The salon was very clean and the prices were reasonable. My experience getting a pedicure- The tech that did my pedicure seemed like she did not want to touch my feet, the usual foot massage or foot rub is not included with the pedicure. Other than that I was very satisfied with my pedi. My experience with my manicure- I asked the tech for square round, but she gave me square. After asking 3xs for them to be rounded I just gave up. It definitely could have been filed down more. I also asked for very short nails but they were longer than what I asked for... but no biggie. I found that the nails looked very bulky & thick. The Tech glued the fake nail to my skin and when I asked her to detach it from my skin she seemed puzzled ( I got my real nails cut very low, so this is probably why that happened). There was lots of product build up under my nails hay the Tech did not try to clean up, I ended up going home and doing it myself . After getting the fake nails applied I sat and waited 10 mins before the overlay was applied to the nails. No explanation for why I waited the tech just got up and walked away, came back 10 mins later . While I sat waiting I repeatedly asked if I could pay and the Tech said no. I thought that was strange most places let you pay before your nails are polished ... but again no biggie. Overall- I thought this was a good spot. I would go back to get a pedicure but probably not a an acrylic full set. This would be my back up spot if I couldnt get an appt with my usual salon. I went to this location at 5:30 on a Monday and left at 7:00 I thought that was long for a mani and pedi when there were no other customers in the salon. It also seems that the Techs that worked there became tiresome or lazy during the time I was there, probably because it was close to closing time. For example, I asked the Tech if she had any nude colors for my Skin tone and she told me to go and look for a color. Instead of assisting me or offering help. But again that's no biggie. I'm just used to going to a salon where the service is a bit different. Oh and there was not a large selection of colors to choose from. Very little OPI and no Essie selections. I think with more color selections, a little improvement with customer service I would have given this place 5 stars. read more

I was going to Hanna's Nails for many of years sometimes I would make an appointment other times I would walk in. I prefer the older "Gentlemen" to do my hands and feet. If I'm paying my money I should be able to pick and choose who I want to service me. To give an ideal how much bull I've take off this business. On one visit I was a dime short (10 cent) I had to break a twenty dollar bill to give them the dime. Another visit I got individual eyelashes that fail off in a day are two. Hanna always put the malfunction back on the customer. Remember that I have given her business by telling my co-works, family and friends about her business. My breaking point was two weeks ago when my mother 83 year old and I was going to have a Girls' day out. The gentlemen I prefer had just started work on a customer. I ask the person the front desk person, who is ugly on the outside and inside how long of await. She gave me the time. I choose to make and appointment and come back. she looked in the system and said you come most times as walk -in, so you can wait. I told her no I would like to make and appointment with him, after going back and forward with her Hanna came over. they changed up on me by speaking in there language. I loudly stated to Hanna that you going to let money walk out the door ! She stood their looking stupid. The girl at the front desk is very rude and condescending. It's very unprofessional to speak to a customer in English and change up when you want to say something out of pocket about the customer. She is a coward. One would ask why I gave them this "Many chances". I can explain I have very thin hair on my eyebrows. I am very picky about who wax my eyebrows. Also, my big toe on both feet have skin that grow deep around the nail. if they don't take time to get it out I'm back it less then a week. I'm telling my story because we give our money to a community that are not deserving of us. I just had to get it off my chest I want be back. I have been to this establishment so many times. Consecutively I always use the same nail technician to do my nails(Crystal). She started out doing my nails very good and she took her time. She began to get very sloppy and would rush through my nails. My nails began lifting less than three days, 3 and 4 nails would lift. I gave her more chances than I should have. She had the audacity to tell me since my nails keep lifting with her, I need to let someone else do my nails. I stopped going to Hannah's Nails. I feel like as a paying customer we should get the service we deserve. When the technician decides to get an attitude and purposely rush through your nails, takes your money, then they want you to pay for their awful services provided. Due to her nastiness towards me I ended up with several fungus under my nails. I was treated like it was my fault the nails lifted in less than a week of the provided service. I made a choice to find another Establishment that will provide services I am paying for. I would not recommend this nailshop. I went back and tried another technician and again less than 4 days 3 of my nails lifted. The nail technicians there really need more training. I wouldn't visit this place anymore. Waited over an hour for a pedicure, while my feet sat in room temp water. Pedicure was lackluster, no massaging or attention to detail - nails are filed unevenly. Dipped nail polish with imperfections and bumps - not a clean smooth top coat. Owner and techs cackled at the tip they received and one of the techs said "wow" "love you" as if to insult me as I was waking out of the door. Tip was sufficient for services received. Today was a nightmare at the salon. We've gone here before and not had a problem, today not so much. There was 3 nail technicians doing nails and I sat for over 2.5 hrs waiting to get a fill in. Upon walking in they gave no notification that they were running behind so I sat down not realizing that most of the people sitting at the nail stations had not been helped. Once the tech approached me to do my nails she took my polish off then someone walked in wanting a wax done so she stopped helping me to go do the wax. At this point I seriously thought about and should have just walked out but I stayed at which point another nail tech, a man this time came to start the process of doing my nails. I brought my own polish which was a glitter polish which I know was see through with blue and silver flecks of glitter because this was what I wanted. The male nail tech then told me I needed to put a color underneath, I DID NOT want a color underneath but he was not satisfied with that so he pushed until I caved and got a color (blue) that HE chose NOT ME! Had I been able to chose the under color I would've chosen a nude color because I DID NOT want solid blue nails, if I had wanted blue polish I would have chosen blue when I was asked about a color. They're excuse for the wait was that "it's tax time right now so we busy", how about y'all are usually busy so you were just under staffed for a Saturday. I am very unhappy with the service I received today as well as the way my bails turned out. Once I got home I notice a gap between where the acrylic is and where my cuticle is at my nail bed. I can honestly say that I will no longer be doing business here and will no longer tell anyone about this place. read more

Only place so far I would go to get pedicures. My toes tend to grow out kinda weird, but they always seem to make them look normal when done! I frequent here a lot. Also get full sets and refills. Decent prices and they offer a variety of nail designs! read more
