This review is regarding the pharmacy. I was already grocery shopping; so following the recommendation from my health insurance I went to the pharmacy and inquired about a certain vaccine. An appointment has to be made online. I made the appointment and filled out the questionnaire for the next day in the morning. Pharmacist Ashely called me that morning, before the scheduled time, that the vaccine had expired and a new order was placed and should be in the next day. She rescheduled the appointment for me. She didn't have to, that was very kind of her. Her diligence and informing me that the vaccine wasn't available saved me from a wasted trip and time. read more

Every time I come to the Wappingers Hannaford I order No Salt Added Turkey. Every single time they give me low salt turkey and claim they've never had No Salt Added Turkey. It's ridiculous. It's on their site and I've gotten it from the grab n go before from that Hannaford. It's extremely unprofessional and rude. read more

The pharmacy in Hannaford's in Wappingers Falls has the worst register counter helpers out of all the pharmacies I been to in my entire life. They are extremely rude. You could be the only 1 on the waiting line and they will stand in the back of the pharmacy doing absolutely nothing and have you wait 10 -15 minutes at a time. Another time I have seen a worker help the person on line in front of me, and then immediate run to the back and return 10 minutes later to help me, the only 1 who was left on the line. I mean what was so important you had to go in the back for 10 minutes before helping the next customer in line. These workers do it purposely. You can tell just by having them get your script you are brothering them and they are extremely rude to you, the entire process. I can't believe that more customers haven't been complaining about these workers and it's sad that they people get away for treating customers like that. I have been using Hannafords pharmacy for as long as the store has been opened. Until recently I really haven't had a huge issue with them, until the workers started cracking jokes to me about the medication I was getting. 1 day I got a prescription for suboxone, which is to help people get off pain killers, if they been on them to long for a surgery or whatever, and when I went up to pick up the script, the counter lady, who is a little older lady compared to the other workers there, with gray short hair, and wears glasses, the one weirdo who wore a face mask painted with a hairy man's face during covid said to me "Hey, the pharmacy is hiring an assistant pharmacist, if you or anyone you know is honest, can apply for the job. I found that very unprofessional, when I come to a phamacy I expect my information to be private and not used to crack jokes for a laugh. That was the last straw for me, I now goto a real phamacy at a drug store, which comes with professionalism, something hannaford workers and bosses don't care about. read more

This is supposed to be one of America's Trusted Pharmacies. Dried and Sassy staff working there just to get a paycheck, that don't really care for the customers well-being!

This particular location is a pretty big space to navigate from department to department. For customers who haven't returned in (a couple) years, it has been renovated giving it a modern look which was needed pretty badly. Things were rearranged a bit during the process, but not too much though. Also, it's impressive to see that there are self-checkout registers at the mall entrance making the line move effectively which needed to be done. This should have been done since day 1 when Target first opened. Most departments are kept up to stock with some having very few products and also overflowing in spots. Of course, with it being a busy day, it can get messy with items on the ground, etc. Sometimes finding an employee in a department, mainly houseware can be a bit of a challenge due to understaffing. Under one roof, Target has plenty to provide.

The pharmacist on duty, Ms. Rodack, was exceptionally caring and professional while administering the injection. Trying very hard not to cause any undue stress or harm. It was a little busy, but at no time did we feel rushed or intruding on her time. She checked our vaccination record and found someone may have in the forgotten to submit info to the NYS Immunization Information System. NYSIIS. Didn't know there was one. She offered to administer the missing vaccine; no detrimental effects posed or charge. Overall she is one of the most thoughtful, concerned, and supremely professional person I've encountered in a long time.
