Chicken Broth Pho and Strawberry Bubble Tea
    Kylie G.

First, the service was just OK. You have to walk downstairs to get your food regardless of if you're eating to stay. They also only have one set of sauces so if it's on someone else's table you basically have to interrupt their dining experience. The soup was a little too cold for me. I like hot soup. It got cold really fast. Chicken had amazing flavor. Soup was missing some flavor. The boba was really good. The boba and flavor of the chicken saved this restaurant from getting a two.

I drive 1 hour and 45 min just to get a cup of bubble tea . The customer service is unbeatable and i been going for 8 years and it's nothing in Brooklyn that make me More happy this place make Brooklyn my first love . If u don't stop for the bubble tea then try the vegetarian pork sandwich it's to die for just kiss the chef for me.

Ordered beef pho , and the soup is tasteless , seems like they just put water with noodles. I used to go to the other location a lot and would consider walking a little more to the other location better. The restaurants ac is not strong enough, it's very hot. Service was acceptable

    Sardine Sandwich

The food is always great here when I've ordered. I usually come for the sardine sandwich or a bubble tea. Today I tried the green apple, it was good not a strong apple taste tho. The service was fast and good. The space is relaxed and casual. It was pretty quiet this evening. I enjoyed my meal very much.

I came back to try the food and their pho is okay. The broth isn't very flavorful. But it's nice on a cold day, the service is alway super nice, and the food comes out quickly so it's convenient on my shorter lunch breaks.

    Beef Pho Toppings

Wow! The beef pho ($12.75) was actually good.On my first bite, the reminiscent smell of noodles, jalapenos, bean sprouts, beef, tendons, and the comforting soup hit me. I have had cravings for this all week hahaha. I want to try other pho places in Manhattan or Park Slope as that is where they seem to be gathered. The only thing would be that the soup could be stronger as well as being hotter. Overall, a good place to start for decent pho.

Classic bahn mi and thai bubble tea
    Ricky Z.

While the location is great and the unique layout adds to the appeal of the restaurant, I was not really impressed with my classic bahn mi. The meats did not seem super high quality, the veggies not very crisp or flavorful, and the bread was not very toasted. However, the thai bubble tea I had was very good and a decent value. You could see the boba being freshly made behind the counter and was clearly fresh. Would definitely recommend for the bubble tea, pass on the sandwiches if you stop in

Fly in the Rice Vermicelli Salad
    Parker O.

I've come here for many years, but finding a dead fly in the salad was too much. No response after contacting via email, and when reaching out on the phone the employee flatly said "what do you want me to do?". Seriously? Disgusting and somehow the response from the employee left a worst taste in my mouth than the fly would have.

This was my first time seeing one with roasted duck though. Just a heads up that the street felt a bit sketchy even though it's near the edge of Chinatown. We were unfortunately harassed by someone outside of the store and ended up giving him a few dollar bills... *Chinese Sausage Mala Wrap $10 ** The lap cheong was spread so evenly throughout that I got some in almost every bite. The mala aioli was quite spicy, but not overpowering or lingering. The crispy shallots added such a nice crunch too which I loved! *Duck Tsangwich $16 I was quite surprised that the roast duck skin stayed crispy! The crackly cookie topping could've been thicker since it was pretty flat. They give you chili oil on the side, but it was already super flavorful with the hoisin sauce. Only thing I wished for was more cucumber and scallion to help balance out the richness.

It seemed mayo-based, and the flavor came across more like a sweet honey mayo than a bold Sichuan mala. 4/10. Ordering was quick through the walk-up window, and there are benches outside for seating. It took about 20 minutes for the wrap to come out. The wait for the Duck Tsangwich was around an hour, so we skipped it this time, but we'll definitely be back to try it.

Ever since my husband introduced me to this place almost a decade ago, I've been in love with their sandwiches. The chicken parm is definitely my favorite because there's nothing better than a hot sandwich on a cold day. Their chicken cutlet portions are always generous. We usually have them cut our sandwiches into quarters because we like to order a few different ones to share, such as the chicken parm and the Italian combo. We used to get them on their round semolina bread which was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately they don't make the round semolina anymore. The bread here is just top-notch, fresh, chewy, and delicious. They often sell out quickly, sometimes by lunchtime which tells you how popular they are. If you want a sandwich that earns your loyalty over decades, Parisi Bakery & Deli is that place…read more I've been eating sandwiches here for as long as I can remember, and the remarkable thing is how nothing has slipped--not the quality, not the care, not the magic. Every visit reminds you why Parisi has survived since 1903 while trends and neighbors came and went. Let's talk about The Dennis--the undisputed star and a true signature sandwich. This thing is a monster, built on Parisi's legendary fresh-baked bread that somehow stays crisp, chewy, and perfect no matter how much goodness gets piled inside. You get a crispy breaded chicken cutlet layered with thin-sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and (if you know what you're doing) roasted red peppers. It's all brought together with their house balsamic blend and basil herb spread/pesto--bright, savory, and completely addictive. I cannot confirm or deny that the sandwich is named after me, but I can confirm it's flawless. Pro tips: * Cash only, old-school rules apply. * Come hungry or plan ahead--this sandwich is big enough to share or save half for later, and it still eats beautifully round two. * Tip the sandwich makers. These folks are artists, and the tip box deserves some love. Beyond the food, Parisi is living New York history. From its origins as an Italian bakery on Mott Street, to feeding generations of locals, to being famously beloved by Frank Sinatra (yes, the bread was shipped to California), this place is woven into the fabric of Little Italy/Nolita. Legends like De Niro and Scorsese are fans, and you can still feel that old-world soul--right down to the original brick oven relic resting in the basement. Parisi isn't just a deli. It's continuity. It's tradition. It's proof that when you do one thing incredibly well for over a century, people keep coming back. And once you've had The Dennis, you will too.
