different price points and of course, depending on if it's during the week, weekend or even holidays. This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. I WOULD RECOMMEND
