He provided me with a lot of insight about residential water softeners so I could make the best educated decision .. and, all without ever "pushing &/or pressuring" me into any purchase. Jason and Chris provided A+ service and consultation throughout the whole process. We have been in our house for a few years and were getting very tired of the contractors water softener that was installed, the constant haze on our glasses, the worry of damaging our plumbing, and of course the effects of the hard water on our appliances forced us to go searching for a new system. My wife and I are big supporters of local businesses, after doing some research online we had narrowed it down to a few local companies. After talking to Jason it was apparent we had found our installer, Jason is a straight shooter and we find that valuable. Chris installed our new system and is great as well. Top notch company. Jason Young, the owner of Texas Water Systems, was who I spoke with about the ultra Violet system, and he set up a time to have Chris, the field pro, come out to our house. When Chris came, he did an excellent job of checking our water softener for efficiency, explained the process and the hardness results. We ended up getting the ultra Violet light system only as our softener was fine. We really feel Chris did an exceptional job all the way around, and feel so much safer using our city water now. We heartily recommend Texas Water Systems if you want safer drinking water without bacteria in it. And, we thought the cost was very reasonable too. read more

South Texas Water Solutions (210-232-6767) installed a complete whole-house water filtration system in our new home. The system also includes an undersink Reverse Osmosis unit. My wife and I could not be more thrilled with the system and the company.
