Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. He seems to truly love and take pride in his work. I interviewed a number of contractors for our porch replacement project, and spoke with references. Would anyone give *my* work such glowing reviews other than my mom?) But after seeing him in action, I absolutely echo all those raves: Ryan is the gold standard. He is fantastically professional, meticulous, and detail oriented; he communicates clearly; and his pricing is on par with other contractors in the area. He says what he means and means what he says.
