I scored a new with tags lined leather black skirt for $8 and a pair of white NYDJ jeans for $12. I've never left empty handed. Madewell jeans are perfect for me though! I buy their Curvy line, which fits me in the thigh AND waist without gapping, and now I just don't even bother trying to figure out my sizes/fit for other brands. They have some good sales and programs. End of season sales can find jeans like half off. There are student and healthcare worker discounts. If you bring in an old pair of jeans to recycle (and they don't even have to be Madewell), you get $20 off a new pair. But I've also purchased full price because they're just that good! The fit in both full length jeans and shorts work well for me. They also have a tailoring service if something doesn't fit perfectly, which I think is free for most pant purchases? So if you are curvier on the bottom and struggle with finding jeans that fit, I definitely recommend trying out Madewell! Aside from jeans... In fact, in front of the cash register there are free items such as health and beauty products, socks, and non perishable foods. These are free to anyone. I was at the front door today when the opened and the owner was excited to greet us all and walk us inside. There are two sides to the shop. Inside the door is the decorative things and kitchen items. Along with the cash register. The other side of the store has clothing, shoes, games and puzzles. Clothing is sorted by color in men's, women's, and children. There is also a fitting/storage room to try on clothing. I love this!!! I spent quite some time in here because it seemed like I was always seeing something new. Be sure to look on the walls and window displays. I found some of my favorite finds in the windows. I'm so excited about this new thrift store. The owner said they will constantly be putting out new things so that makes me want to park it there. Lol If you love thrift shopping, be sure to check out The Thrift Depot. There is some parking behind the building and a parking lot just to the west of the building. There is a lot where you can pay by spaces (about $2 per an hour, very affordable). There are bathrooms inside on the top floor and tables and chairs scattered throughout where you can eat lunch that can be purchased downstairs or at the farmer's market. We bought Pad Thai for $7 from Baan Phad Thai in the farmer's market and it was delicious!! We also found two amazing houseplants, Roos Rois Coffee, and fresh Apple Cider! Will definitely come back because this farmer's market and shops are fun to walk through and have unique items!
