To make it non-dairy, I skipped the cream on top, so my drink looked a little different than the pictures, yet it was still yummy. The indoor tables are standing only which works well given the busy area. The staff is cordial and somewhat aloof but it works because the customers are literally watching them make the drinks which is a very fascinating process. The aesthetics of the store are minimal but still stylish. Most decor is white and black with pops of red here and there as the accent color, and everything is clean. I've had xing fu tang before and they're well known for their brown sugar boba but I was feeling something a little more refreshing today. I tried their jasmine tea with honey comb and added honey jelly, less sugar of course. The drink was still sweet, you can taste the sweetness but not overwhelming sweet. It has a nice tart flavor from the added lime. The honey jelly was such a good addition, I really enjoyed the soft jelly texture and it was mildly sweet. Near the bottom was honey comb pieces which I wasn't a big fan of, they just tasted waxy. I would get the drink again! Ambiance is casual with a few standing tables, no chairs.
