I originally called Andy, and asked him if he could help with extracting a broken key out of the ignition of my car. Andy was in between jobs and said he would be willing to help before going to his next job. There ended up being some miscommunication with getting the spare key on my end and I had to change my location. When I called Andy back he said that he was going the other way and would not be able to help me at that time , which I totally understood. I reached out to other locksmiths on yelp and Michelle followed up with me. I then texted Andy asking if he had time to fit me in to his schedule, I was willing to wait for his help. Our kitchen faucet was experiencing low water pressure for quite some time but it was on New Years Day that I noticed there was leakage underneath the sink. I decided I wanted to replace the entire faucet, so I selected one online that I liked and showed it to Andy. He said it would work just fine, so I ordered it from Lowes for pickup.
