They were so professional and made sure we got the shots we wanted. There were two specific shots we wanted and discussed with Jason and he made sure to capture them beautifully. The end result of our highlight video was beautiful and we can't wait to make it a yearly tradition to watch it on every anniversary. I also want to mention that we reached out to Jason to postpone our wedding twice. We only ended up postponing once (from 2020 to 2021), but Jason was so kind and understanding both times. We booked Jim about 9 months before our April wedding after seeing photos from another wedding we…read moreattended as guests. We immediately loved how natural everything looked. The photos felt candid and real instead of overly posed or staged, and we found out Jim was the photographer. That ended up being exactly our experience too. My husband and I are both pretty awkward in front of a camera and really did not want to spend the entire day posing, but Jim was somehow able to get amazing photos while still letting everything feel relaxed and natural. Nothing felt forced. He was also super flexible with what we wanted while still being really organized about family photos and any specific shots we cared about. The whole process felt very easy and low stress. Also, the turnaround time was insanely fast. We got our previews and full gallery back way quicker than we expected. Viewing those pictures, my wife and I just loved the angles and composition of Jim's photos and knew that Jim would be hard to beat. Something I didn't realize before I got married was how much time you spend with your photographer on your wedding day. I think I probably spend more time with them than I did with my actual wife and groomsmen. Having say that, I was glad that Jim and Ryan were my photographers. They were really cool, funny guys to chat with throughout the wedding and you can tell they were passionate about getting the best photos they can get out of my wife and me. I appreciate they were always want to try out new poses, new angles, and new props so that the pictures stand out. Jim was also a great photographer for our families as he knows Chinese and was able to give out great instructions even to my family members who didn't speak the best English. It was pretty funny too when we weren't quite sure what we were doing during the Chinese tea ceremony and Jim was able to step in and give us some instructions. We got our wedding photos a month after our wedding date and we were not disappointed. Jim's selection of curated photos that he touched up were all amazing and were all worthy to be set as wallpapers on our phones. They were simply more interesting to look than most typical wedding photos we've seen elsewhere. And honestly, even the rest of the photos that weren't touch up or part of the curated batch were amazing to look at.

Olivia was so flexible and supportive when we were freaking out that our wedding had to be cancelled/postponed during the lockdown; she rescheduled us twice throughout the pandemic. I have to say, her photography was one of the things I was looking forward to the most in getting married. As soon as we saw her photo in our venue catalog (when touring the venue), we knew we had to get married at that venue with the same photographer-- we booked her and the venue that same day. The photos she takes just feel light, bright, airy, and happy. And let me tell you, I've looked at other photographers' photos, but none could compare to the vibe Olivia's gives off. She is so WORTH IT. She's like a magician with her photos and just has a really great artistic eye! When we finally got married so many things went wrong (I wasn't wearing my wedding jewelry, I forgot to fix the ribbon of my bouquet, STRESS lol), but honestly you couldn't tell anything was wrong in the pictures! We were camera shy at first but they made it very easy for us. - Oliver ended up giving us 2 engagement sessions because the weather was unexpected during the first one. We greatly appreciated that! - Oliver had some cool ideas for our wedding photos (some with participation from our guests), and we love those! Cloud streaming - 80% of our guests were online. So making sure the live streaming works was next to "saying vows" and "exchanging rings" on our priority list. - We streamed on Zoom, and it worked perfectly. Our guests, both domestic and international, were able to watch and participate with us without a hitch. - Oliver and Daniel set up 3 professional cameras and 1 iPhone camera to switch back and forth during the ceremony. Oliver recorded a *drone footage* outside our venue to play at the beginning of the livestream. Our guests were amazed at the professionalism. - We did a lot of research, contacted over 10 photographers, before we found Oliver who could do both photography and livestreaming, exactly what we needed. Keith was easy to coordinate with ahead of time and always extremely responsive, which made the planning process smooth. Our photographer Robin was excellent. He helped us schedule the day to make the most of our time while still being mindful of the flow. We had a few special requests, like a photoshoot with our dog Bowie on the Embarcadero, and he made it all happen seamlessly. He also planned ahead to capture us at sunset overlooking the Bay Bridge, which turned into one of our favorite shots. We originally chose Robin for his incredible candid photography (since we're not naturals at posing), and we are so glad we did! Even our guests commented on how many wonderful candids he captured. At the same time, he guided us through posed photos when needed and brought a creative vision that went far beyond the basics we had in mind.
