When I needed a room for my wedding night I booked this hotel after enjoying stays at other marriott bonvoy locations so I had high hopes. I reserved directly from Marriott and initially had issues when my reservation only included one rather than two, I know technical glitches happen, when I called to fix it they said no problem. My wife is disabled requiring the use of a wheelchair for mobility so an accessible room is required for our stays, other bonvoy hotels have shown this basic ability to provide this very reasonable accommodation. This location failed to be readily accessible, as you you see in my pictures, the sofa and television stand are well shy of the 32 inch spacing required for a wheelchair to pass by. This is completely unacceptable in a room touted to be completely handicap accessible as described in the Americans with Disabilities Act. We let the front desk know about the issue and Nick was kind enough to pass the message along to management. When I returned home I received my receipt via pdf file, the prepaid rate was $71 per night plus tax and others fees which came to $169.50, however my record showed that the conditions had changed from booking directly from Marriott to Priceline and the cost total was $214 at $95 per night plus taxes and other fees. This charge has yet to be overturned however it has been addressed by Nick who was very respectful. My official list of complaints about the room are as follows: the lack of accessibility for wheelchairs, the walls were paper thin, there was a lingering scent of animals, the bedding was not warm, the curtains failed to block out the sun, the unmentioned additional up charge for a second person staying in the room.

We had a two night stay at this location and I will start by saying the staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. I would give them a 4 out of 5 stars and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel itself seems to be in poor shape. As you can see from my pictures the structure is neglected and looks like leaking is a problem. We also took a dip in the pool a day ago and our skin still reeks of chlorine. Please be careful if you have sensitive skin. We reserved a room with a pull out bed, but we were unable use it. The mattress smelled of urine and was sunken in from years of use. Hope they fix this place up. We would have changed rooms but were fearful of something worse.

What does Elite mean to this location?
    Jody I.

So, where do I begin? As an Elite Member and my 74th stay with Marriott.....I not feeling so elite today. As an Elite member, going forward if the room & hotel like this is all you have left - please tell me you are booked. As you walk into the lobby, be prepared for the heavy scent of chlorine that burns the back of your throat & makes your eyes water. As we approach the front desk, a guest is reporting that his A/C is not working in room 127. The front desk agent quickly apologizes and calls to maintenance on the radio. No response on the other end.....so I hope the message got through. I check in and ask if my room is a king or two questions. He quickly answers king and that's all I have and glances to a sign posted for guests attending a local wedding. I nod and say I understand. He hands me my Elite card for room 401 and says he hopes I enjoy my stay. As I gather my items to bring them upstairs - another guest is checking in attending the wedding. A non Elite member was thanked three times during check in for staying at this location. What does Elite mean to this particular hotel? Considered a 5 star rated.......and to think I almost stated at a 3 star near by! We get into our bathing suits and head for the pool. In the elevator ride down another family notices us in our bathing suits. The gentleman says, "you may need to scrub extra hard to get that chlorine out of your skin. Please don't expect to find any restrooms in the pool area or showers for pre & post rinse for good hygiene. The dehumidification system is a chair propping an outside door open. The floors were slimy and slippery from the condensation. A 12' X 25' pool with a maximum capacity of 30 people makes the pool quite cozy. And if that doesn't satisfy you, you can shears head to the hot tub - you know - the kind that has a control to turn on the jets but never work? You got it. And getting back to the room.....well, it just continues! You will see in the photos I add to this post as soon as I return home and see that this may not be the place for you. Thank you all for listening. Without using my points this room would have cost me $218 for a single night stay. I promise, if you just take a moment to poke around to a few places near here.....you will find quality that exceeds your expectations for less :)! Please pray that I don't leave with bed bugs! We will be heading out long before checkout! P.S. Don't look inside the toilet - not sure if it has even been cleaned with a brush!

The whole room had cracked walls and the insulation was not great at all.

What a disappointment. For starters, let's start with the room. They lose one star because the room was in such poor condition. The walls were cracked, the shower drain was just a hole in the tub, the lights were covered in spackle and spray paint, and smelled like chemicals. I was disgusted as well since when I went over to the small kitchen area the tea bag was already ripped open and the tea bag was stuffed inside it. There was no attempt to even hide the fact that the cleaning staff was too lazy to replace it. Not only is that unsanitary and very unwelcoming, I can't imagine how dirty the bed or the rest of the place was. They lose the second star for the poor night staff I had to encounter at midnight. The room above us had screaming kids who thought running around and jumping on beds for two hours were fun to do while I was trying to sleep. I talked to the front desk attendant who I assumed was in college and he never apologized once. Instead, he told me immediately when I complained, "I can tell them to be quiet, but there's nothing else I can do and I can't kick them out." Actually, at midnight, yes you can because there are other guests complaining about it as well. There was no attempt to reconcile the situation and he did not offer any discount on the price I paid for my stay there. So needless to say, I did not sleep at all since I was angry with the front desk attendant and the fact that the parents upstairs let their kids scream and play until late in the night. The third star they lose because of the food. The breakfast was not hot, and they did not attempt to refill the fruit for a good 30 minutes. I sat there at 8:00am when they close the bar at 9:00am so they had an hour to refill the fruit, the salsa, the oatmeal, and the bread. The eggs were a watery, scrambled egg style which were cold, and then a sausage mix with soggy potatoes and onions. I completely lost my appetite after the third and fourth bite because the sausage I bit into had chunks of cartilage. And anyone who has to bite into that knows that you don't want to continue eating after that. The same kids who slept above me were also there running around and sticking their hands in the food with their wet, sticky, fingers and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. Which leads me to losing the fourth star, for the price of the hotel and the reputation it has, this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The entire staff had the attitude of "I can't wait to clock out" and we're unhelpful and the hotel itself was not built well. They do not care if you drove 12 hours that day or about your wallet. The pictures I took show the condition the rooms you stay in so if you plan on staying here, good luck because you will need it! My suggestion is to stay somewhere else.

Came here for a one night stay to partake on the Seafood Fest that weekend. The hotel was easy to find, upscale and modern lobby decor and you're greeted upon entering. The lobby was huge, mainly because there was a big lounging area opposite the checkin desk and they even had a small section for computer access. The hotel is four floors, the rooms are super spacious so you're definitely getting a bargain for the money. There's a complimentary breakfast buffet, the gym is a decent size and not stuffy and the pool is a decent size; its not big enough for Olympic swimming but plenty of room if you're just having fun with the kids and there's a hot tub towards the back. I really did like the pool area mainly for the sleek seating around the side of the pool area. Not the normal plastic lounge chairs but nicely arranged padded seating like it was an outdoor patio. The rooms were clean, well kept and the bathroom as well. It was a short stay but a lasting visit and I can't wait to go back.

With most hotels either fully booked or charging sky-high prices (thanks to the USA Gymnastics Championships in town), I turned to Priceline and found the best available deal at the Extended Stay - West Warwick. The reviews were mixed, but since I only needed a place to rest my head overnight, I decided to give it a try. Here's my honest take: Pros: * Late-night check-in was smooth. I arrived around midnight, and the night attendant was available to assist. * The room was clean. Sheets, towels, and all visible surfaces were tidy and free of dust or residue. * Ample parking available on-site, which was convenient after a long travel day. * Plenty of nearby fast food options still open late, including Taco Bell, Sonic, Wendy's, Dunkin', McDonald's, and even Denny's. * Fresh hot coffee was available in the morning. * Extended stay amenities included in-room kitchenettes (with stovetop) and on-site laundry facilities--a plus for longer stays. Cons: * The property is dated. Both the lobby and the guest rooms could use a refresh or some modern updates. * Room odor was off-putting. There was a strong, sweet yet musky scent--likely from a floral plug-in. I'd suggest the hotel skip artificial scents altogether, especially considering guest allergies and sensitivities. A truly clean room should smell clean on its own. * The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was firm and the pillows were thin--reminiscent of a roll-away cot. Definitely not the best night's sleep. * Grab-and-go breakfast was minimal. Though this is expected for an extended stay property, guests should be prepared to make their own breakfast. Overall Impression: While I wouldn't choose this location again for a short leisure stay, I think it serves its purpose for families on vacation or individuals in need of a longer-term, budget-friendly option with kitchen access. Cleanliness and staff availability were definite highlights, but the comfort level and dated environment left something to be desired. #YelpEliteSquad

Our room was decent in size but smelled terrible, likely due to the dirty carpet. The noisy air conditioning forced us to turn it off every night to be able to sleep. The lack of sound insulation made us hear everything happening in the hallway. The worst part was discovering that the carbon monoxide monitor was out of batteries, and there was no maintenance staff available to replace them, so the same woman who was at the front desk came to assist, but she didn't know what type of batteries were needed and couldn't resolve the issue. Eventually, she had to assign us a different room. Breakfast was standard for this hotel. Overall, we feel that this hotel is overpriced, as it is old and in need of many renovations. I wouldn't stay there again.

During my stay, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The swimming pool had reportedly been closed for an extended period, and no employee could provide an anticipated repair date. The lobby computer was also out of service, which created a significant inconvenience because I needed access to review and print important documents. In addition, my room door lock had a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, my key card would not unlock the door, and a front desk receptionist advised me that my particular room had an ongoing issue with the lock not consistently recognizing room keys. My primary concern involved my interaction with hotel management. I was informed that I was being required to leave the hotel based upon complaints from multiple employees. When I asked for specifics, I was told that employees had allegedly observed me participating in a drug transaction in the parking lot the night before. I categorically deny that allegation and immediately requested that surveillance footage be reviewed because I maintain that no such event ever occurred. During that same conversation, the manager stated, "This is why I don't like long-term guests." The statement was made in the context of the allegation that employees had supposedly observed a drug transaction in the parking lot. As someone who had been placed at the hotel for a long-term insurance stay, I found that comment concerning. After being told that employees had allegedly observed a drug transaction on the property and hearing the manager state, "This is why I don't like long-term guests," I became uncomfortable remaining at the hotel. If management truly believed such activity was occurring on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had no interest in returning. Rather than reviewing any surveillance footage with me or discussing the matter further, I was instructed to leave the property or the police would be called. In my opinion, the manager was unnecessarily loud and abrasive during this interaction, which occurred at the front desk in the presence of other guests and employees. After relocating to another hotel, I was informed that the manager had contacted my lodging vendor and reported that I intended to return to the property. I never made such a statement. What I actually said was that I intended to file a complaint with Holiday Inn corporate regarding my treatment, after which I left the hotel. Because the allegations made against me were serious, I immediately requested preservation of all relevant evidence, including surveillance footage, incident reports, emails, notes, and communications relating to my stay. A formal demand for preservation of evidence was sent to both hotel management and Holiday Inn's customer relations department. As a retired physician who practiced Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology for nearly three decades and who has also served as a medical expert consultant, I take my reputation very seriously. Being publicly accused of involvement in criminal activity was deeply upsetting and, in my view, completely unwarranted. Preserving my dignity and professional reputation is more important to me than any legal expense I may incur pursuing the truth of what occurred. Readers can draw their own conclusions based on the facts described above. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.

Called housekeeping multiple times and there was no answer. Called front desk multiple times and still no answer. Finally, I go down there myself and find the front desk person casually scrolling on their cell phone. That wouldn't upset me normally because hey, if there's no work to do at 9pm after everyone has been checked in/out, by all means do as you'd like on your phone...BUT how do you just ignore the constant ringing at the front desk? I explained the comforter situation to the young woman at the front desk and to her credit, she did seem concerned. She told me that housekeeping will take care of it the next day if I call back or stop by the desk again before noon. I asked her for another comforter until then and she came back with a single throw blanket. I asked for another since it would hardly cover me, let alone both me and my partner. She comes back again with a comforter this time that I can only assume she was able to rummage out of some closet in the back because when I got back up into the room, the comforter had a number of brown and orange stains varying in all different sizes. Disgusting. The bath towels used the next day had hair in them. Not just a single hair, but DOZENS of loose hair strands all over that looked like it had been melted into the towel itself at some angles. Stopped by the front desk again at 8am the next day again and requested housekeeping and explained yet again about the gashed comforter we threw in the closet and the stained one. I was assured that housekeeping would be informed and that everything would be replaced. We were out the entire day and did not return until after 5pm and to no one's surprise, housekeeping never arrived. Talked to the front desk AGAIN to a gentleman this time and was told that housekeeping simply has not finished their rounds yet. I guess he must've told them in that moment because less than 10 minutes later, they were knocking on our door and of course they came when I needed to use the restroom. To top it all off, my partner was bitten by bed bugs all across her arm. We had only stayed at this Comfort Inn the entirety of our trip. We have been taking pictures of the progress of these bites as I'm sure they'll make another excuse about it, just like they did with housekeeping. We've been calling for the past two days now asking for a refund and each time they have the excuse about the manager not being in or that he had just stepped out. Called three times today after they assured that the manager would give a call back but of course he already left for the day when we called back again after an entire day of no response. The only thing I regret about my vacation is staying here.

Unfortunately, my experience at The Loom Hotel (Tapestry by Hilton) was profoundly disappointing. I traveled from California for a wedding hosted here, and I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere. The Service Failures: Front Desk Professionalism: The level of incompetence and rudeness is alarming. The morning front desk staff (specifically the receptionist with glasses) was dismissive, refused to make eye contact during check-in, and openly complained about answering phones--completely unprofessional. When we inquired about a room pre-arranged by the bride's mother, the response was blunt and dismissive without any attempt to assist or verify the reservation. Hostile Late-Night Staff: The experience on Saturday night was worse. After a technical issue with my key card, I was met with condescending remarks and aggressive shouting from the night-shift receptionist rather than assistance. Hearing her complain about me & others while I stood in the lobby was beyond unprofessional. This is not the standard of service one expects from a Hilton property. Hotel Standards: Housekeeping: Housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Beds were not made daily, and trash was left in our room. It is baffling that this hotel holds any "best of" status when basic cleanliness is overlooked. Dining: The breakfast was inedible, featuring what tasted like low-quality powdered eggs. The only highlight was the kind waitress who spoke Spanish; her professionalism was the only thing that made the meal tolerable. The hotel's rates do not reflect the abysmal quality of service and facilities provided. If you value your money and expect professional treatment, stay away from this property.
