On one visit I was a dime short (10 cent) I had to break a twenty dollar bill to give them the dime. Another visit I got individual eyelashes that fail off in a day are two. Hanna always put the malfunction back on the customer. Remember that I have given her business by telling my co-works, family and friends about her business. My breaking point was two weeks ago when my mother 83 year old and I was going to have a Girls' day out. The gentlemen I prefer had just started work on a customer. I ask the person the front desk person, who is ugly on the outside and inside how long of await. She gave me the time. I choose to make and appointment and come back. she looked in the system and said you come most times as walk -in, so you can wait. I told her no I would like to make and appointment with him, after going back and forward with her Hanna came over. they changed up on me by speaking in there language. I loudly stated to Hanna that you going to let money walk out the door ! She stood their looking stupid. The girl at the front desk is very rude and condescending. It's very unprofessional to speak to a customer in English and change up when you want to say something out of pocket about the customer. She is a coward. One would ask why I gave them this "Many chances". I can explain I have very thin hair on my eyebrows. I am very picky about who wax my eyebrows. Also, my big toe on both feet have skin that grow deep around the nail. if they don't take time to get it out I'm back it less then a week. I'm telling my story because we give our money to a community that are not deserving of us. I just had to get it off my chest I want be back. When walking in I was greeted, and was instantly seated and given colors since I was doing gel. Granted I was the only one in the salon, but still being greeted and welcomed in was very nice! She did the hot stones, pumice, some type of scrub and really messaged for about 20-30 minutes. She didn't rush on me but instead took her time. She was also very gentle, and never too rough which can't be said the same about my last nail salon. The basic express one is I believe 32-33, I can't remember exact price. I'm very quiet and they respected that, and didn't force any conversation upon me which made me really happy. I also got acrylics in an almond shape and they came out fantastic! I showed him a picture and he replicated it exactly how I wanted. I'm not sure on the price of the acrylics, but it's definitely not anything crazy. My total came out to $120, and I used the ATM because I do believe they prefer cash. He of course gave me the option for card, but it takes two seconds to pull it out of an ATM. I left a $20 tip because the service was awesome, and I enjoyed my whole time there. They also do a reward system, which I received the card today for it, since it was my first visit!
