How asinine is that? Then she said they wanted to reschedule and I said fine, I'll reschedule when you call me once you have the referral sorted. She started to complain that is not how they do things and I said again I'll schedule when you have the referral and she hung up on me. I'm not interested in running around trying to get other people to properly do their jobs. I do not want anything to do with people who hang up on their potential patients because they ae rude and incompetent. If you encounter incompetent and rude people in one part of the organization then the rest of the org is just as bad in my experience. I contacted my Dr. and I won't be wasting my time with these supposed professionals.

Through all the visits and real pain and complaints I had, not ONCE did she actually touch my foot, not once. Not to feel where the problems were, ask about it more etc. If that wasn't bad enough, she made ZERO after care notes, now wrote ANY notes of the office visit- seriously.. there are NO notes in the myhealth portal at all. Only BP, Height and weight. So weird that a Podiatrist doesn't touch your feet, even worse there's no record of ANYTHING on file. I went to another Dr and WOW what a difference! Specific issues were addressed she actually examined my foot, made suggestions and made a difference. Forget Kaplan, she's a joke! If you feel like chatting, that's great, but you'll Only buy new shoes and not get better from Kaplans visit.

I was referred to VibrantCare Rehabilitation due to worsening pain and decreased range of motion in…read moremy ankle that I injured (and subsequently had multiple surgeries on) back in 2011. I've had physical therapy a few times in the past for the same injury; however, after giving birth, my ankle has been hurting more so yet again. My initial experience contacting this location was with Gabby. Gabby manages the front office (including scheduling appointments) and assists with putting heat and cold packs on the patients after each session. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. Rachel is my physical therapist at this specific VibrantCare location. She is very knowledgeable in anatomy & physiology and the various treatments required for my injury. She is also very friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to. With all of my therapy sessions, I've been able to get more of my range of motion back and my pain has gone down considerably. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the treatment I received here. My ankle no longer feels very stiff and I'm continuing to work on getting my strength back by doing the exercises that Rachel showed me. 5 out of 5 stars.

Each session increased in difficulty, but she never pushes you. If you are uncomfortable doing an exercise, Rachel will find a doable alternative to help achieve the same goal. I looked forward to my weekly sessions. I highly recommend Vibrant Care in Vacaville and, in particular, Gaby and Rachel to address (and resolve) your needs. I am 100% better as a result of them!!

They don't call you back to let you know if you have an appointment. I was called the day before…read moreour scheduled appointment that when we come tomorrow at 8 am in the morning they may not be able to see us. The doctor didn't send them a signed referral. North Bay had three months to get this taken care of and to let me know what was happening. To tell me the day before!! That is not acceptable. I called the doctor and he got it over to them, but North Bay didn't call me back to tell me they got it like they said they would. I started called North Bay at around 2:30, but no one called me back and all I got was their answering machine. Also, I have gone back there in person to get things moving. I want to go to Davis rehab, but we have lost over three months waiting for them when they told us it only takes three to four weeks to get into the rehab. They run as bad and their ER room does.

Recently the receptionist refused to assist my workers comp adjuster make me an appointment. When my adjuster asked to speak to her manager she responded, "you can't because my manager said you have to deal with me" Now I have to drive an hour round trip to see another PT. Very disappointed. I don't understand how she is in a customer service role with such little desire to help people. She hates her job and it shows.

As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.
