I was gestured to sit on their massage chair right inside the front door, I set my purse down behind me and settled in (where my face was down and I couldn't see). Then I heard one or two other people come in, walking around the small room, where previously we had been alone. I heard breathing behind me which made me uncomfortable. When there was a pause in my massage, I looked back behind me to see if I was just being paranoid but there was a guy sitting just two feet behind me with his phone in his hands! I don't know if he was recording, or just genuinely unaware of how creepy it was that he decided to just sit right behind me while I wasn't able to keep an eye on him, but I was upset and unsettled for the rest of the time there. So creepy, I'm only posting this review to warn other women and in the hopes the staff might turn away from doing this again. In addition to that, the chair for me to sit in was placed in the very front of the store, it was warm, with no sound or music from speakers to cover up the heavy breathing and stomach growling noises from the man giving my "massage". He applied good pressure, I could tell he was trying but there was just no skill to what he was doing, just rubbing random places along my shoulders and spine.

The location is off royal and preston rd. Parking can be bad since the plaza location is busy. When you enter the place you'll see the oils and products at the store front. When they check you in, you'll be offered a hot neck pillow, hot tea or fruit infused water/kombucha shot to get you relaxed which I loved. My mom got a facial and I got the herbal back massage. My masseuse Paula was incredible, professional, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I had never gotten a back massage before and I told her about my concerns and she even let me pray over her and the oils/ingredients before the treatment which I loved. It made me feel even more comfortable and the 50 minutes back massage flew by. I completely fell asleep it was amazing and I cannot wait to go back!
