Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. Typically can see me same day, if the bays are occupied, I'll return as he's available. Only a few times, I'd leave the auto and return upon completion. I refer friends and clients. I stopped in to simply get a quote and he was able to immediately help me. Exhaust replacements in my experience often require welding which takes time and with more people holding onto their cars longer, muffler shops can often be backed up. Romo is a great guy when you meet him, seems to enjoy chatting with his customers and did a great job getting my muffler part quickly and welding it up. Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles. Always straight-up, no BS, no upselling, just plain facts about what your car does and doesn't need. Repairs were always perfect and well-priced. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is just a great guy in general. He truly cares about making sure your vehicle is in good shape but he also genuinely cares about his customers. After I left town, my mom continued to take her car to him for service. I appreciate the fact that he always treated her like family.
