When I discovered mold at my place I wasn't sure what to do. My thoughts initially were to find…read moresomeone to do a carpet replacement and paint over the area with the mold. Jesse was the only handyman who told me that I might have a bigger issue at hand. He offered to come in with equipment to do a moisture test, and if needed would perform the mold remediation. Unfortunately, it was found that the walls had moisture and needed to be opened up. Jesse and his team sealed off the room and ran air scrubbers to insure that the mold would not spread as the work to remove it began. During this process, it was discovered the mold spread to the next room over, and to top it all off there were signs of termites. Jesse and his team performed the mold remediation on both rooms, with proper preparations in sealing them up and running machines to dry out and prevent the mold from spreading. They also hauled away all the demo, and sealed up the walls after termite treatments(another company), textured and painted the drywall after. If this little setback hadn't changed my financial situation, I would have had Jesse and his team work on more projects around the house!
