During that time, I tried just about everything under the sun--gym workouts, cortisone injections, PRP therapy, stretching, TENS therapy, myofascial massage, Graston scraping, countless YouTube videos, and a limited number of basic physical therapy sessions allowed by my healthcare provider. While some of those provided temporary relief, nothing solved the problem. Exhausted, discouraged, and out of options, I finally decided to get some proper physical therapy with Victory Performance. Since I've started, I've been really impressed with Victory's friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Everyone is always welcoming, and it just feels like a place where people genuinely care about helping you get better. My physical therapist, David, has been fantastic--knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answers all my questions, and is genuinely invested in helping me recover. After my initial evaluation, he identified that one side of my lower body was significantly weaker than the other, causing my body to compensate in ways that were contributing to my foot pain. He put together a personalized strengthening program with progress goals that we've been working toward along the way. It's only been a couple of months, but I've already noticed a significant improvement in my feet. I would definitely recommend Victory and feel that I'm in good hands there, I only wish I had started so much sooner.

Instead of just accepting that and ending the call, they threw another local Physical Therapy company under the bus and tried to say Victory takes care of their patients better (which seems really unprofessional in my opinion) 3. UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATION: Daniel texted me multiple times from a number not publicly associated with the company. Victory's number is shown as 424-543-4336 on their website. When I submitted my request for contact, it was through the understanding that communications would be coming from a business line. This felt like I was being contacted by a personal number which I felt was very unprofessional....again.

She also gave me great birthing exercises & movements to prep for labor. I love that she always listens to my concerns and has been essential to helping me manage all my symptoms! She's so knowledgable about everything PT (pelvic floor related and beyond), she's like a walking encyclopedia! Now that I'm a few months postpartum, I still go to her for all my new symptoms (even uncommon nerve issue like postpartum allodynia)! Couldn't recommend Sammy more!! My only caveat is that Evolution charges a mandatory $2.99 'wellness fee', while it gives you some perks, not sure it's necessary.

Monday, 06/10/2024 I…read morehave to say that Titan PT has so far been nothing but good to me. The first day I met the owner who conducted my initial assessment. He definitely seems to know that he was doing. Oscar and Bethel were the primary people to help me on the phone and email with the paperwork and getting prepared for the sessions. From what I can tell so far, this group is trustworthy and they accepted my own authorization forms in place of their own. They also accommodate me when I am running late, invisible illness and bumper to bumper traffic will do this. To note: an entity is obligated to accept your forms when the consumer/patient supplies them with his/own forms -- *in place of their own. The forms can include anywhere from cancellation policies to HIPAA MANDATES. The consumer/patient is not obliged to sign theirs in addition. So look out for this wherever you go. Entities are not allowed to force you, manipulate you, coerce you into signing theirs in addition. Joelle was the PT that got assigned to me and he spends 45 minutes minimum massaging me after they use a heat pad on me for ten minutes. I usually do exercises before the massage and after massage, they ice me for ten minutes. This kind man massages me so well that every time after, I want to go to sleep! My only feedback would be for everyone to announce their name when they leave voice messages and answer the phone for incoming calls. There is always room for improvement for every group so hopefully pay attention to some of the negative reviews too as there is validity in them and lots of doctors out their pay to remove negative reviews, Healthgrades notoriously being known as one of them to do this. Vitals, share are, etc. Once you find the place, it's easy to find after that. While they are located in the fourth floor, the free parking structure is on the second floor. I would overall highly recommend Titan PT for all the reasons stated above and more. Thank you, Titan! Keep up the fantastic work! Regarding other providers, beware of hardly any negative reviews as the sites are often paid, etc. to remove them. Don't believe everything you hear on the internet. Oftentimes if not always, negative reviews have at least some truth in it. Be suspicious of only positive reviews, esp. if they got posted right after a negative one, got removed, etc...when doctors/providers pay Healthgrades, etc. for a premium subscription, they allow for doctors to hide 3 or more reviews that they dislike. Talk about corruption, hypocrisy, and deceitfulness in the medical field. People tend to go where the money and power are. Don't fall for their any of their tactics. Be wise.

The front desk worker was genuinely one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my appointment without notifying me or calling me back to confirm the change, which is basic communication and standard practice at any other office I have dealt with. When I asked why no one had answered my calls or returned my voicemail, the worker was extremely dismissive and took absolutely no accountability. She had an incredibly condescending attitude throughout the entire interaction and came across as though she had no interest in hearing what I was saying because she was so convinced that she was right. There was a clear sense of ego in the way she spoke to me, rather than any willingness to simply listen and resolve the issue. I even asked her directly, "So are you going to call me back next time?" Her response was, "We can try." Given that I had already called three times and left a voicemail, I found that response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. She was rude from the beginning, spoke to me as though I was incapable of understanding what I was saying, and repeatedly refused to actually listen to me. I specifically went in to reschedule the appointment I had scheduled for later that day, but she kept insisting that I tell her which appointment I had already attended that morning, despite me repeatedly explaining what I was there for. What should have been a simple administrative request turned into an unnecessarily frustrating interaction because she would not listen, acknowledge what I was saying, or take any responsibility for the lack of communication. Completely unacceptable from any office serving patients.

From the manager, staff, and Dr. Schmidt, the 2 to 3 appointments per week were an ongoing great experience. My therapy/workout plan designed by Dr. Schmidt was so well crafted and executed. Strength and endurance grew by the session. She mixed it up and was always totally dedicated to my care. My therapist Dorian was engaging, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. In addition to assigning practical, doable and strength-building workouts each week, he explains why they're important and how they fall under the program. I thought I knew how to work out, as I've been lifting for almost a decade now, and it was all undone after just a few short but impactful months with Dorian. I quickly learned I had to relearn most of what I knew, and I appreciated it. Before I wrap up this review, I do want to highlight the office manager, Marisa, who was such a delight at every interaction. She made scheduling a breeze and was always so awesome to deal with. I always walked away with a smile after interacting with Marisa, who genuinely knows how to put patients at ease. As a former college athlete, he brings a deep level of knowledge--not just in building strength and fitness, but also in injury management, recovery, and long-term sustainability. That expertise shows up in every session. As an athlete in my mid-40s with my fair share of injuries and the wear and tear that comes with age and life, David has been very helpful. He has helped me stay consistent, get stronger, and avoid setbacks. What really sets him apart is how attentive and adaptable he is. He adjusts workouts on the fly based on how you're feeling that day, while still challenging you in the right ways. He brings great energy, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor that makes tough workouts enjoyable. And after the workout he takes you through stretches, which is a great way to end the session. Treatment is not delegated to aides or assistants, in fact there are no aides or assistants employed there. Aaron, or another DPT, spends the entire 45 minutes with the patient in a private treatment room. There is no chaotic open studio approach, just private treatment rooms where the DPT can focus on individual patient treatment and recovery. Additionally, the same DPT continues with the patient throughout the treatment sessions. Other physical therapy clinics in which treatment is delegated to aides or assistants allows the DPT to bill for more than one patient during the same time slot, so the DPT does not spend the entire time with the patient. This is not true for Playa Physical Therapy, and the 'DPT-only' approach is what makes them stand out above all others.
