Rude, impatient, overpriced. He also isn't able to do handle very many tasks at all - disappointing. Avoid at all costs

Eric came to replace my kitchen sink faucet and a water line. He did a great job and price was very reasonable. Would use again.

We chose Mr Rogers Plumbing because of their spotless reviews and feedback…read more The nice and professional technician Xavier came out to check why our 10 year old tank water heater wasn't working. He said unfortunately it couldn't be repaired, and that he could install the same type tank water heater for us. But he explained, without any sales pressure, that instead of the same type outdated water heater (I had explained to him our problem of losing hot water after just a few minutes with the tank water heater). installing a tankless water heater would take up much less space, look more attractive, and actually raise the value of our home because of its high efficiency. And that it was also way more cost efficient and would pay for itself in a few years. And with no sales pressure, he explained the tankless version was about double the price of the tank version. With no sales pressure gave us a choice of which version to go with after laying out the pros and cons of each. The thought of having on demand never ending hot water throughout the house, and adding to the house value was hard to resist. We had long suffered from losing hot water after just a few minutes and having squabbles about who would bathe or shower first. We figured now all of us could have immediate on demand unlimited hot water all at once! And regain harmony among us! So we had Xavier installed a waterless tankless water heater for our house at a very reasonable price. And he did it in the same day! It looks so high tech and sleek! Just check out the attached photos. XAVIER WAS THE MOST HONEST COORDIAL PERSON to deal with and finished the installation the next day! We were most pleased with the installation and Xavier's most professional service. UPDATE A couple of days later we smelled a slight gas odor coming from the exhaust pipe he had installed over the front porch overhang by the front door. He told us the slight smell was a normal occurrence with tankless water heaters and the odor was harmless. But, he admitted that the front porch exhaust odor could be annoying since we keep our front door open all day for our dogs. So Xavier came out the next day and figured out a way to rearrange the gas exhaust pipe to the opposite side of the house through the garage. He fixed it perfectly today and now my neighbors can enjoy the gas whiff. LOL (it is a normal occurrence for a tankless heater to emit a slight, harmless gas odor, ONLY while the hot water is on). Xavier finished the pipe adjustment all in an hour and a half! He did everything correctly and promptly and troubleshot the issues on the fly. So now we are most happy with the product and the great service we received! He is a credit to his Company and to all talented honest hardworking individuals. We would not hesitate to call Mr Rogers for any and all of our plumbing heating and A/C issues in the future. And to recommend Xavier and Mr Rogers to all our neighbors friends and families!!!

I called Roger's Plumbing this morning for a clogged kitchen sink. Before booking, I specifically…read moreasked whether they service my area. I was told yes, so I stopped searching and waited on them. When the plumber arrived somewhere, he texted me a photo of the wrong gate and asked if it was my house. I replied no and immediately sent him my live location pin, clearly showing my exact address. This is not a hard-to-find property - we regularly receive deliveries, contractors, and even DoorDash drivers with zero issues. At that point, communication completely broke down on their end. My husband drove out to locate the plumber and called him multiple times. The plumber repeatedly sent him to voicemail and did not return calls. My husband then called the office and asked that the plumber call him back. The office said okay. No call came. When my husband finally got through, the plumber said, "I'm in the middle of nowhere." My husband offered to have him drop his location so he could physically guide him in. The plumber refused and said, "Just find someone else." I then called the office myself. Instead of offering a solution, or another technician, I was told: "I don't know what to tell you. When we look up your address, we only see bushes and plants." That statement is simply false. Our address is clearly mapped, and again, other service providers find it daily without issue. The tone was dismissive and essentially amounted to "Oh well - find someone else." Key issues: - They confirmed they service my area, then refused to complete the job. - The plumber ignored repeated calls while knowing my husband was actively trying to help him. - No attempt was made to troubleshoot navigation, send another plumber, or offer any resolution. - Communication was avoided rather than handled professionally. If your company relies on GPS and mobile communication, your technicians need to be capable of using it - and answering the phone. At the bare minimum, basic respect and follow-through are expected. This was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Do not say you service an area if you are unwilling to actually drive to it.

We were replacing a broken toilet ourselves, but removed the old one to find that the setting in…read morethe floor was completely borked. There was no actual flange at all, just a repair flange and it was set below the level of the flooring and filled in around with a mess of some kind of caulk or filler to try and raise the level up. Making this right was way out of our league, so we called MasterCraft to help us out. They confirmed our suspicions that this was messed up six ways from Sunday and talked through the process of cleaning out the filler, chipping away the concrete, and refilling it with a clean setting of concrete so they could set a proper flange 1/4" above the flooring and for a reasonable price considering how terrible the setup was. They immediately set up an appointment to return the next day. While they were there for the estimate, they offered a free inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house, which I took to be a fishing expedition for more "problems" they could "fix" for more money, but such was not the case. They found one minor issue, said it could probably wait a few years, and even fixed another minor issue they found for free, then said everything else looked good. Startling honesty and helpfulness! From my call for help, they had folks out to check things out in about two hours, and the work was completed less than 24 hours after that. For the level of work done, an incredible turn time, IMO. All told, we had 5 different techs in our house between inspection and repair, and every single one was friendly, competent, and respectful of our home. While I'm not eager to *need* their services, if I do, MasterCraft Plumbing has definitely earned repeat customers here!

Subject: Unresolved property damage and failure to honor warranty…read more I am writing this review to share my experience with Mastercraft Plumbers Inc. regarding a project that resulted in irreparable damage to my bathtub. While the company performed the initial task of removing a corroded screw, their technician's negligence resulted in significant, irreparable damage to the bathtub. Despite a written warranty guaranteeing workmanship, the company refused to restore the tub to its original condition, instead proposing an inadequate "refinishing" remedy that did not meet professional standards. After months of attempting to reach a professional resolution, I was forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. On June 8, 2026, the Superior Court of California ruled in my favor, confirming that the company failed to meet its obligations and awarding a judgment for the full cost of the necessary replacement. I am sharing this factual account to assist other consumers in their due diligence. I have attached the Court's Minute Order and photographs of the damage for transparency. I am posting this as an addendum to address the owner's response. I wish to clarify that the facts of this matter were adjudicated in the Superior Court of California (Case #25SC04822C). On June 8, 2026, the Court ruled in my favor and awarded a judgment for the costs of repair, rejecting the defendant's claims. My review is based on these documented findings, and I stand by the facts presented. I have attached the Court's Minute Order for transparency to allow future consumers to make informed decisions based on the official record.
