Beautiful lobby and clean hotel. Special parking for Hilton honors members of a certain level…read more Indoor pool and jacuzzi, basic, and poor choice of pool surround flooring as it's very slippy. Jacuzzi needed more water as it spits everywhere with the jets on but hot and appreciated that the temp was right. Room felt small compared to other hotel chains. Beds were clean and comfortable. Spotlight aimed at our window right outside the room but the curtains were blackout. No freezer in mini fridge but ice down the hall. Appreciated the full size pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Cable package was basic and didn't have smart features to allow for streaming your own subscriptions. Buffet breakfast available for $13.99 pp, restaurant on site, open from 5 to 8:30. Considering this is a step up from a Hampton Inn as far as the Hilton line of hotels go, I feel the Hampton Inn line has a better layout and features.

My family wanted a place to stay during our trip to Ohiopyle this past weekend and the Hilton…read moreGarden Inn was perfect for us. It's located right in Uniontown about 25-30 minutes from Ohipyle and there are plenty of dining and retail options nearby. We had a double queen room for the night and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I liked that it had a bathtub and not just a shower. It was the perfect amount of space for my 2 year old to get cleaned up after a day at the park. The pool and spa area was nice, but we had to visit the front desk for towels. Not a problem, but our keys seemed to not work for the pool and spa area and gave us a difficult time getting into our room, too. We booked our stay through Expedia and got a pretty good deal for our room with breakfast included. The menu for breakfast wasn't comparable to an actual breakfast diner, but it checked all of the boxes for us with the couple options that they had. We got veggie omelettes that came with sausage or bacon, toast, and home fries. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free with our stay. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn was nice and had decent amenities. The fire pit area outside was beautiful and the bar was nice, too. I'd recommend this place if you need a comfortable and affordable place to rest your head for the night.

Where can I start? Family friendly? Maybe if you feel comfortable taking your kids to a junky, trap…read more"hotel". This place was beyond disgusting. The day prior to my stay I called to confirm my reservation. They claimed that no reservation was made, even though the woman on the phone had taken my card info just 2 weeks prior. When we arrived at the hotel, nobody was at the desk. We had to ring the bell twice to get someone attention. They first checked us into someone else's dirty room! The staff was incredibly rude the entire stay, they did not interact with guests, welcome them or anything. The woman at the desk in the morning acted like it was a bother to set out more breakfast, even though there was still an hour for breakfast time. The floors throughout the hotel were disgusting and covered in god knows what. I believe there was blood smeared on the wall in the bathroom above the shower. I couldn't even allow my children to bathe! I was afraid for my 1 year old crawling around because of the steel metal door frame that was ripped off the wall & never fixed even after complaining twice. If you are looking for a good night sleep, GOODLUCK! The black out curtains can't even try to block out the giant bright light out the windows. Cant sleep due to the light? Well don't go outside for fresh air because you will 100% be greeted by the local meth heads or drunk construction workers that sit outside for hours. (Definitely not greeted by the staff though) overall this hotel was a 1/10. If I could give negative stars I would. We didn't even stay our entire reservation because we couldn't stand to be in this place one more night. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! It's half the price of anywhere else in town, for a reason!!

Not sure what the deal was with our room this weekend but the light over the sink in the bathroom…read moredidn't work, the blow dryer was missing from the wall, no washcloths but the real kicker was no shower curtain but the housekeeper who cleaned the room days earlier proudly left a note. This was a free stay because I redeemed points but I shouldn't have been put into a sub-par room, the one bright spot was that now each bathroom is stocked with assorted toiletries in addition to the standard shampoo & conditioner. We stay here because it is close to local attractions like Ohiopyle and they are pet friendly but it looks like from now on I'll have to do a thorough inspection upon check in. They do offer pre-packaged items for breakfast & bottled water but still no warm food in the morning but that's pretty much the new normal. Beds are comfy & the area is fairly quiet and close to restaurants & shopping.
