I paid $125 for an arrangement that looks worse than the picture posted on the website for $75. I have ordered flowers here once in the past and selected the deluxe option which was a larger size than the one posted on the website. Given the increase in price and deluxe option I assumed that this arrangement would also be larger and would explain the $125 not just an additional 4 roses of each color. I was happy with the other two arrangements that I ordered that were a lot nicer and not $125. Given that Denise was rude via telephone and lacked decent customer service skills when I called to discuss my unhappiness of with these specific flowers, I will no longer be ordering flowers from here. No I did not want these for free, if that was the case I wouldn't have ordered 3 arrangements, let alone a $125 one. read more

The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because they delivered after 5pm as promised. The flowers were SUPER TINY. Ordered a dozen Roses. It came in a box, left ON THR GROUND, and tiny compared to the 24 roses my sister's boyfriend got her. I got 12, he got 24, I paid 72 dollars when I realized, I should have shopped around. They don't put a great effort at making them look worth the value. Then when I called, the lady corrected me on pronouncing Ceres in English. Pretty rude. That should have been my clue that the flowers would be BELOW PAR. What can I do, I'm in LA. I guess I needed a favor. Literally not worth it tho. read more

I called to order a wristlette corsage for my son's prom date (4 days before prom...yikes!!). They asked several questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. What type of flower? What color? What color of ribbon? Would I like to add sparkles? (I had never heard of this before) Sure, why not? Proms are supposed to be sparkly, right?! Oh, and would I like to order the package deal and get the boutanier for $5 more? Yes please!! (I didn't know about the special and was so glad they had mentioned it) I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The shop was so cute! I had to walk around and take a look at their gift basket ideas, and the different party themed plate sets. I walked to the counter and gave them my name and everyone was friendly as they were working on their arrangements. The boutanier and corsage were very well made, flowers were secure and the flowers were fresh. (I ordered white flowers and those can wilt easily if not carefully handled). The flowers held up well, I picked them up at 10:30am and prom pictures were at 5:30pm. I kept them in my fridge as instructed and they looked as fresh as when I picked them up. I grabbed a few business cards as I left because I am going to share them with my coworkers. I had a great first experience and will be back. read more

Very RUDE delivery!!! The delivery person threatened to leave the flowers in the hallway at our preschool because she had trouble finding the office! Luckily we were able to take them from her to deliver the flowers ourselves. The owner of the Floral Cottage did not seem concerned about the terrible service when I called. She did not apologize for the rude service and did not say anything about speaking to the employee. I'm actually glad she did not find the correct office to deliver the flowers.
