I loved it here the rooms were super big and cozy staff was always always good to me and everyone around me I was there for business and it was a great time being there for two weeks and on The Weeknd's spending time outside and meeting new people who cooked at the patio spot and the bar it was nice

Service was excellent, the room vs. price vs cleanliness was pretty solid also. They have a free continental breakfast every morning. The room itself was large and had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, electric stovetop and decent sized sink. The fridge fan motor kept making a crazy buzzing sound so i had to unplug it before I went to sleep each night. The HVAC was also SUPER loud. I set it to 73 degrees and it would turn on and off every 20 minutes or so. Whenever it turned back on it was like heavy industrial machinery firing up. I had to eventually just turn it off at night so i could go to sleep. It was around 20-40 degrees during the time I stayed so not too bad. If you are staying here when it's colder you might just have to leave the HVAC on and get used to the noise. This property is right across from a lake which is pretty nice but much like all the hotels in the surrounding areas not named Boston.... it's kind of in the middle of nowhere with nothing much around it

Spent a few months here. The staff is outstanding, the General Managers lead a great staff. The rooms are big and comfortable and they are quick to help with problems.

our room had no power and was dark when we checked in we woke up in the morning and discover we were sleeping in nasty soiled sheets

Didn't have a view from my window (it was covered by trees on the first floor). Was able to easily check in at 1am - huge parking lot, and a 24hr Walmart across the street. Breakfast is served by 'The Bistro' which I thought was an actual cafe. But the ONLY food option in the hotel is the Starbucks looking place. They aren't actually Starbucks, but sell their products. Ordered a omelet which was really good but a bit oily and the side salad was a little salty, otherwise good. Was nice to sit in the lobby, would have liked to sit outside in the backyard but there was no real table out there. There is a fitness room but the 2 treadmills are in a different room than the other machines (across from each other). Odd, because this hotel has a lot of room, and room to spare. Other than that - clean hotel, and would def stay in again.

The hotel does have free parking where in the city of Boston, parking on average is $60 per night. I checked in pretty late, I wasn't able to use the pool :( But the hotel is new and the front desk was welcoming. I asked about a free continental breakfast, no such luck. Once I checked into my room, I was impressed with the digs. Nice shower with a comfy bed. I was here for just for an overnight stay. If I'm in the area, I would stay here again.

I'm not the type to write negative reviews, but my experience with the staff at this hotel was…read morehorrible. I made a reservation and then had to cancel it as a death in the family led to me canceling my entire trip to the area. The woman I spoke with was incredibly nice and understanding and helped me canceled it without issue. A week later I was charged $200 on my card again by Fairfield. I called and spoke with someone who said I need to email proof of the double charge to the hotel email and they would get to it because they were too busy to help me and would call me the next day. I thought that was rather dismissive but said ok and sent the email. Today I called again as I had not heard anything back and spoke to a woman who sounded annoyed the moment she picked up the phone. I explained the situation to her, said I was traveling and was on my layover, and asked if I could speak to someone about this charge. She refused, said everyone was busy, and I could leave my number. I asked to speak with a manager and told her again I had been waiting to be called, hadn't been, and I was traveling so I really couldn't just deal with this later. She told me that "as she's already said" she's busy, the manager is busy, she wasn't going to go find them right now, and I could leave my number or hang up. I gave her my number and told her I wasn't trying to be difficult, I just wanted this random charge off my card and didn't want to go through the process of disputing it. She just said she didn't care and hung up. I've worked in hospitality for years and genuinely cannot believe the experience they thought was acceptable for this situation. I almost always choose Marriott brands when traveling but this might have been it for me. Absolutely will never book here again.

The day of the funeral, I received word that another friend had passed the evening before. I came back to the hotel that evening, where I wanted to take in a cigar and a bourbon out back, in honor of my two friends. I found that I had not packed matches or a torch. Miss Taylor quickly came to my rescue by providing me with matches. The kindness didn't stop there. I was provided with a care bag that evening AND the next evening as well. The very best thing I received, was a personalized card, hand written and signed by Miss Taylor and several other members of the staff. It's the personal touch of true kindness that makes this a place I will certainly return to. It is with my deepest gratitude I write this review. Peace be the journey.

The hotel is located right off the side of the road, and is around 2 other hotels and a small shopping area/strip mall across the street (that includes a well stocked liquor/beer store). Check in was a breeze. The front desk clear was super helpful, and have us plenty of options for room choices on the first and second floors. She also set us up with express checkout. The hotel lobby is small (a sofa and a few arm chairs) and the breakfast buffet area is right behind it. It's a little dated, but very clean. Our room was on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. The king bed room was very spacious, with a desk, mini fridge, microwave, dresser, and TV, as well as two large night stands, an arm chair, and an ottoman. The bathroom was nice as well, although the shower head was low for my 6'1" body. The room was super clean, and the housekeepers did a great job the next day. Breakfast was solid: pastries, bread, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, coffee, juice, and a waffle maker where you can make fresh waffles. The attendants both days kept the buffet clean and well stocked and on a Saturday and Sunday, only a handful of people were there, so it never felt crowded. The only downside (and they are minor) is that the only ice machine is on the first floor, and the lack of elevator. The staff were always super nice and helpful.. Next time I'm in the area, I'll come back.

The 1-3 star reviews on TripAdvisor is exactly what you should expect. Typical 3-star hotel but they need to figure out to get rid of the damp smell everywhere and do a hard scrub on every surface. Feels gross touching anything. Would've gave it 3 stars but it's too dingy. 5 stars if the average price was $70/night. Paid $159/night. Learned my lesson. Will change review to 4 stars if management can charge me $70/night instead.

We chose this location for a 6 day stay in the middle of July, and it turned out to be a good home base for our tourist activities. Room: It was a standard size, with two queen beds. The mattresses were fine with the AC working well, so our nights were very comfortable even during an extended heat wave. There is a microwave and small fridge, in case you want to reheat leftovers. The bathroom has a separate door, with the sink outside of it. The shower is newly remodeled, with large sliding glass doors and shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap dispensers with quality product in the shower itself. The showerhead is newer, with a rainfall style flow. The towels are very thin, and the lack of places to hang it to dry makes it difficult if there is more than one person in the room. Small tv in room, but has a lot of channels and Max and Showtime on demand is available. Breakfast: Like all Fairfields, offers free breakfast, including some hot items. It is definitely better during the weekend, when more people are staying. Average during the week, with premade sandwiches. During the weekend, they have scrambled eggs and sausage patties and bacon. Individually wrapped bagels, muffins. Good selection of juices (including grape juice cocktail). 3 different kinds of cereal. Make your own waffles. Chobani greek yogurt. Workout Room: Open 24 hours. Has two treadmills and one elipical. Has brita water dispenser to fill up your water containers...so we didn't have to buy bottled water on this trip. You can also ask for bottled water from the front desk. Self-service laundry: This is really nice to have. One washing machine and one dryer, and you can pay by credit card. $2.50 each, wash cycle about 30 minutes, dry cycle 45 minutes. close to main dining room. Parking is free and readily available. One really negative thing: it is located on Highway 44, and cars are flying 55+ on the 2 lane road. I-495 is right there , but to get there, one has to do a left turn onto 44 with a somewhat blind view, and it's a bit scary to navigate.

We stay at hotels ALL the time and have never had to do that. While the hotel was clean in appearance and ok for what we needed, this does not live up to the Marriott brand.
