Delivery went perfectly and Dr Pham delivered my baby at 8pm! I was so worried she wouldn't be there but my nurses called her and she said "I'll be there in 10" and she came rushing in ready to deliver my baby. Linda her NP was just as amazing, she is an absolute ray of sunshine, I loved going to my appointments because I knew I was going to be well taken care of. The delivery went really great, Dr. Pham has so much experience and this being my second baby I knew what to expect, baby girl had her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck and Dr. Pham acted quickly to release her as I was pushing. I am forever grateful to the Miracle Orchids team for making my last pregnancy so wonderful. Rushed at that because she was late in seeing me for 2 hours. None of her staff informed me that she was going to be late. Maybe the reason why she was in a rush and the un-God ful painful treatment. She prescribed the wrong medication after consulting with another physician. She also ordered labs [full ovary and pelvic] ultra sound that was completely unnecessary. I am way past child bearing years, yet she justified the exam as though I was having a child. This morning 22Jul2024 (day of appointment), I received two calls from the office stating they were going to cancel my appointment even after I received messages via text to confirm my appointment on 15Jul2024. The experience was very unprofessional as the front desk doesn't know what insurance they accept. They blamed it on the billing department. The appointment was set for 3 weeks and they could've had the courtesy of ensuring everything was good or not because I wasted time waiting, when I could've found a better OBGYN practice that cares about the patients and getting them the care they need. I was then transitioned to Dr. Nguyen, and I couldn't be more grateful. She answered every one of my questions in great detail and never once dismissed any of my concerns. She is also very proactive--when I told her about severe itching at 36 weeks, she immediately recognized it as cholestasis and ordered blood work within minutes. Anytime I reached out through the patient portal, she consistently responded within 24 hours. Although she speaks quickly, it's not because she's rushing through appointments. It's simply a reflection of how knowledgeable and thorough she is--she takes the time to explain everything in detail so you fully understand what's happening with your body.
