The first time was an emergency in which their office staff dispatched a crew who promptly found the cause of the back up and corrected it. All the work was done professionally and in my opinion at a reasonable cost. The second call involved an installation of a new collar and cap on top of a tank which involved excavation equipment and a special crew. What I liked about their service was the fact that this work was not sub contracted, but rather performed by Hampton Septic Services well organized and courteous crew. Upon completion of the work, they even landscaped over the tank to make it look as if no work was completed on top of the lawn. The third call, again an emergency, actually resulted in the identification of an interior house plumbing defect and had nothing to do with the septic system. As a professional courtesy, the Director of Operations waived the entire invoice. Had a leak in our basement near the pipes and called these guys to get a pump. Turns out our waste lines were not installed right on our house and needed to be fixed. They were able to do it all so quickly and cleaned up the mess in our basement. They said we don't need to pump the septic which saved us a few hundred dollars and fixed the real issue. Great service and the pricing was pretty fair. Would recommend them to anybody with septic problems! read more
