You never know about plumbers so was hesitant to find someone online but no one else could come out in time, let me tell you I found my new plumber!! Louie was so helpful, quick to arrive and quick and to complete the project. He was personable and explained the whole process. About an hour after Louie left I had a question and something didn't feel right in my gut and gave him a call to ask again. He literally showed up 10 min later and explained everything in detail making me feel so comfortable and feel confident in something I originally knew nothing about. Most recent visit, Louie helped us with our existing kitchen & bathroom complete remodel, he really went out of his way due to the complexity of the build, and all the delays that required him to be here during the design & implementation phase. He was always available at times after hours, and with smile.... Furthermore, he suggested to add "pot filler", well, at first my wife didn't want to add it due to going over budget etc., I tell you what, it was worth the added expense, and she absolutely loves it now, and uses it every day. I had a water leak somewhere in my front yard. Louie showed up the same day I called. He personally contacted a leak finder and once we knew where the leak was I called to schedule the repair. The leak worsened so I desperately called for a sooner appointment. They were able to squeeze me in one day early. Louie and his team dug through wet soupy mud and got to the leak. I feel like the price was fair especially for how muddy the job was. Louie stuck to the original quote. I appreciate that very much and will recommend Louie & Sons to friends. Terrible service. Have used them before on my rentals and pretty much had to call them back for something they did for a correction. After multiple calls other other day and finally reaching someone and requesting a clean out on a shower drain that he said was done and charged me $285 a month or so ago. The lady that answered which i believe to be his wife told me I'm in the car and will relay the message to Louie and call you back shorty. After leaving several messages to call me back, I gave up and called another plumbing drain service. Fast to take your money with no commitment to stand behind there work. We were given the name of the owner (Louie's Plumbing) for some basic plumbing work. We regret using him and complained about the quality of his work to the Better Business Bureau. Not only did he fail to fully complete one the tasks which involved jetting our garden drains, but he had to return multiple times to locate a leak under our kitchen sink, which he blamed on his assistant in the most vulgar language. Even when he did the work himself his repair method was questionable, and had to be redone by his assistant. During this ordeal he often seemed unprepared and spent considerable time running back and forth to the supply house for parts. We found his office unprofessional too. read more

I requested a plumber to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. 2 men arrived and determined I needed a new faucet. I agreed. Within one hour my new faucet had been purchased and installed. All good. BUT I determined that I couldn't submit warranty without a proof of purchase and I also realized that they had WAY OVER charged me for one hour of service. I have had NO satisfaction contacting them for a partial refund nor receiving the proof of purchase. Will not return my calls for over a week now. I would never use this vendor again. I've used Louie's 3 previous times and have had no issues. So I called today and after several attempts was finally able to get thru to someone (was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full). Spoke with Louie and asked for an estimate to replace a pressure regulator. He said he needed to look at the job first and asked that I text him the address so he could stop by after making a brief stop at a supply warehouse..... said he'd be by within the hour. Texted him the address. 1 hr and 40 mins go by.... I call..... no answer. I text and ask if he was still stopping by. Again no answer. 2 hrs and 20 min's later I call the main line and discuss the issue with the office rep. They asked if they could try to contact him and see what was going on. I said sure. 5 min's later they return the call and state they are not able to get ahold of him either. Unbelievable.......... Told her not to worry and said I would have appreciated it that if he didn't want the job or changed his mind to have the damn courtesy to return my call and let me know....... like I have nothing else to do than sit on my ass and wait for someone who charges an absorbent rate, then doesn't have the courtesy to let a returning and potential customer know they will not be able to make it for whatever reason. Anyway you slice it..... shitty customer service!! Well, they got my business 3 previous times but I can guarantee you never again........... my time is also valuable. I will gladly pay a few xtra $$ for someone that can do the same job, and believe me there are plenty of Plumbers out there that can.......but also has better customer service. Very nice, very busy evidently. I had used them in the past and used them again to replace a toilet and to remove a garbage disposal and re pipe under my sink so as not to require one. They installed the toilet tank crooked and neglected to hook my dishwasher back up to sink drain after removing disposal. Dodged a bullet on that one since I noticed it and didn't turn my dishwasher on! Took quite some time to reschedule the fix (nearly 2 weeks) They did fix the situation, but I would not highly reccommend. They are very expensive and I was given a 10% discount for my trouble and inconvenience which I insisted upon. read more

I can't recommend them highly enough. The first time I had Louie at my house he diagnosed the problem free of charge (I had rats living in the walls). A different plumber from a big named company tried to convince me that I needed $2500 of plumbing work done in order to fix the problem. The next time I had Louis come out he gave me a very competitive price to install washer/dryer hookups, fix the drywall and move the toilet. So we have used Louie's plumbing for a number of rentals and personally..have given a number of referrals and also for a family member in her 80's . He put in a water heater and it was a lemon ... now he wants to charge her $600 and originally it was over $900 and she is on limited income ... really ... and have tried calling him about a number of times and will not return our phone calls....really ...what kind of customer service is this... we won't be using you again or giving you anymore referrals .... read more

I had Louies plumbing come out to install a new pressure valve for my house, I had already purchased the valve. they charged me 275.00 for 1 hours of work. It was late in the day, so I had no other option. They quoted me a different price when I initially talked to them. I feel they took advantage of the situation. It was Not a weekend or holiday. Had a slab leak and called for an estimate. Gave me a fair price for going back with copper type L. I ended up using Luie's for most of the re-routing in my house. They showed up exactly on time every day, and they got it knocked out in 4 consecutive days. Arnie and Michael were professional, cleaned up after work, and got it done on time. I only have a very minor gripe that they didn't install a nail plate to protect two pipes that were under stucco at the very end of the job. read more
