Each time, I arrived at the office as scheduled only to find the door locked and no staff present. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the office does not currently have a dentist and is in the process of hiring a new one. If this is the case, appointments should not be scheduled or confirmed. Confirming visits when the office is unable to provide care is unprofessional and misleading. Dental appointments require patients to rearrange work, school, and family commitments. Arriving to a closed office after multiple confirmations shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Based on repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to seek care elsewhere.
