The "Big Guy" at the counter said my head gasket was blown and that I needed a new engine. He said he'd research a new engine and get back to me. Never a word from them again. Today is 3/13/2026. I live in the mountains and drive this car daily. I've probably put 75K miles since then. It passes inspections and I confirmed that no new engine was ever needed. This could have been a 10K mistake had I taken the guy at his word. I don't expect perfection , but I do expect professionalism. ALWAYS get a second opinion if it's something major with those guys. I'll never go back. My Ford edge has 320K and still going strong.
