We are so grateful for all the time Annabelle's therapist Johanna spent with us over the last year…read more She came in right after Annabelle's heart surgery in October 2018 and really helped Annabelle adjust to standing up straight walking more than 5 paces. She helped Annabelle learn how to walk up stairs, she continued to strengthen Annabelle's core so she would develop better body mechanics. Johanna has helped transform Annabelle's life by giving her skills and the ability to use her body properly! She helped teach Annabelle had to walk backwards by motivating her with games and singing which Annabelle would respond too very well. She helped with teaching Annabelle how to sit in a chair. She even help teach Annabelle how to have better balance and be able to kick a ball and jump! Johanna has been so amazing over the last year very professional and timely. Understanding with Annabelle's medical conditions and compassionate. She has been a great friend to Annabelle a joy to work with, she has continue to help teach mom little tricks to use as well so we could practice in between physical therapy appointments. We will miss working with her since our time has ended since Annabelle has transitioned to the local school district. We continue to work on Annabelle's physical strengths and weaknesses but Johanna has helped point us in the right direction. Thank you so much. We are beyond grateful for all the time we have spent together! The difference between seeing Dr. Nassos and the other doctors is that you can tell he still cares about his patients! He asked me some questions and gave me his medical opinion of the status of my knee. He also answered questions I had on next steps, as I am still in constant pain. As a first-time patient and a nurse, I found Dr. Nassos to be professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He is easy to speak to, and I only wish that I had met him before my surgery. I would definitely refer other friends/family members to him for their ortho needs.

And gosh have I had my share of incompetent (read factory chain offices), rude with no bedside manners and yell at me doctors because I dare to ask questions and want to understand what the surgery entails. I wasted 3 months with one Dr. who ended up closing shop (due to some legal issues, escaped that one narrowly!) and another month looking frantically for a new doctor and coming across one who was so old school, he yelled at me for daring to speak and ask him questions... no names shall be named (but PM me if you want to know). What a relief to have found Dr. Nassos! Not only does he take more than 5mins to sit, examine and answer all your questions, he always has a comforting smile that puts you at ease. I needed that especially since it was my very first surgery, and was a total nervous wreck. The night after surgery, I had to reach him and totally appreciated getting a call back within the hour late at night. And he even took the time to call in a prescription at the nearest 24-hr pharmacy. Post-op appt. went well, he removed sutures, went over some deets and off I go to focus on recovery, physical therapy and physiotherapy for the next 6 weeks until the next follow up appt. If you are looking for an orthopedic doctor you can trust and who really cares, I'd highly recommend Dr. Nassos.

After some intense tight neck pain on my trap area, I went to a doctor who referred me to a go to a…read morephysical therapist. I choose Ann Steinfeld's place since it was pretty close to my place and had good reviews. My therapist was Julie, and I went through a 4 month program where she started me off with just a handful of exercise but usually every week she would add more exercises and reps until the last month where all I did was maybe raise the weights for a few. These exercises were focused on my week upper body strength to support my neck area. There were also some general stretches on and around the neck area. I started off seeing Julie 3 times a week, 1-ish hour sessions. In addition to the teaching the exercises, Julie did some light neck massages, as well as using electric stim machine to reduce the muscle tightness. After a month or 2 I started going twice a week, then on the last month I started only going once a week. On my last day, I was given a pretty nice Certificate of Graduation from Physical Therapy in addition to a cool bag. Now, I'll just say my pain has NOT fully gone away. Neck pain is something I've had for a while and these were the first steps to manage and reduce it. I went in physical therapy not knowing if the pain would every go down. I definitely noticed an improvement after the 4 months. I feel like even if the pain does flares back up I have a system to reduce the pain. It seems like the idea at this place (haven't been to other physical therapy before) is Physical Therapy is a guide for you to start a program to do better healthy choices for pain like mine or someone who suffered from an injury. I'd say this program definitely did its job starting me off on my future journey. The whole staff I worked with were nice, professional, and were willing to have fun casual conversations. Julie, my main PT, was great and helpful. The front desk lady was always helpful in scheduling appointments, whether in person or if I e-mailed. The physical therapy clinic also had a few assistants who help you with your exercises to make sure you're still doing proper form. They were also both professional and also fun to interact with about casual conversations like the latest movies. Overall I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. If you have insurance and this physical therapy clinic is relatively close to you, I highly recommend checking it out if you get recommended or referred to get physical therapy.

I broke my ankle horrrrrribly and was struggling to find a good physical therapist in West LA…read more I found Agile and when I first got in touch with them and explained my situation, I honestly knew right away that they'd be great to work with. Each person I communicated with was super open and receptive, and worked with me to find a therapist, schedule, and plan that would be of the most benefit for me. Now when I say my ankle injury was bad...I mean it was badddddd. I broke it in every single possible place; recovery for this type of intense injury doesn't usually have such a great outlook. I began to work with Joyce, and her approach and techniques were so helpful and so appreciated - she made all the difference. Her expertise was undeniable -- after a few months I had built up so much strength and flexibility in my sessions with her that my ankle was nearly back to new. Like I said, that kind of comeback from a trimalleolar ankle break is pretty much unheard of..... I lend a lot of my ability to snap back to the work that I was able to do with her. Long story short, I'm SO GLAD and SO GRATEFUL I found Agile and Joyce. Would highly recommend!!!! Thank you all SO much for all of your help.

Expecting exercise training alone and hoping they had the experience for my condition, I was surprised to receive myofascial mobilization as well as exercises, e-stim and ice. The knowledge demonstrated by Chris impressed me (and I'm not easily impressed). He answered many questions I had lingering. He has excellent touch awareness and I witnessed him moving my leg in ways I was afraid to move, and in doing so my confidence and range of motion improved. Each time I've left there I've left feeling stronger and pain free. This is awesome. I highly recommend this group and am grateful that I found Agile PT for myself. Hoping this will do someone else some good :D

They are truly exceptional -- a group of caring, attentive professionals who make every patient feel seen and supported. The doctor comes out during each visit to check in, always with genuine interest and concern, and when I first began, he took the time to complete a full, thoughtful consultation that set the tone for excellent care. The office itself is spotless. The team is consistently cleaning throughout the day during my visits, and they somehow manage to know every patient by name -- a small detail that makes a big difference in how welcoming the space feels. Making appointments is incredibly easy as well. The young lady at the front desk (I regret forgetting her name) is always smiling, helpful, and willing to take the time to plan out visits in a way that fits both my schedule and the office hours. While they don't use text or phone reminders, she reliably gives me a reminder card each time, which has been just as effective. Shannon, who works closely with the doctor and patients, is especially wonderful -- helpful, upbeat, and an impressive multitasker who keeps everything running smoothly. And as a bonus, the free parking in the back makes the entire experience even more convenient. Their combination of clinical skill, genuine kindness, and a well‑run office has made a tremendous difference in my care. I consistently leave feeling better, supported, and confident in my progress. I truly couldn't recommend Dr. Minassian and his team more highly.
