I had no idea what to expect as far as timelines and insurance and will I really walk again. She said She would see me in a couple of days and did I need anything. I said I couldnt eat the hospital food. She returned with chile rellenos. Amazing. Maggie and everyone at Next Step have been the one organization I have been able to count on since my amputation. I have had to fight to get referrals, a little extra time in inpatient rehab so my leg could be completed. One thing after another but every single time, I would mention my latest issue and with whom, Maggie knew someone or exactly what to do to get the problem resolved. I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. Her associates are amazing also, especially Cameron who actually went to the valley and had to stay till early the next morning to bring my new prosthetic to the inpatient rehab I was at before I was released in that same morning. After all of that Cameron did all of the necessary adjustments so the leg is very comfortable. That is above and beyond. They honestly have been thee absolute most dependable, kindest and most helpful company I could ever hope for through this trying time. They always answer my questions right away when I text, it's amazing. They have been there for me and I have no doubt they will continue to be. Thank you Maggie and everyone at Next Step.

Since then, we have left messages every few days for the scheduler Jordan, who has NEVER called us back. Several times we also called the main office and left a message with them; no response. This procedure will have to be pre-arranged as there will be a recovery time. I will highly recommend Dr Cripe, but I will not recommend the office.

I've had minimal pain feeling very well . I just have to say everybody at Flagstaff Medical Center was great ! Good attitudes and great bedside manner . I came to a psychiatric appointment, was there early, and was taken back to see my doctor through telemedicine. I waited for 45 minutes, and the doctor never talked to me. I was already extremely stressed and was relying on that session to unload some of the things I'm going through, and then him not showing up made me feel rejected, like I'm not important enough for my doctor to care about my mental health. The nurse came in, saw me crying, and asked if I had seen the doctor. She seemed confused that I had not been seen and never asked if I was okay. THE SECURITY GUARD ASKED IF I WAS OKAY. THE NURSE DID NOT. WHAT? As I've tried to reach out to them for answers and resolution, they have avoided my calls, ignored my voicemails, and have refused to call me back. We found out from the Medical Director that the nurse was supposed to inform my doctor that I was present, and she failed to do that. My doctor was ready and waiting, and so was I, and nothing happened. They said they would call me back to reschedule, but that didn't happen until after we lodged complains with their front desk and MD. I give this establishment a negative one million out of 10 and if you plan on getting mental health assistance there, abandon all hope.
