This is my 3rd stay in as many months for my work. We won't stay anywhere else in the area. Not only are the rates competitive, but the place is clean, has an indoor pool and hot tub, and most of all, a fantastic staff. We are always treated as valued guests should be.

Everything I could ever ask for. Let me say, this was by far the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at (as an IHG member). My husband and I were in town from LA m, visiting family. The city is beautiful by the way. Let me get down to business: Hotel: the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. They have everything that you need (gym, indoor pool, business area, etc.) continental breakfast provided was surprisingly really good. Somebody back there is cooking some real food, not the generic breakfast lay out. Bacon was fresh and crispy. Eggs were fresh. Cereal, biscuits & gravy...Yum...they even bake fresh cookies for everyone and leave them out. Room: the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was new and renovated. No issues whatsoever. Parking: plenty of parking, no issues. Location: perfect location near shopping, grocery stores, and food. Customer Service: everyone was so damn helpful and nice. I felt very welcomed. Front desk was awesome! I had absolutely no issues and no complaints. Definitely staying here when I visit family again in the future. Worth the price.

I stayed here the weekend of 9/11/21 to escape the Phoenix heat. The hotel is clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. No bed bugs here. Soft and firm pillows available to choose from. Plenty of outlets to charge your devices. After a day of hiking and kayaking it was nice to relax at in the indoor pool and hot tub. We had the place to ourselves! Pretty decent continental breakfast: turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yoghurt. Pro tip: For a quiet night, request a room on the 3rd floor opposite the highway. 10/10 would stay here again!

Outstanding service. Thank you Taylor and staff. We booked the room as we have a assistive animal and the hotel is pet friendly. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and we opted to pursue the reservation. The rooms were very clean with no problem checking in. I was happy to have the miscommunication and move forward with the evening and pay the fee. About 10 minutes after I settled the front desk called and explained this was a miscommunication about the policy and they extended to remove the fee as a courtesy. I understand most hotels have pet fees and restrictions which my husband called prior to ensure there shouldn't be an issue. But issues happen and I was fine with it; however, waiving the fee was a relief and kind gesture that I surely appreciate. We booked a 2 queen bed.

It's always a holiday at the Holiday Inn! Nice clean rooms with comfy bed sheets! The pool was also a relaxing area with a hot tub. Not too noisy. Continental breakfast was great! We ate and filled our belly's before our morning hike. I'd definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price and bad location but hotel is newly renovated. Definitely will not stay again but hotel is nice. Hotel is too far from Prescott. Was hoping to be in the city center. It's far, there is nothing around. No good restaurant choices. The actual city center is far away. There are hotels in the city center that are cheaper. Prescott itself is nice. But not in this area. There is a costco and no so many restaurant choices. If you want to stay in Prescott don't stay here or at the Hampton Inn next to here. This is not in the city center. It's more commercial area.

This place is located right downtown in the restaurant and bar area easy access to shopping eating and drinking We also found out that they have an indoor space as well as the outdoor event space. Many times walking past and we have seen plenty of people at the outdoor events. It is a really cool hotel and venue. As it turns out, they own this hotel, restaurants, and one of our favorite speakeasies down in the valley called the "White Rabbit ". I cannot wait to share this place with my out-of-town guest. I WOULD RECOMMEND

We were in Rough Riders which happens to be at the back stairwell so no other room on that side. The window faces opposite of the courtyard and not much view but that was fine for us. The AC was a little loud, but also fine for us as we like a little noise when sleeping. The bed was comfy and the 11:00 check out was great. There is not an ice maker but small bags of ice are available at the hydration station. There is no mini fridge or microwave but since it is on the row there are so many eateries within walking distance for all meal times. It was so nice and convenient that my daughter and I are heading back there soon!

After I returned home from another wonderful overnight stay at the Hassayampa last week, I discovered I left hanging clothes in our room's closet. I called the Inn and the young lady took my call (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) told me she would contact housekeeping and get back with me that day. 2 hours later I received the call back and was informed my clothes were there. This is when they went that extra step. She confirmed with me that my address on file was correct. Then she let me know they will be mailing my clothing to me, and at no charge!!!! Y'all, this is what excellent customer service and attention to detail is all about. If you are planning a trip to Prescott, please consider staying at the Hassayampa Inn. The accommodations are uniquely Southwestern in style and comfort. Well-appointed rooms, with great dining restaurant, a cozy, fun bar/lounge with wonderful music every evening. The Inn is within walking distance to Whiskey Row, the Courthouse, and lots of shops and restaurants. Staying there at Christmas is festive and magical too. Again, a big Thank You to all the staff and sending hugs too!

I've had many hotels allow for early check in if the rooms are available or for a small fee. So this policy felt inflexible. The room was very small but fine. The bathroom is tiny as well. The bed was not comfortable and quite noisy when moving. Staff didn't feel particularly friendly to me. Overall a quaint town but if i did return I would probably not choose this hotel.

But still with super cool and creative design. Maddie was extraordinarily friendly, professional and welcoming. We reserved room #6 which was perfect for my partner and I. Perfectly sized so we could both move around without bumping into one another. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Some rooms (ours was one) come with carports to protect your vehicle from the brutal Arizona sun. Although, it's not so brutal up here (we came in June and the temps definitely beat Phoenix temps). Each room has a lovely little patio area in front where you can enjoy some outdoor time with lovely views of pine trees. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Also, if you're up there in summer and can brave the summer temps, it was a nice walk (about 1.5 miles) to Whiskey Row where all the excitement lies. If you like fun, thoughtful decor, this is definitely your spot. I highly recommend staying here.

Yeah, there was a loss of communication on the ability to check in after hours (their office hours end at 5 pm on weekdays and 7 pm on weekends). I ended up staying at a nearby motel, the Sierra Inn, just down the street (see my review of that place). I did return the next day and I got a refund (all but the non-refundable $25). Kaylee was especially kind in helping me get my refund. I hope I get a chance to stay there on the next trip thru Prescott. NOTE - this motel has the shortest office hours of any that I've ever stayed at, but they do have digital keys for the rooms, so you can arrive after office hours and still get in. There was a glitch on the phone number help line, that I'm sure will be rectified promptly. You park in front of your room and the parking is a little tight, so don't bring your Giant 4x4 or RV. So why did I give a motel 5 stars without having stayed there? Well, mostly because of Kaylee at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me get my money back, and if the rooms are as good as her assistance was, it's worth every star.

What a wonderful stay!…read more We drove up here from Phoenix for the Christmas light celebration, as we do every year. I am a Hilton gold member so I travel to Hiltons 20 to 30 nights a year, so I have stayed at several Hamptons before and I've stayed at all the Hilton properties in Prescott. This by far was the coziest experience we had. The hotel, the parking lot for landscaping the decorations all made me feel like I was in a Hallmark movie. The staff was great when we checked in and they allowed us to check in our room two hours early. We forgot our phone charger and they had an extra one that we could use during our day. As expected, the bed was comfortable lots of pillows, and the heater worked very quickly . The room was very clean and they also had an indoor hot tub. I enjoy coming out before heading out to see the Christmas lights to notice the fresh bake cookies prepared for all the guests in the lobby . We also noticed when you checked in, they had a handful of coupons for restaurants nearby to get some nice discounts. I enjoyed staying at this location because it was close enough to downtown for a quick 5 to 10 minute drive but also further enough out so you weren't in the mess of all the traffic . It's location is also nice because it's around all the restaurants in local shopping in the area.. We will definitely be back next year ! The price was incredibly affordable in comparison to the other hotels around. You're definitely getting more bang for your buck here.
