I brought them back in today and explained to Mike that it just wasn't going to work for me. He said we could try something else, but when I told him I just wanted to return the inserts, he refunded my money. He explained it was against store policy to do the refund, but he did it. Had I known they were non-refundable, I never would have purchased them. You don't want to spend that much money on something that won't work for me. I also understand they wouldn't want to have someone bring them back, 6 months later and declare they want their money back, with the inserts looking like they'd been rode hard and put away wet -- as they say in the horse biz. I had purchased them near the end of the day yesterday. Mike looked at them to make sure they were still in new condition and refunded my money.

I had to listen to a 1/2 hour of so-called analysis of my feet and an offer for their system of inserts for $1500. I declined but bought just shoes for $170. Afterwards, I found I didn't need new shoes - I just needed to adjust the inserts on the shoes I already had, which was pointed out to me by another reputable store. I wanted to return the shoes I bought there but found they would charge me 20% and I could only get store credit. What would I buy in their store since I didn't get their inserts and don't need them? Nothing about this return policy was mentioned when I bought them and I am not in the habit of reading receipts when I buy shoes. I have never bought a pair of shoes in my life that I couldn't return. What a rip-off this place is. Don't go there - there are lots of good places that are honest and really want to help - not this place.

When I made it to the front desk I had extra time and would have been 15 minutes late to the orange grove location, less if I had just left when the receptionist said I was at the wrong appointment. When she called the doctor at the Orange Grove location said she wouldn't be able to see my son which is ridiculous. There should always be a late window, especially considering this was not my mistake and I had to schedule so far in advance and had to take my 5 month old out during a pandemic. You would they would have been more accommodating. Now I have to wait another week. I'd also like to add that there was not a single other patient in that waiting room or on the sign in sheet at the Grant location and the doctor there also said he could not see my son because he was working on a project. My sons appointment was right at 8:30am when they first opened. Ridiculous.
