Josh from the service team called me with an update everyday. I dropped my car off Tuesday, it was diagnosed, part ordered, replaced and ready for pick up 8am that Friday. Only I didn't have to drive the 50 minutes with my toddler to pick it up! they delivered the car to my house this morning! I didn't know they did that but Ford does!!

Update tablet returned on 8/19/26…read more Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck? Would that suffice if this was the other way around? Terrible terrible terrible. Definitely getting my refund for the stupid insurance plan- I cannot and will not be without another device for 2 weeks or more.
