The shredded coleslaw is pretty typical - a bit of a tang, sweet, with a bit of a kick from copious amounts of black pepper. The meal also came with a standard dinner roll on the side. The pork was the star here - meaty, well seasoned, with a good smoke flavor. The larger interior chunks were perhaps a bit on the dry side, but there was an appropriate amount of sweet and tangy barbecue sauce on top to moisten things up.
