Older hotel that was in the middle of a renovation when we arrived. Cranes, workers and debris everywhere, both inside and outside of the hotel. Would have been nice if Hilton website had warned us when I made the reservation. The place needs the reno, but customers should not have to live through it. $130 for what is in reality about a $70 room. Close to the interstate and many restaurants. Easy check in and pleasant staff. Rooms are large.

Very clean, remodeled hotel. I absolutely loved my stay. Free breakfast was available at the time of my stay. Very clean and they suggest the use of gloves for the buffet breakfast. Free parking was very helpful because we were traveling with a 30 foot boat and we were able to park the truck with the boat without an issue. The bedding was comfortable as well. Bathroom was modern and everything functioning perfect.

We stopped here and the hotel is being renovated. We were put in one of the updated rooms on the 3rd floor. The room was large. The layout is a little strange with a lot of wasted space, they could have put a huge tub in there, or a bigger shower. The shower is weirdly narrow. That wasted empty space in the room could have allowed for more room in the shower. The staff was very friendly. There were lots of clean towels, the room was spotless, and wipes were provided so I could wipe down anything else I wanted to. Love the Neutrogena products. Unfortunately, one of the new light fixtures fell off the ceiling and hit RJ in the head. Thank goodness it was plastic and not glass. But it was still pretty heavy and pieces shattered when it hit his head. The front desk gave him a gift card to Starbucks which was nice but that should not have happened. We made sure to stay away from the other one in case that came crashing down too. I'm glad it wasn't over the bed. In the morning we got a bag breakfast which included bagels, muffins and sausage biscuits with water and coffee, so that helped us get back on the road quickly. The staff was wonderful, it wasn't their fault there was shoddy workmanship in the rooms.

There are menus out on a table which is so convenient even though the man at check was extremely informative and gave great directions. Roz was very helpful at breakfast. They even have a few gluten free bread options (blueberry muffin too). There are eggs and kielbasa (or bratwurst) and potatoes. Will mark this as it's right off 95 with several good restaurants and a couple ice cream places very close by.

I am traveling on an extended roadtrip with my cats. Because they are spoiled, they require a lot of "stuff". I look for specific things in a hotel and found this hotel to exceed my expectations. Although my "asks" are simple, sometimes hotels fall short. Not here. While making my reservation I asked quite a few questions and whoever I spoke with was very patient and helpful. Upon driving onto the property, the place looked like it was on a very large piece of land...very spacious. When I checked in, Jean was very professional and nice. She gave me waters and cookies (why doesn't every place do this?) When I got to the room, the cats were super happy with the cleanliness of the room, the space, especially the large window they could sit in for the view of the trees in the back...they were not happy that the bed is on a platform and were not able to get underneath. But that made ME happy! Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. I had mini waffles that I made myself, I had some eggs and Canadian bacon. Like a real FULL breakfast. Not just one or the other... there were also juices, muffins, fruit! and bread choices from bagels to toast. And the coffee was decent. So many places just don't even get this right. I wish I was staying more than a night at this location.

We have stayed at most Tru locations along I95 but this was our first time at this location. The reviews looked good so we booked it! We actually received our digital check in prior to arriving, the digital key actually worked, and we actually received the room we chose. Unfortunately, we arrived later in the evening so most of the decent restaurants close by were closing. We decided to set up shop in the lobby and order Uber Eats. There was a male and female working the front desk, who were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was sold out for the night and it definitely showed! The lobby was constantly full of traffic. While we sat in the lobby and ate, we also watched tv, which the staff gave us the remote to change the channel. There are multiple televisions so multiple channels can by watched. We purchased beer and wine from the market but I wish there was a better selection for the wines. There was a shift change while we were there and the next employee hustled her butt off! I wish I would have asked her name because she was working nonstop the entire time we were sitting there. She was about 5'8", slim, African American, maybe mid 30's, and working Saturday evening into Sunday morning. The room was clean, the AC worked well, the shower did not have a lot of pressure though. Breakfast was good and when I inquired about any bananas, the breakfast employee went and grabbed me some from the back. I wanted to tip but didn't have any cash and she said don't worry about it. The staff were good at this Tru! Oh and when we were at breakfast, we noticed a sign stating no alcohol sales on Sunday in the market so good to know.

Great staff (loved Francesca and Kendra). Very clean. We were in the 3/3 bedroom unit. Huge. Spacious. Very clean. Great view of the lake. Beautiful pool. Great clubhouse with games, movies and video games. Only reason I didn't give it a five is the surrounding area. There is golfing and fishing and boating. Other than that, nothing. When we were there the weather was in the 40's and 50's. We aren't golfers or fishermen. The state park had nice hiking available but other than a day trip there, not much activity. If you're looking for something out of the way, quiet and relaxing then this is a nice spot. I'm sure with better weather there is more but this wasn't my experience. Glad I came though. Also, no sales pitch. Huge in my book!

Imagine sitting there for 4 hours while he constantly spoke or Allie spoke. We didn't mind Allie because she was kind and soft spoken. However it was a really different story when it came to Matthew, he was aggressive, rude, obnoxious, condescending, and insulting to say the least. He insulted my husband many times by insinuating he was cheap didn't care about his wife wants or needs ( that being me), when I myself wasn't in the market to purchase any more points. We made that perfectly clear as soon as we sat down at this presentation the audacity that this guy Matt had was unbelievable and especially rude. I have called the resorts corporate office to no avail! So far I have gotten zero satisfaction from my complaint! Meanwhile we have been owners of Wyndham for 21 years and this is the way they treat their owners. You should be ashamed of yourself Wyndham for not responding to an owner! Maybe after seeing this review they will take action and call me or at least email me, or respond to this review. I'll be waiting
