I was quoted one price and ended up paying almost double to mount 2 new tires, balance, and valve stems all of which were separate charges. In addition, the owner operator proceeded to criticize the purchase I made of the tires online and told me the tires I purchased would not last me a year, that I paid too much, and that I would be back to buy new tires soon. Attention business owners: Never criticize your competitors and never tell a customer he/she has made a bad decision, because they could be making one right now by doing business with you-a new client. In other words, if you criticize my decision in the past and I do business with you now: Did I make a bad decision by doing business with you today? So, I would let them patch or plug a tire only in an emergency.

I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.
