Just got hung up on by Vibrant Care, they called me to say my doctor hadn't properly given the referral and although they had scheduled me, they had to call and cancel the appointment the day before. How asinine is that? Then she said they wanted to reschedule and I said fine, I'll reschedule when you call me once you have the referral sorted. She started to complain that is not how they do things and I said again I'll schedule when you have the referral and she hung up on me. I'm not interested in running around trying to get other people to properly do their jobs. I do not want anything to do with people who hang up on their potential patients because they ae rude and incompetent. If you encounter incompetent and rude people in one part of the organization then the rest of the org is just as bad in my experience. I contacted my Dr. and I won't be wasting my time with these supposed professionals. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone, If you're hoping to receive inclusive, compassionate and caring treatment, this is not the place. I must say management went over and beyond to correct an issue that I was having in the facility. Mark has always been a great therapist to me. I've had the pleasure with receiving hand therapy with Mark and James. They are such wonderful people to work with. Mark and James recommended different hand exercises/stretches and it definitely made my hand feel so much better. They suggested how to care at home and what to do if any pain lingers. I was happy that that I ordered theraputty and it's been beneficial. Paraffin wax was something new but it worked wonders before each therapy session. I did 12 sessions here and it was a big help. All of the staff I interacted with were amazing. The receptionist was very kind and professional. Mark (OT) and James (COTA) were huge assets in my recovery. They were both very nice, lovely to be around, and helpful in providing and teaching me exercises. It clearly shows that they care about their patient's health and success. I also worked with Bernard (OTD/Student) a bit, and he was amazing as well, you can tell he'll do great work in his field. I wanted to get physical therapy specifically in Fairfield since I couldn't drive and needed something close to home. I spoke to the therapists and front desk and they told me they could fit me in, I would only have to do the initial evaluation in Vacaville, after that the sessions would be in Fairfield. That's not what happened. After the evaluation they didn't have availability in Fairfield so my only option was to keep going to Vacaville. I had already paid for the evaluation so switching to a different PT wasn't feasible. Feels like a bait and switch and really unfair to patients with mobility issues. read more

I truly enjoyed my experience at VibrantCare. It is a clean and well staffed facility and I didn't have any issues with my appointments. I mainly want to point out the two therapists I had the pleasure of being treated by: Mark Borbe and James Watkins. They both are very honest about treatment, healing time, and what it will take from me, both at appointments and outside when explaining what is needed to be done to progress in healing on my own time. They were very hands on which was helpful and they also made sure my treatment was tailored to not only helping me return to pre-injury status for work, but getting me back to my personal lifestyle (I love yoga). I messed up my back a few months ago and I was assigned to Vibrant Care for rehabilitation per workman's comp's order. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. They taught me several types of stretches as well as knowing when the pain was getting better or worse. read more

Okay, this is a review in progress. My appointment at Vibrant Care Rehabilitation is in three days. The staff contacted me in advance of the appointment and provided me with information regarding time of appointment, copay required and appropriate clothing to wear at the appointment. Staff were able to email to me, the "paperwork" that I would need to fill out. I appreciated getting the registration and various other forms in advance via email as I was able to fill out the forms completely and comprehensively. So far so good! I have now had two appointments. So far I have no complaints, only praise. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The Rehab staff are courteous, professional and do a great job. The therapy I am receiving excellent. Whether or not it has a lasting effect is dependent on me continuing the exercises. read more

3-8-19 I went to for my first appointment at Vibrant Care in Fairfield, Ca. First - I want to say very honestly I did not go in with high expectations!! I am 69 years old, and just really felt this type of therapy would not do anything for neck pain that I have suffered for probably at least 10 years. I was referred to them by Muir Orthopedics to help my pain level . I have severe degeneration in my neck . From the moment I came through their doors I was treated with kindness and respect . Kayla at front desk helped me fill out the paperwork - she was so kind and understanding with my questions, and helped me so much . She has such a great personality, that she had me laughing; and I needed that !! I then went into the therapy room for my visit with Caitlin. I don't even know how to say how impressed I was with her knowledge- ability - and just all around service and kindness. I was blown away by the care I received. She was able to do things that actually showed me where the pain was coming from- and help me understand all this. Also even with this first visit showing me how to make my pain less . I honestly just did not expect this . I have such confidence in the treatment I will be receiving and look forward to feeling so much better . It has been since July 2016. I just want to say Carlin, is the best. I can not Recall the rest of the staff. If I ever have to go back to them. I would not hesitate. Everyone their is always in a great mood. I believe that they all know exactly what they are doing. I always looked forward to going over their. I had a completely torn Quadraceipt tendon. These people only care about money. They don't give a dam about you or me. The first question was I had to have my co pay of $25.00 . I have Blue Shield of California and my Medicare. They didn't want my Medicare card. They wanted cash!!!! So I said screw them and told my doctor. Medicare said they would have paid the $25.00 put never got the bill. So I hope this business shuts down because they don't give a fuc about people just the $$$. I don't like this place and I don't recommend anyone going to them. I have told my friends and family on my Facebook page to stay away from them!!!! Oh and I don't want to give you any stars. I hope that they get shut down. read more

Carol really tries her best to help with my wrist issues, but I feel she is overwhelmed with the number of patients she sees in a day. This was my first experience with rehab on my c. tunnel diagnosis and therefore did not know what I should expect. I had to do my own massages on my hand and wrist on numerous occasions, timers going off and yup have to set and reset those myself too. I don't know if I was doing it right or making my condition worse. Putting my arm in a contraption with nut shells with warm air blowing around helps me how? I understand it's immediate satisfaction but I seek guidance in helping me at home, where I have no access to a hot wax hand dip, ultrasound machine machine, or a nut shell warming box. Maybe because my apps generally is at the end of the day might be why it's packed in the hand area, but still no excuse. I know better now and will be telling my physician to not send me here anymore. I won't be back. read more

Very disappointing recent experience. Because I have a splinted broken wrist, I called twice in advance of my first visit to request intake paperwork in advance so I could get assistance with completing it. I was told that was not possible. (?) So I asked if I could have assistance there and was assured I could. When I get there (wearing a very large obvious splint) I am handed a clipboard with 12 pages of papers to be completed, a flowered pen, and directed to sit in a chair and complete (by one of the people I had spoken to previously). I showed him my splint more specifically and said I would need assistance - at least a table rather than a knee to write on with my non dominant hand. I was shown to a table in the middle of the treatment room, where people were being treated in full display. Although I had come 35 minutes early, after an hour I was only half done, a half hour past my treatment time, and had not yet even begun the intensive form asking me about my career goals and job description. Nor had anyone (who was standing around talking) ask if I needed assistance or offer to help. Although I was still working at the time of my injury, I am a senior. I get that it is probably helpful to have an idea of what my recovery goals are and my living environment, this was way overkill. My experience got worse from there but I won't bore you with the details. I eventually walked out. I now felt ill and I didn't want to be treated by a business that exhibited no common sense, empathy, or medical compassion. I did express my concerns when I left in the hope it would be taken as constructive and tried to share it with the business manager but was told she was on disability. ( Pause for Mic drop).
