This is not how you do business, being transparent with the customer is important. i do not recommend this company unless you're in an emergency situation and be prepared to pay additional costs. Upon calling to express my dissatisfaction no accommodations were made on behalf of the business because of their wrong doings. all though the company arrived to me in a timely fashion , my over all experience is a 2/10 I do not recommend.
