The dreaded renewal period for cpr and first aid. Being a preschool owner I know it's important to renew my licensing BUT running a very busy business it's hard putting aside 8 hours for class. I found hands to heart on Yelp and was impressed on how much I enjoyed the classes. Showed up at 9:30 and was done by 12:30!!!! I just came home after taking the family and friends course with my nanny. The course was scheduled to take place from 6-8pm but we were done before 7pm. The class felt rushed and sloppy. I feel worse now that neither I or my nanny are confident in an emergency situation. This course borderlines negligent. To top it off, the instructor mentioned TWICE that they want yelp reviews. Loved this place! I came here in a rush trying to find a CPR class so I could apply for a Nursing appointment. I called in 2 hours before the class and AJ said it was fine to come in. There was 2 other people in the class so it was very one on one training. The instructor was very informative and made sure that everyone understood all the concepts and methods of CPR. The class was very quick to the point. He also gave an oral exam instead of one written down on paper, which is great because I get nervous with written exams. Due to an unexpected incident, I was 20 minutes late to the class but the instructor was nice about it and let me allow me to stay. My instructor was Robert and he was great. Maggie is so sweet and helped me schedule a class (pretty last minute) that best fit my busy schedule. Norman was the instructor for my class, he was awesome! I was really dreading taking this class, but Norman made it fun and worthwhile. I was also pretty clueless walking into the class, and he answered all of my random questions. CPR is a requirement for teaching credential, so I asked one of my classmate where she had done her CPR and this is the place she recommended. Like all reviews say, the class was very concise and practical. Somehow, we finished within 2 hours and was on our way home after 2 hours. When I first thought about doing a CPR class, I was intimidated by the fact that it is a 3~4 hour class and I did not want to spend 3~4 hours in a room for CPR. However, this was done real fast and I am thankful that I found H2H CPR and took my time Sunday morning to drive here instead of doing an online course.
