How asinine is that? Then she said they wanted to reschedule and I said fine, I'll reschedule when you call me once you have the referral sorted. She started to complain that is not how they do things and I said again I'll schedule when you have the referral and she hung up on me. I'm not interested in running around trying to get other people to properly do their jobs. I do not want anything to do with people who hang up on their potential patients because they ae rude and incompetent. If you encounter incompetent and rude people in one part of the organization then the rest of the org is just as bad in my experience. I contacted my Dr. and I won't be wasting my time with these supposed professionals.

In listening to the doctor McEvilly, I can definitely hear a high level of care and professionalism. He believes he can get my Sister in-law in much better shape than surgery. He is VERY knowledgable, and tries several techniques to help my son gain strength and agility with his muscles (he is only 6 months old). His secretary/assistant, Kelli, is wonderful also. She is very welcoming and has lots of experience with medical issues. She is a former AF medic, and has helped us steer through the military medical system for our son.
