Only stayed one night. So for a one/two nighter it's not bad. Bed was comfortable & huge with a bunch of pillows. Didn't have a view from my window (it was covered by trees on the first floor). Was able to easily check in at 1am - huge parking lot, and a 24hr Walmart across the street. Breakfast is served by 'The Bistro' which I thought was an actual cafe. But the ONLY food option in the hotel is the Starbucks looking place. They aren't actually Starbucks, but sell their products. Ordered a omelet which was really good but a bit oily and the side salad was a little salty, otherwise good. Was nice to sit in the lobby, would have liked to sit outside in the backyard but there was no real table out there. There is a fitness room but the 2 treadmills are in a different room than the other machines (across from each other). Odd, because this hotel has a lot of room, and room to spare. Other than that - clean hotel, and would def stay in again. read more

My car was stolen from the parking lot, right in front of the hotel. Despite having signs all over indicating that the lot was under video surveillance, there was no view of the spot where I was parked (which, again, was right in front of the hotel). When I reported it to the front desk, the manager didn't believe me and treated me like a criminal rather than a valued guest. He repeatedly called me "buddy," made condescending comments, and smirked as he told me that no car had ever been stolen from their property. It turns out that the thieves left a different stolen car in the parking lot, then removed the lock from my car (found in the lot where my car had been). The manager never once said he was sorry for what had happened, or even acknowledged that the car was stolen (despite knowing that someone ditched a different stolen car in the parking lot when mine disappeared, and surveillance video showing my car leaving the parking lot). I think it's awfully convenient that the thieves knew that the spot where I was parked was not visible on the security cameras, even though it was directly in front of the hotel, and there were signs everywhere claiming the area was under video surveillance. read more

I stay in a lot of hotels in the area visiting my son at BSU. This was probably the one of the nicest. Bed is softer then I like however all the staff are super friendly starting the minute you walk in. Took off a star for no complimentary breakfast, unlimited fresh bake cookies or coffee as the other local chain Hotels provides. read more

This place looks brand new. The lobby check in area, and the lobby lounge are beautiful. The lobby bar is a bit of a multi-purpose place- part bar, part Starbucks, part sandwich shop. My room was spacious, and also looked brand new. Nice flatscreen TV, very good free wifi, a nice work desk, nice bathroom where everything worked fine. $119 for a great room in a convenient place right off the highway close to a few restaurants and a Walmart. I just finished my wedding weekend where I had a block of rooms for my guests at Courtyard by Marriott and I had an amazing experience! From my first contact with Amanda who helped me set up the block and kept me updated, to the customer service by every other employee and the great rooms and comfy beds! Myself and all of my guests had nothing but great things to say! Amanda was always so quick to respond and so kind. The staff at the front desk and the bistro were also kind and caring and helpful! The Courtyard in Raynham is a great hotel. Despite the snowy conditions the parking lot was clear and walkways were easy to navigate. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and seemingly newly decorated. My room was very clean and looked newly renovated. It was complete with a work area, including desk and additional lighting, as well as a coffee station, where I could make my own coffee or tea. The room had a flat screen television with HBO included, free wifi, free continental breakfast, and a staff that was ready and willing to help with any additional requests I may have had. Due to its great staff, location, and the clean and modern feel, I will definitely be staying at the Courtyard in Raynham again! read more

I've been to other Courtyard Marriotts and I was a bit disappointed. The room was clean; however, the heating system in at least one room is a bit antiquated. Notwithstanding, the staff is great. After a very dusty and noisy heating system in one room caused me to have uncontrollable coughing, a maintenance person came up; evaluated the issue and changed my room. The room change process was annoying, but the staff made the process relatively effortless. On another note, unlike other CY Marriotts, there's no breakfast buffet. There is a bistro which has a fairly decent selection of food items, including a bar. Overall, I'd probably pass on returning to this Courtyard Marriott. read more

We absolutely loved our stay at The Courtyard Marriott! Our check in was on the later side because we checked in after a show we played at City Winery in downtown Boston that night but it was no problem at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the setup of the room and how it was laid out. There was a large, comfortable couch as well as a desk for work. The bed gave us such a good night's sleep that we wanted to sleep in all day. In the lobby they had a Starbucks cafe for breakfast which was super convenient and we didn't need to elsewhere for breakfast and a good cup of coffee. They also have a store that sells other snacks if you want someone different. Walmart is across the street if you need to stock up too. Overall we had a great stay at The Courtyard and would love to stay here again when in town. It's worth a little drive from Boston to get a great hotel for an affordable price (and not have to pay for parking). read more

This may be the best stay I've ever had in a hotel, and I've stayed in many places. The front desk reception was so welcoming. The room was not only reasonable in price, but it was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Not the least of which was a smart TV where I could sign into Netflix or Hulu!!! The layout of the room was perfect and spacious. Very comfy bed and pillows. I seriously did not want to leave. Before departing I stopped for breakfast in the lobby restaurant called Bistro. The staff was not only courteous and friendly, but the chef, Cameron, prepared the most delicious Avocado toast and eggs that I ever had. He was so happy when I complimented him that he said he was going to be bragging about it all day. My daughter works very close to this Marriott so I will absolutely be staying here again. I stay at a lot of hotels for work. I've seen it all. Mold, bugs, dirty pools, stained towels. This hotel didn't have anything I can say that's incredibly negative. It's the nicest one I've stayed in so far. They called to check on me about an hour after check in. Gave me complimentary water and granola bars. Plus I got extra free points in a gift bag from them for being a member. The pool and whirlpool were great. They had Paul Mitchell products for the bathroom which I love because they are a good salon brand. The wallpaper and art in the room are beautiful and I even had a balcony which was pretty awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel. If you're in the area, Pay the extra $30-40 bucks and stay here because they actually care and want to make your stay comfortable. read more

AWFUL! I recently reserved a block of rooms for my wedding and they were absolutely AWFUL to deal with! So disappointing. Of course when we talked to them prior to the wedding, they said they would be so accommodating and promised us the world. They said that there would be no issue with having people back in my suite after the wedding (there ended up being about 8 people. Nothing crazy!) and that we could even hang out in the lobby area of we wanted. However, when it came to the night of my wedding, there were so rude and difficult to deal with. I would also like to mention that they did not book my guests near each other at all. (What's the point of reserving a block of rooms if everyone is scattered!?) They were supposed to provide me with a list of guests who booked under my wedding name... I found out a couple days before my wedding that there were several people NOT on my list that had in fact reserved rooms. (And I know for a fact that they did reference my name and was given the discounted rate. This was a clear mistake on the hotel staff.) I provided gift bags for my hotel guests and the hotel employees did not give them to everyone who checked in. And on top of that, they rummaged through the extra ones and helped themselves! So, my guests didn't receive these bags, but hotel staff helped themselves. So disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! read more

Ya know... I haven't been back to this hotel since I was about 17. My friends and I used to go here and party when we couldn't party at mom and dads. We'd get the room with a jacuzzi and about 5 of us would be in the jacuzzi at once drinking alize and hypnotic. Those were the days.... Anyways...I recently got a room with two queen beds and the room was HUGE. The bathroom was quite large as well and everything looked new and very clean. I live in this area but if your an outsider staying here there are plenty of restaurants to dine at around this area and lots of shopping. Its convientently located next to the 24 Hours Walmart, so incase your stay is last minute... feel free to run in and pick up some toiletries ;) (FYI: With a military ID you get a really good rate) read more

The rooms are all updated and clean. Sleeping is easy with as dark as the curtains make the rooms. We were there during a wedding and heard no noise the whole time we stayed. The in-door heated pool was also fun for the kids. I even did laundry during my stay and they provided complimentary dryer sheets. I would and will stay here again when I am back in town. About the only down side is the lobby. It's nice but isn't as updated as some Courtyards that I have visited, but the staff more than make up for that with their pleasant demeanor and willingness to answer any question. read more

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff at check in was super friendly. The room was affordable and they had a pool and hot tub. The jets were broken though, I hope they fix those soon!! :) The room was really nice, well designed and comfortable and it had a fridge. The beds were comfortable and overall we just loved the place. The lobby looked newly renovated and had a lot of seating, a bar, a bistro and starbucks in the morning. They also had free wifi!! Clean, friendly service. Spacious lobby area with pool table, fireplace, couches and happy hour drinks. Breakfast served every morning, but I never made it since I brought my own breakfast bars. Rooms were clean, spacious and smelled fresh... not musty like some of the older hotels in the area. It's located across the street from a Walmart, a few restaurants and a Lowes. I went to the Walmart on my first night to grab a six pack of bottled water, which was nice to have in the room for tea in the mornings and evening hydration ;) . One of the restaurants is literally across the street, which when the snowstorm hit, and driving was dangerous, this ended up being our go to spot and I'm grateful for it. The beds were comfy enough, not "HEAVENLY" beds like at the Westin, but very comfortable and I didn't wake up stiff or tired... so good enough for me. read more

I stay at a lot of Marriotts and I think this one has been the best one to date. The room was so spacious and even had a sliding glass door out to a balcony. The location is excellent with a short driving distance to anywhere you want to go in Massachusetts. Walmart is right across the street and tons of shopping and restaurants are right down the street. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby and there's a pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. All the staff members were friendly, nice and helpful. Worst experience ever!!!!! People here are playing loud music and smoking weed in the room. We can smell it in our room and hallway, but the hotel either they can't or won't do anything about it. The weed smell is making me headache and I have two kids in the room. The staff here smell it too and still won't do anything just telling us that room will check out today. They only think about other's right. How about our rights. We always choose Marriott as our home away from home. Now NEVER!!!!! read more

We planed camping at the Koa camping site but it turned out it wasn't what we were looking for... So we drove a bit and found this hotel. It's all new, smells fresh and feels comfortable. We had a great service even though we were last minute. Turns out there's even a Walmart which is great for food that you can keep in the mini fridge we had in our room. I stayed here several weeks ago on a business trip. This place was easy to access and had plenty of parking. The room was clean and I appreciated that they provided an ironing board & iron in the room to touch up my dress shirt. I usually stay at this hotel when I am in Raynham. Rooms are cleaned and spacious I'm always happy about that. I have never had any problems with their staff or their rooms. My only complain would be the food quality. There is not good food at this hotel the "restaurant" has very low quality food I recommend you go out and eat. Made a reservation a month ago, came in today to check in and they told me they didn't have my room reserved and that they were booked. Both girls working at the front desk were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful as they giggled and laughed despite losing my reservation. The rooms (comfy beds, clean, updated), staff, food (new Bistro - try the wings, delish!!!), location (across from a super Walmart & right off the highway). I have stayed at Marriotts all over the world and whenever we have business associates in town, we recommend they stay at the Courtyard. The GM, Katherine, is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The new bistro is such a great addition (especially because I can get my Starbucks fix there from Michelle who is always smiling!). If you're in the area for a night or for a long stay - I'd highly recommend the Courtyard. They also have great meeting room space - we used it for a family baby shower and it was perfect. read more

My kids had heard that the wings at the "Bistro" were the best around so we gave it a shot! We got a room tonight so the kids could swim and we could all try out the dinner. In addtion to the amazing wings, us adults had the Asian Chicken Salad and Ribs which were both Delish. The ribs were shockingly good for "hotel food"! We paired our dinner with a cold glass of Pinot Grigio and Sam Adams. Our room is super clean, spacious & HD TV!! What more can you ask for! read more

Hot stuffy gym about the size of a walk in closet, no fan. Do supply water cooler though. Staff very nice. Breakfast is decent for 7.95. Tv is not the most user friendly - it's kinda of irritating actually. No fridge or micro. The old type of heater/ air so you can never seem to get right temp. Bed ok. Seems clean. Not super happy with both irons i tried( work trip-had shirts that needed ironing). Very quiet, water pressure good. I think i will forgo the marriott points next time and do the hampton inn- it looks newer. Not the marriott brand i am used to. I really need a decent fitness center. If modern hotel conveniences are not that important to you than you'd be fine with this marriott. It is simple and does the trick in a pinch. read more

I've only stayed here once. After work one night, I am not proud to say this but I got so drunk at the Applebees across the street I couldn't drive home. With the AAA card, and my companies discount I was able to get a nice room for just over $100. The counter help was very nice, and didn't judge me for being an obvious drunk. The Wal*Mart across the street comes in handy. Being a blue collar working stiff at the time, I just went across the street for socks, boxers, and some wranglers.... I stole a t-shirt from the work store room the next morning. The bed was good, but at that point I would have fallen asleep on a bed of nails. Extra star for having porn on demand! I passed on it that night, but good to know for the next time around. By far the nicest random hotel I've stayed in because I was to drunk to drive home. read more

What a pleasant stay at the Courtyard Boston Raynham. I was greeted by friendly staff and had a quick and easy check in after a long travel day. The room was quite cozy and clean. Extra towels and linen were very easy to find as well as shampoo/conditioner and lotion. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast but they do have a on-site Bistro which serves breakfast or dinner and if that's not your thing there's a convenience store next to the lobby for a quick snack .They also have an indoor pool and spa along with a gym to keep up the fitness while you travel. This was a bonus for me as like to get in a little work out before bed. Overall the Courtyard Boston was just what I needed for an overnight stay away from home. Quiet. Casual. Cozy. read more

I cannot believe what a fantastic experience I had at the Courtyard Marriot Boston Raynham this week. I was only there for one night and I'm kind of sorry it wasn't longer. While, I was technically there on business, I had my family with me so I wanted it to feel like a mini-vacation- I was not disappointed. Let's talk first impressions. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely rep, who with a smile on her face was welcoming and got me checked-in seamlessly. That was refreshing after traveling in a car with for 4 hours with very small children. I was really blown away with the décor and that continued as I made my way from the entryway through the lobby and all the way up to my room. It's almost like they has they hired the set designer from Madmen and told them to give it a modern twist. It was so chic and cool that I'll be honest I was shocked that it was Courtyard Marriot. Speaking of modern it was obvious they had a recent makeover- just and FYI the current pics on their website of the hotel lobby, business center and facilities are CORRECT, but the old pics of the rooms are not yet updated. Make no mistake, the rooms are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS now. They were clean in design, bright and artistic, but not over the top so that it made you feel uncomfortable like you were in a museum. I can only equate it to staying in a very fashionable friend's NYC studio apartment. One thing we all have in today's day an age is a lot of electronics, from iPads to laptops and phones that need charging- there's nothing more disappointing that not having enough outlets for these modern necessities. That was NOT an issue in my room. I even travel with a diffuser for essential oils and had more than enough outlets for everything including 3 options on each side of the bed built into the nightstand (two power outlets and a USB port for your phone.) I thought I was a Jetson. The king size bed was wonderful and so comfortable and there was this very hip loveseat that was also a hideaway bed. My toddler slept there well until she got into bed with us. They even had a refrigerator which was SO helpful because I had two little ones I needed to keep their healthy snacks (carrot sticks etc) and baby food from spoiling. But the fridge wasn't just out there looking gaudy it was pleasantly hidden in stylish cabinetry on the wall. Our room faced the back of the hotel where we had a wonderful view of the courtyard and the fire pit that sadly we didn't get to enjoy because our stay was so short. The ONLY hiccup we had was that there were times when it was difficult to get into our room because the safety lock would jam the door. I alerted the front desk about this and they sent someone up immediately. The business center, which I did have to use, was in a warmly decorated lounge with great lighting and a fireplace instead of the typical cold dank windowless room that makes you feel like you're working in a dungeon. While I didn't get to use the pool, spa or workout facilities I checked them out- they were clean, warm and modern as well. One of my favorite parts of the eating lounge/ foyer was that there were these swanky little booths that even had their own private TV screens for private viewing for you and your party. I've NEVER seen that before. It was so 5 star! I've never been to Raynham before so I wasn't familiar with the area and places to go eat. That wasn't an issue because there were some great choices very near by. The night of my stay we went to Longhorn Steak house just across the street, which was really good then the next day when a friend came down from Boston we had lunch at the Stoneforge a very nice restaurant in walking distance from the hotel. There is also a huge array of fastfood options and grocery stores a short driving distance from the hotel. Regardless of how you feel about Wal-Mart and their policies toward their employees there was one conveniently located across the street- so if you need anything from diaper wipes to wine you're set. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time and for someone who travels a great deal that's saying something. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to be in Raynham for business or pleasure. read more

Stayed here the night of my daughter's 21st birthday. It was located down the street from the hall we used. We decided to have a designated driver take us here when the party was over. I wasn't thrilled when I booked it only because I had never stayed here and had recently spent a night at the Holiday Inn Taunton and didn't think that could be beat. I was wrong. My daughter booked a 2 queen bedroom suite and I booked a standard king. The moment we walked in, the lobby was beautiful and staff was very friendly. They offered information about WiFi access and breakfast the following morning. Our rooms were right across from each other which we hadn't requested. I can't be sure but am guessing they connected the names and I ended up thrilled we were so close. Both rooms were clean and spacious. They both had comfortable little sofas. The bathrooms were big and the showers had handicap seating built in, at least in my room. There was a sliding glass door with a small balcony for fresh air. The temperature of the rooms was perfect and the beds/pillows were beyond comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the morning! I would absolutely go here again and would highly recommend it. This Courtyard is a one of the smaller ones I've been to and, trust me, I've been to more Marriotts across the country than is healthy. This three floor hotel was extremely busy and the hotel was packed. There was a wedding party and a girls traveling softball team while we were there. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms look brand new. We lived in a double queen bed room. The showers have handicap marble seating. The hotel was renovated in 2007 so the design is updated although the beds were not the nice foam mattresses they provide at other newly renovated Marriotts. We were missing the fridge underneath where they put the coffee pot and the phone on the desk was broken but once we called front desk the guy came up with the FREE rollaway bed we requested and provided us with a microfridge and microwave (score!) and he fixed the phone for us (but it broke again later on, something was wrong with the wire). The front desk ladies are quick and friendly. They have a pool table in the lobby. There are treadmills and bikes. The pool is the small shallow kind with no lifeguard (deep end=4ft), The jacuzzi was great and although there were alot of people staying at the hotel we had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves around 9:30pm (the pool closes at 11pm). Not a bad place to stay for a night. read more

The manager would not elaborate other than to say that other extended stays had created this situation. Translation: he gave our room to someone who wanted to extend their stay over the holiday weekend. Try finding alternate accommodation with one hour notice on labor weekend! I travel for work a lot and only stay in Marriotts. Hands down this was the friendliest check in I have ever had. After a long drive and a late arrival, it was so pleasant to have a warm and welcoming reception.
