Another month passes and same arms peeling and noticed ottoman side missed....again contacted service and was told he was busy....I may have used water on area when I was told to use only recommended conditioner...he would have to look for product again among his stash of 1000's...& probably was outdated ....because " only good for 6 months"...& would have to charge again for service.....& I should be patient he'd get back to me...yada yada....after several calls.. the last on May 17th...i have given up on him ever returning.....I question the product he's using and terrible customer service. The AC was so nice! The lady at the front is very friendly and greeted us. There are two floors and inside has so many unique trinkets and household items and clothes. We bought a bday card for my MIL because it had beautiful flowers on it and was a unique texture ($7). When checking out, the same lady who greeted us let us know the card envelope can be planted and it contains seeds!! So cool! I read later on their pamphlet that they also donate some of their proceeds to charities like World Vision. What a great store!
