You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. Cassa in their office helped me multiple times on the phone and via email, and helped me file my 10 year full, 40 year prorated, warranty with OC. Will had gone through potential upgrades, including a 50 warranty option, etc. And AC gave me a 5 warranty on their workmanship. And to top it off, they gave me far and away the best final price, beating all others by over $1,000! Now keep in mind that our house is a doublewide manufactured home. Unfortunately, our heater and A/C unit is not high end equipment but it keeps us cool in the summer and warm during fall and spring. Our main heating source is a wood burner we installed the moment we moved in. Rural utilities run high and we just enjoy heating with wood. We had our new unit installed today and we are so thankful it went smooth and quick. A total of 5 installers came to our house this morning and were complete before lunch. Also keep in mind that we had them install our unit in a didferent location than the old unit. They removed the old unit and took it with them they also cleaned up after themselves. We have used them before for regular service and repairs but I was very pleased with todays service. I did go to their office to pay in person and asked about the warranty on the unit. I was explained what it was and of course I am sure the brand and type of unit warranty may be different so I don't want to disclose ours because it may not be the same for everyone based on the type and brand of units. I was then told that they (Georgetown Advantage Air) register all warranties so it's done and complete. I just want to say that everyone was very nice and we appreciate their work because now we can sleep comfortably. Thanks again!!!

When we signed a contract with this company, I was told someone would be in touch to get us scheduled for the installation of our garage door and that it was 1-2 weeks out for installation. No problem with that. But I never received a call to get us on the schedule. I had to reach back out to the company twice to get it scheduled. 2. Once I was scheduled, I never heard from the company again. I received no confirmation call in the days prior to the installation. 3. I was scheduled for installation at 8:00 am on a Monday. I reached out to the company at 8:30 when no one had shown up, and I was told they had a meeting that ran 30 mintues over, but that the team was on their way. They did not show up until 9:30 ( an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled install time). 4. The same afternoon we had the door installed, there were issues with it catching and not opening/closing properly. 5. I was scheduled for the service team to come out and work on the door the following Thursday at 8:30 am. I made the simple request for the company to call me in advance to let me know they were on their way (I do not live at the location where the service was being performed). Not only did I not receive any sort of call, but the team arrived at 8:00. I only know this because the tenants who live at the location texted me. Zero contact efforts were made on the company's behalf, even though I am the owner of the property. I then called in to speak wiht the manager (Chance) and let him know how displeased I was with the service from the company. It was a very disappointing and disgraceful call as he simply wanted to make excuses for the lack of courtesy and respect I was being shown rather than take ownership of the situation. I am giving a 2 star purely because the installers were lovely and I do not hold them accountable for the lack of professionalism by the "leaders" of the company. The door is okay quality if it decides to work properly mving forward. Time will tell on that one.
