The first time was an emergency in which their office staff dispatched a crew who promptly found the cause of the back up and corrected it. All the work was done professionally and in my opinion at a reasonable cost. The second call involved an installation of a new collar and cap on top of a tank which involved excavation equipment and a special crew. What I liked about their service was the fact that this work was not sub contracted, but rather performed by Hampton Septic Services well organized and courteous crew. Upon completion of the work, they even landscaped over the tank to make it look as if no work was completed on top of the lawn. The third call, again an emergency, actually resulted in the identification of an interior house plumbing defect and had nothing to do with the septic system. As a professional courtesy, the Director of Operations waived the entire invoice. Based upon their affordable, courteous and prompt service, Hampton Septic Services has a customer for life.

Service tech arrived at the house with a probe and said he couldn't find our septic system! He left after about 45 minutes without doing anything . They sent me a bill for over $350 for "services rendered". I contacted them and explained the situation but was told that the bill was to be paid in full. Reluctantly, I offered to pay $200. to settle the matter. They are now suing me in small claims court. I have lived in this house for over 35 years and NEVER had a dispute with ANYONE !
