I've been coming to this doctor's office since I was a teenager so about 15 to 20 years. My first…read moredoctor with Doctor Buchanan and he retired or left the practice about 10 years ago and I've been seeing Dr Truong ever since. I have never had an issue with the wait time in either the examination room or the waiting room, but usually I've always scheduled appointments either in the morning or the evening when there would be fewer patients. The staff here has always been friendly and very knowledgeable, they were able to answer questions for me that the staff at CareNow couldn't answer during my workers comp period. Dr Truong has always been hesitant to push medications unless they're necessary because that certain medications can complicate certain things such as the liver so he's always wanted to make absolutely sure that any treatment is necessary. The most I've ever had to wait in the waiting room is about 10 to 15 minutes, in the same is said for the examination. My doctor has always been fast and very thorough, I trust the people here more than I do other offices. No I don't like to knock anybody else's review but I want to point out, even though this person reviewed a few years back and I'm still not so certain that I've seen anything even then, they stated that the walls of the waiting room and examination room are filled with screens or posters or something of advertisements for medications, I've been checking the walls as I'm here today and I don't see any indication of name-brand advertisement posters or anything. Even the television in the waiting room is showing food preparation for nutrition. That particular reviewer I think need to come back and take another look because it was a one star and the entire review was basically regarding advertisements on the walls for name-brand medication, but the moment I see on the walls are beautiful paintings of nature. But I also in the 15-year that I've been coming here don't recall ever seeing the walls littered with advertisements for prescription medication The waiting room is very clean and during this particular time they are doing a very good job of making sure everybody is screened and social distancing. I've also never experienced very long wait times when I've had to call them, usually they answer me within 5 to 10 minutes of being on hold and that pretty fast to me compared to other companies and other doctors offices where you're sitting on hold for 30 minutes, for example I want sat on hold with CareNow for 40 minute to ask about hand soap but here I've never experienced that. I'm proud to call this my doctor's office and unless I ever move to another city I don't think I'll ever change my doctor in this area. I tried Dr Truong more than other doctors in this area because he has always taken pretty good care of me and steered me in the right direction

Have been with Dr. Sharps since 2013. My wife got the Alzheimer on 2016 and she refused to take any…read moreAlzheimer treatments since then. On 2025-10-14, for the first time, my wife unexpectedly was charged an extra office visit for $120. It's just a yearly routine exam and we didn't ask for an office visit. They said that because Dr. Sharp and my wife talked about something during the physical exam, this part cost us this extra charge. The clinic didn't tell my wife in advance that she might be extra charged during the routine physical exam. This clinic said they charged this money for the insurance company, Aetna. On 2025-10-14, We called Aetna, but they said they have nothing to do with this charge. The clinic asked us not to talk to Dr. Sharp about it. We will call the clinic and keep this post updated *** updates on 2025-11-10 Catalyst Physician Group replied and I emailed my contact info and dispute case on 2025-10-16 to contact@catalysthealthgroup.net as instructed. But, 26 days passed, I haven't received the refund or any feedback from Catalyst Physician Group or Northeast Tarrant Internal Medicine Associates. We plan to contact Dr. Rebecca Sharp directly to get $120 refund

Had the unfortunate pleasure to sit and wait for Patrick Nolen today. I was looking to move…read moreprimary care to someone closer to home so when i received flyer in mail and read some of the reviews expectations were good. First issue: Patient portal - you would suspect or hope it was to help speed 1st patient visit along and cut down on duplication, yea not here. On-line you fill out patient info, address, emergency contact and several pages & fields including last Dr. seen, then at the end of that 30 minute session. You get to do it ALL over again but this time on 11 page document you need to print out. Make sure an take notice, one of the last pages ask for Credit Card number, expiration date & 3 digit security code info to have on file "just in case" interesting huh.... Second issue: Customer service skills, I showed up 10 minutes early. I was greeted cordially enough, I presented the eleven pages I spent more time filling out, since this one is a little more detailed and required digging up contact names, numbers and recalling procedural info not asked on the patient portal. I begin the sit and wait process for the next 45 minutes, do I get so sorry for wait, do I get he is with someone that requires assistance, do i get would you like a glass of water, heck no. Instead at the 50 min mark beyond my scheduled appointment I now see the nurse, same nurse who has been sitting at the front desk the entire time. She will now take my BP, Oxygen level, temperature and weight then I am taken into a patient room to wait additional 15 minutes. Finally after 65 minutes of being at their office (55 mins waiting for Dr) he walks in. Third issue: No respect for the patient. Instead of walking in and saying "I am so sorry and apologizing" I get " so what are you here for. We begin to cover why I am there and due to his lateness I do not have time to do a full 1st visit but I am willing to come back, get blood work and other tests done. Now, he offers an apology for being late. We quickly talk about why I am there. Total face-to-face with Nolen about 20 minutes. Now I know several of you are saying "you had the red flags" why didn't you leave. In the past I would have been gone, but now its simple. I know things can happen and Dr's can get backed-up so give some leniency. Until they cross the line, with attitude their time is more important than ours so just deal with it or you challenge their fees which can cause them to bow up. Which they are going to charge one-way or another remember you gave them access to your CC with authorization when you signed that document. If you are seeing this guy and are happy then that is great but if you are thinking about going to see him cause you got a flyer in the mail...think about it how many Dr's have you known that have flyers in the mail.

Waiting room was ample in size and had more then sufficient seating. One television played a television show at an appropriate volume with subtitles. There was a water cooler and cups provided. Her staff was professional and kind hearted; each taking time to have a conversation. Hearing them chit chat with other patients, in the hall, while I waited provided a sense of comfort in time that can be riddled with anxiety. There was a small delay in seeing the doctor, however, I appropriate a doctor that gives her time to her patients. I may be the patient in the need of extra care some day. Dr. Kreider was very genuine in her concern for my health. She was very thorough and I appreciate her approach to asking me questions. She offered a feeling of comfort I have not found in many doctors. Directions where given clearly and there was genuine conversation about my health concerns. Though most people don't look forward to going back to the doctor, I am looking forward to go to here when I do need help.

For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She's too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she's great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she's all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I'd rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn't afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It's part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas. I've used her for about 10 years and have no complaints. I recommend her if you're looking for a serious physician.
